leanna emo: used to love going here especially for the price, quality, and convenience however almost everything that's being sold here contains lead and cadmium that causes cancer or birth defects ... how and why i have no clue but there's tags on thr clothing that state that. very sad unfortunate and weird.

They closed the dressing rooms down at 8:30 so clothes I wanted to try on i couldn't so I left empty handed and that's a first. They should allow you to take more than three items in you have to try everything on get dressed take them out and get 3 more. They should have mirrors in the store so you don't need to go into a dressing room to try on a simple jacket.girls behind the register talking among themselves in a different language while they have a line full of people.. makes you wonder if they were talking about you cuz we were all looking at each other just waiting for them to finish their conversation sorry to inconvenience you ladies

Skyla Clark: I went to this store yesterday and had a good amount of clothes that I wanted to buy and I asked to use the fitting room and they said it was closed. When I first got into the store a lady got to go in there... but when I asked politely a worker said it was “closed” the lady who said was very rude so we asked to talk to the manger and once again very rudely she said she was the manger and we said we were going to call her boss and then other coworkers all very rudely said “go ahead” me and my mother felt attacked. I don’t know about anyone else but I’m not going to buy any clothing without trying it on first so I walked to the register put all my items up and left, I would have nicely put them back on my own if they weren’t so rude to me and my mother. Definitely never going to this store again...

Katie Brown: The Haverhill Burlington has to be the most chaotic and messiest store we’ve ever been in! It was shocking how dirty and disorganized the whole store was—merchandise just thrown around and tossed everywhere. Do your regular customers literally just pick stuff up and throw it on the floor if they don’t like it?! Crazy! The store even smelled bad! Yikes! We will never step foot in Burlington again!

Saim Irshad: I am very disappointed With the staff and especially with the store manager Ellen at Haverhill Burlington coat factory. I was exiting the store after spending over $200 with my daughter (16 months old) with all the bags in the cart . The LP agent stopped me and asked me to take the bags and leave the cart inside . I looked at him and politely said there are four bags and I have to carry the baby . I won’t be able to do this alone I need the cart. I will bring the cart back. I asked him if he’s okay with escorting the bags to my car since remove the cart from the store was an issue. He then said please go ahead and take the cart. Once walking out Ellen the manager ran out the store and stopped me and said don’t take the cart. She was very rude and not understanding that I had a baby . She said that isn’t her problem. I was surprised with her customer service . I then push the cart and loaded my stuff in the car and return back the cart. I didn’t appreciate the way Ellen came on to me as a manager she should figure an alternative way of dealing with this issue. I am never again shopping there .

Kate Hill: Love the pick up option and the people that get my orders together and bring it out. I have some health issues that make it hard for me to complete simple tasks like food shopping at times. They always pick out great produce and my orders are always complete. Even last Christmas, I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to get all my kids their gifts in time, they had it and brought it right to my car. Lowell Target is the best!
Joseph Chow: They sell 70 pack trading card pages $10. Also they sell UNO Ultimate card game. Public restrooms are on the front of the store.
Chastity Torres: Completely understaffed! ONE singular person taking orders and making drinks with a huge line, after waiting about 25 min in line it’s my turn and they had no caramel or whipped cream which are main ingredients for my drink..no signs or notices to let ppl know either.
Jules Som: Most of the time low on inventory if you shop there weekly, also, customer service is not best there. Don't be rude to customers! What ever happened to customers come first?? Please, check and recheck your customer priority list!! Epic fail.

Bill Meier: We ordered online and picked up in the store. It was pretty easy. It wasn't clear if they had outside pickup but when we were in the store they said they did. We would have done that if we knew. Caution!! the bathrooms are outside in a little trailer; a glorified Outhouse setup. I don't know why...
