I mean, the prices are a little steep but what do you expect for a convenient store, ya know? But yes, I definitely recommend a stop in. Good job, Market Street Market!

Tristan Dame: Passed by for a drink and also grabbed one of their premade turkey sandwiches. For the price, quality and convenience this place has to offer is spot on. I'm really happy that they offer Boars Head products, much easier to walk down the street for lunch meats then to have to wait at the grocery store deli. I'll be using this store more often and the sandwich was yummy.

Eleanor Angerame: Stopped in for sandwiches on our way North. From the outside it doesn't give you much and looks to be an average bodega, but the gentleman inside was super kind and had great made-to-order and per-made sandwich fixings! Made our drive to the White Mountains much less hangry : )

BJ Jr: Mina runs a GREAT market! The sandwiches are delicious (especially the breakfast sandwiches) and the service is always awesome. They do a great job of serving the downtown residents with essential supplies, food and a great craft beer and wine selection. This place really has it all and is ALWAYS open, including holidays and even the worst snowstorms.

Shannon Lavargna: Bought a bottle of white wine that my husband and I opened that was musty and sour. Turns out it was from 2010, and white wines don't age well. The majority of this "market" consists beer and wine...how is this even a market? Their produce selection mostly contains moldy and out of date fruits and veggies, and a meager selection at that. Clearly, management doesn't pay enough attention to rotate their stock or know when their products spoil.

Leah Volak: Something like a high-end convenience store and then some. They make great sandwiches at their deli and carry some harder to find brands like Deep River chips. There's a little seating area by the window, perfect for when I worked downtown but it was too cold to eat outside.

Anne-Marie Kosh: I have always liked going to this store and the Indian lady cashiers are usually very friendly, helpful and professional and they always remind me to put in my phone number after a purchase just in case I get some rewards. I love buying the hot snacks from there. Unfortunately, there is a Spanish man who works there during the day and he is very rude, arrogant and unprofessional and he is giving the store a bad reputation and spoiling the entire 711 brand in general. I went there on 3/13/23 at around 2.30 pm and this Spanish guy made people wait in line while he was somewhere in the back room then when customers called out for assistance he appeared with his cell phone in his hand so that meant he had been doing his personal stuff. He was also very slow and yelled at me because I only wanted a pizza slice and 2 Jamaican beef patties. He got the order wrong and had a smart mouth and told me sarcastically that I had ordered “10 beef patties” right in front of everybody. He was super disrespectful so I didn’t buy the items and left angrily. This man needs some serious training on diversity or he needs to get fired. If he doesn’t like black people he needs to move to some fantasy island and not work at that store. Lowell and Dracut has many middle class blacks and we don’t deserve such disrespect. He is an embarrassment to the store and he obviously doesn’t look well educated or cultured. He needs to be fired ASAP.

This lady today 11/12/22 around 10:30am was very disrespectful..Usually the workers are nice but this lady gives me a problem every time I come into the store now. Carol Stabile: Some staff are pleasant. But there's an older man he's short and like gray hair very grouchy toward customers and makes them wait as he isn't doing anything. He doesn't use gloves when handling the food I've seen it twice already with him. I've worked retail for over 30 years and this gentleman needs training in FOOD HANDLING and CUSTOMER SERVICE. You can't be rude in retail and you MUST WEAR GLOVES WHEN PREPARING FOOD. Charles Kirk: Was back in store after not going for a month due to cleanliness and found store had done a complete turnaround. The store was completely clean floors counter tops and food areas. The store staff is very polite and talk with the customers and not at them or ignore them. Jason Boland: Second time in the last few weeks I've gone in and there's been a customer waiting for a mobile order to be fulfilled. The person running the register refuses to help them and is on their phone while helping non-mobile orders. They'll make them wait until there's nobody in the store because they have customers to help. Mobile order is still a customer. That person is trying to work and make some extra money and get the person their order on time. Real inconsiderate.

Ed D: Dirty store, same stains on the floors for weeks. Fountain machine is always down. Cups, lids, and straws always hard to come by. Poorly trained staff. I would not eat any prepared food there if you paid me.

Shae: I was working and decided to go in to get a quick iced coffee because I saw they were $1 well the place was absolutely trashed and disgusting but I was dead set on that coffee so I got my cup which they were out of like half the sizes. Press the thing for iced coffee and nothing was coming out, i talked to the girl working and she rudely said I just came in for my shift. So I threw the cup away and walked out. Don't go here unless you have no other options.

Melissa Lania: I normally don't take the time to write reviews but this one just really bothered me. I walked in at 11:30 with 2 winning lottery scratch tickets. The man behind the counter named John told me that lottery closes at 11 PM. I said but I came in last night at 11:55 ( I know this cause it was New Years Eve and I ran out quickly to turn in my winning scratch tickets that night as well) John continued to tell me he doesnt remember seeing me and that lottery closes at 11 PM. I use to bartend and know lottery closes at 1 am....unless the store chooses to close on there own. Well I was upset at the fact this gentleman was lieing to me and that I now have to drive out of my way to the 7 eleven on Bridge Street. So I drove to the one on Bridge street (now just to prove a point) and was able to turn in my lottery tickets and get more. Just pure lazy and bad customer service.

derek sasser: I had to walk to this location ( 1 mile or so) in 2 inches of snow to get food and drinks and when i got there the door was locked and I was unable to obtain the food and liquid i need to survive. Not sure why the door was locked and they were not open? I'm glad I was able to make it back home but the fact they weren't open at the time could have resulted in tragedy.
