He found what I was looking for in no time, and 20 minutes later I completed the purchase of the suite, three shirts and two ties. It was a great experience as I do not like spending a lot of time shopping.

Crab Cakes: Customer service needs improvement in some departments, like order pickup. Placing a call sometimes leads to no answer and they forget to take the security tags off merchandise you bought, sounding the alarm as you walk out the door. Don’t just hand it over, visually inspect it first, thanks.

It's my favorite place to shop for that reason alone.I do wish there was some more variety at the Burlington location for formal women's tops/night-out clothes at reasonable prices, such as with Bloomingdales' Aqua line. Otherwise, I love Nordstrom and the shopping experience.

Taryn Sparacino: Terrible customer service. I wanted to purchase shoes with a slight defect and brought it to the cashier's attention. At every other store, discount or not, they would offer to discount it further or order a new pair and ship it without cost. Not at this store; she told me I didn't have to buy it, and since it was alreadydiscounted this is the kind of product I can expect. Pretty sure discount store doesn't equal damaged products. Then the manager basically repeated the same thing. Never have encountered such rude people after nicely telling them I loved the shoes, but not its defective strap!

However, when I sampled the perfume I was disappointed in its scent. These two ladies made recommendations on different perfumes until I came across one that I really liked. I went ahead with the purchase and thankfully my girlfriend loved the perfume as well. If you are interested in buying your loved one a nice perfume I highly recommend you ask for Athena and Alexis. They will do an excellent job in assisting you.

Nataliia Ost: 1 year later and rating dropped below 0. This ghost town needs to be closed down or serious training with all careless employees needs to take place. I approached one of the lazy Willeys resting on the counter with a simple request to order a product for me, please forgive me my intention get you a commission (use to work in retail, trying to be empathetic) and was smacked with "it is not available for order" while you can clearly see on the screen of the working phone that this item ready to be loved and sprayed. Ending up ordering from a different retailer($360)... The vibe of this place is generally wacky and unpleasant, spending money is fun, but definitely not here

Jordan Rich: The middle aged RBF brunette woman with circular glasses working at the Nars booth is insanely unfriendly and unlikeable. Not helpful when it comes to Nars makeup or proper sanitary measures. The attitude she gave me when I questioned applying a tester lipstick was INSANE especially given that, you know, we all went through a pandemic. The rest of the women working the makeup floor were kind and knowledgeable though when I spoke with them. Not sure what the Nars associate’s problem is but I’ll steer clear of her next time.

Michelle Tom: The customer experience at any store really rests on the backbone of its employees. The lingerie department at this store is great, especially Diana. I’ve been to quite a few Nordstrom stores and she is an absolute standout as an employee. She knows so much about the products in her department and found me the perfect bra during winter holiday. Before getting her help, I didn’t even know I was wearing the wrong size for many years. She was extremely patient, professional, honest and knowledgeable and spent over an hour educating me on what to look for in the right bra, and you can’t expect this service from just any Nordstrom store. She went above and beyond, caring more about helping me than making a sale. I just had to take the time to give her a shoutout— she represents the very best of Nordstrom and I don’t know where I’d be without having learned the knowledge I did from her. Will definitely ask for her help again if I shop in lingerie at Nordstrom Natick.

Heather Phillips: Terrible customer service. It takes a lot for me to write a bad review and know it is very hard to find great employees right now, but this has been a consistent issue at this store. They are unfriendly, have inappropriate conversations in front of customers, and are 90% of the time just rude. I’m sure they deal with Karen’s all day, but this is a bit much. I dread checking out every time.UPDATE 4/20/23Warning: They now won’t take returns that are over 30 days and I was out of the window by 2 days. I think this means I’m officially breaking up with Nordstrom Rack. Byeeeeeeeeeee

J. M: As far as the selection for Men's it's not the greatest. Very basic. I could find most of what I seen in a TJ Maxx. For the Men's Shoes especially there was nothing that was Nordstrom Rack worthy. I seen pumas and and out of date new balances. There were occasionally high end names but they were the crust off the bread. Expected much more.

Angela Durgin: Let's start at the beginning. I received TWO $98 sweaters for Christmas from Nordstrom. I had the receipt tried to return one they would only give me $37 store credit back because I was not the original purchaser. I used the gift card to buy my husband sneakers from the rack. They were clearly marked size 12 but they were at least a size too big (mismarked?). First I was asked to prove that I purchased them which I did. They would not let me return or exchange them because it was past their return deadline. So this company somehow gets to keep $98 and me the customer gets nothing. Interesting way to do business. Not to mention unethical. An credit/exchange would have been fine. But no. WTG NORDSTROM
