derek sasser: I had to walk to this location ( 1 mile or so) in 2 inches of snow to get food and drinks and when i got there the door was locked and I was unable to obtain the food and liquid i need to survive. Not sure why the door was locked and they were not open? I'm glad I was able to make it back home but the fact they weren't open at the time could have resulted in tragedy.

Yusef Flannigan: Very kind workers, shelves are always stocked with an a variety of items, and fast service at the register.
Doug Taylor: Store has a good selection of products, however the loitering is insane at this store.Lots of people high or drunk begging for cigarettes or change.
Sanny Keo: Extremely rude workers. Went today with my 5 yrs old daughter. When we went to pay, one cashier was counting money and the other was just standing there. The one that was doing nothing tells me to go to the other register. I’m fine with that. I waited until he was done and he checked us out but was slamming my items down. No smile no nothing. Didn’t even say a word to us. He just looked grumpy. I’ve been there before and he had the same attitude but just figured he was having a bad day. I guess he’s just always miserable. To make things worse, my daughter said thank you and have a good evening. He didn’t say a word back to her. Extremely rude!

I understand people have bad days and I hope hers gets better, but 7-8 AM is way to early a time to already be mean to people. The guy after me came out and said she was nasty to him as well. Just TOO early!!
Sarah Clark: I sent my son yesterday in the evening to put $200 on my paypal card at this location. The cashier took the money and NEVER PUT THE MONEY ON MY CARD. They didn't even offer a reciept. I called a few minutes after my son came back and my card said 0 balance. I then called the store and the young man I spoke with was very rude and hung up in my face. That's $200 they stole from me. I then called their customer service line and filed a claim. I have to wait 3-5 days and I'm now late on my bills because they fail to hire people that know how to do their job correctly.

Anne-Marie Kosh: I have always liked going to this store and the Indian lady cashiers are usually very friendly, helpful and professional and they always remind me to put in my phone number after a purchase just in case I get some rewards. I love buying the hot snacks from there. Unfortunately, there is a Spanish man who works there during the day and he is very rude, arrogant and unprofessional and he is giving the store a bad reputation and spoiling the entire 711 brand in general. I went there on 3/13/23 at around 2.30 pm and this Spanish guy made people wait in line while he was somewhere in the back room then when customers called out for assistance he appeared with his cell phone in his hand so that meant he had been doing his personal stuff. He was also very slow and yelled at me because I only wanted a pizza slice and 2 Jamaican beef patties. He got the order wrong and had a smart mouth and told me sarcastically that I had ordered “10 beef patties” right in front of everybody. He was super disrespectful so I didn’t buy the items and left angrily. This man needs some serious training on diversity or he needs to get fired. If he doesn’t like black people he needs to move to some fantasy island and not work at that store. Lowell and Dracut has many middle class blacks and we don’t deserve such disrespect. He is an embarrassment to the store and he obviously doesn’t look well educated or cultured. He needs to be fired ASAP.

Carol Stabile: Some staff are pleasant. But there's an older man he's short and like gray hair very grouchy toward customers and makes them wait as he isn't doing anything. He doesn't use gloves when handling the food I've seen it twice already with him. I've worked retail for over 30 years and this gentleman needs training in FOOD HANDLING and CUSTOMER SERVICE. You can't be rude in retail and you MUST WEAR GLOVES WHEN PREPARING FOOD. He was working on August 16th after 5:30 pm I was there and that was the second time handling food without gloves also I'm pretty sure he was eating in that same area 2 weeks agoYou can review your cameras to see

The store staff is very polite and talk with the customers and not at them or ignore them. The person running the register refuses to help them and is on their phone while helping non-mobile orders. They'll make them wait until there's nobody in the store because they have customers to help. Mobile order is still a customer. That person is trying to work and make some extra money and get the person their order on time. Real inconsiderate.
Ed D: Dirty store, same stains on the floors for weeks. Fountain machine is always down. Cups, lids, and straws always hard to come by. Poorly trained staff. I would not eat any prepared food there if you paid me.

Shae: I was working and decided to go in to get a quick iced coffee because I saw they were $1 well the place was absolutely trashed and disgusting but I was dead set on that coffee so I got my cup which they were out of like half the sizes. Press the thing for iced coffee and nothing was coming out, i talked to the girl working and she rudely said I just came in for my shift. So I threw the cup away and walked out. Don't go here unless you have no other options.

Melissa Lania: I normally don't take the time to write reviews but this one just really bothered me. I walked in at 11:30 with 2 winning lottery scratch tickets. The man behind the counter named John told me that lottery closes at 11 PM. I said but I came in last night at 11:55 ( I know this cause it was New Years Eve and I ran out quickly to turn in my winning scratch tickets that night as well) John continued to tell me he doesnt remember seeing me and that lottery closes at 11 PM. I use to bartend and know lottery closes at 1 am....unless the store chooses to close on there own. Well I was upset at the fact this gentleman was lieing to me and that I now have to drive out of my way to the 7 eleven on Bridge Street. So I drove to the one on Bridge street (now just to prove a point) and was able to turn in my lottery tickets and get more. Just pure lazy and bad customer service.

Gil Pagan: Staff was friendly,warming and helpful prices are very reasonable for a convenience store highly suggest signing up for 711 rewards lots of deals and points add up quick with mobile checkout also it's free just a phone number is needed. Lines do build up due to lotto players but they are dealt with rather quickly. If you dont want to wait and just purchase your items download the APP and use mobile checkout to scan your products and checkout.Also cleanest 711 I have seen in a long while.

The woman and staff loudly made fun of a woman for trying to use the restroom. She was extremely apologetic and seemed very embarrassed. But, the employees continued to make fun of her openly and it was extremely rude and awkward.
