Dina Delpit: John was the Sleep Expert who sold us our new mattress. We didn’t really know what exactly we wanted but John not only gave us some pretty good options to try but they were realistic prices to our budget. The Mattress was there waiting for us on the promised delivery date, first thing in the morning before we even had our keys to our new place. He’ll definitely talk your head off with stories but he knows his stuff and keeps his word. I’m overly satisfied with the purchase and the mattress sleeps like I’m on a cloud. WAY TO GO!

Raquel Rivera: I’m not sure where all these good google reviews came from, maybe most are fake but I didn’t have a pleasant experience attempting to shop here. When I walked in the sales rep John says “I didn’t have one customer walk in within the last two days now I’m being bombarded”. I asked several questions about the best options for a king mattress and he began arguing with me when I started asking more questions. He seemed frustrated and and was very rude. I was so upset I didn’t end up buying anything. I decided to bring my business to Bobs Discount furniture in Nashua where they treat clients with respect !

I went in and found what I needed, however to me, the overall layout seems a bit more claustrophobic than the old site (less room). Neek D: I went in there on 8-14-22 and the store needs to do something about this girl named Samantha.I was waiting in line for checkout and out of nowhere I heard someone raising their voice. It seemed as if one employee was yelling at another employee, and she seemed very rude and unprofessional. When I finally got up to the counter I asked the cashier what happened and apparently the girl being yelled at was just trying to get her stuff because she was done for the day, and that’s when I found out the girl doing the yelling was named Samantha. How can you be that rude and raise your voice at another coworker in front of numerous customers and deny access to personal belongings of another coworker? I’m in management, and the way she handled the situation was rude, demeaning and absolutely unprofessional. The girl that got yelled at looked very upset when she finally left with her stuff. Now one employee has to deal with some sort of embarrassment after that episode. Do something about this, because it will happen again.
