Grim Reaper: Is terrible rude lady. This was near the end of the pandemic and I wasn't wearing a mask and this old lady that was working there threatened to call security and kick me out as I was just trying to go to the bathroom. I feel like I was being discriminated against and at the time it wasn't even enforced it was recommended but she kept making me feel degraded because I wasn't wearing a mask which was absolutely wrong and not in her jurisdiction of her job to do so.

Saman Moun: Best customer service I received in decades! Hands down to Carolyn, she understood exactly what I needed and was able to process my transaction without any problems. Most people would show their discontent when processing a complicated return/ exchange but not Carolyn. Hats off to you maam, my wife was also happy by this story I shared with her!

Manasi Kadam: The process of checking a gift card balance online is not user friendly. It shows many digits below the barcode but does not accommodate the entire number in the text field. Called the number but it directs to a representative. Took too long with no answer.
Soumil Kadam: Tried to check gift card balance online, there is an approx 25-30 digit number below the barcode, only 15-17 digits get accepted. Still doesn't show the balance. Called the number on the card, the automated voice doesn't even wait till we enter the whole number. Then asks us to wait for a rep.
Patricia: Normally I love this Macy's but not when I went there this past Saturday I stood around for 20 minutes while I was being ignored bully the ladies working cosmetics when normally they can't help me fast enough but I was looked at directly and walked past multiple times and noone even asked me to hold on a moment as the continued doing nothing but ignoring me standing around I felt like I was a problem it like I was not welcomed so I left and gave the money I was gonna spend there I spent it at a whole other store that was right in the mall. If u are going to treat me like I'm a nobody then nobody gets commission off my sale because I did intend on buying 3 Dior items but I took my business elsewhere

Ashok Dhakal: Only few minutes away from where we live, this place has everything except for the Macys backstage ( but again I never find good stuffs there anyway )I love the atmosphere here and their selections are awesome. They hired older adult as a cashier. They are very helpful and loving. Sometimes few of them are grumpy - even that reminds me of my own grandparents so that helps.

Matt Graves: Very frustrating shopping in the men's clothing section. There was no rhyme or reason to the organization of the dress shirts- didn't seem to be organized by size, fit, or whatever. A glut of slim cut shirts and almost no athletic cut shirts, which were scattered throughout the section- I had to look at each individual shirt on every rack, every shelf, etc. Sales staff was unhelpful as they couldn't find any either.

Michele Millar: This store is a disgrace to the Macy's brand. Little to no help. Suit department was a mess. Clothes on the floor, men allowed in the womens dressing room. Aweful experience. Shoe dept had one employee manning the register only. I walked out after 1 sale took 20 min.

Gentleman at far register was the best ever, helpful polite, just a great customer service person!! I buy a lot of merchandise at Macy's, but will stay out of Saugus store, both should be taught to treat customers better!!

Tatiana K: Manager of the cosmetic/perfume department, JoAnn, provided me with the best service I've ever had. She listened to me carefully with attention to tiny details of issue I had and immediately resolved it. She was patient, helpful and very friendly.At my mature age and high demand to quality of services it's not easy to make me smile. But she did! As a heavy world wide traveler I would like to say that with her high professionalism and excellent communication skills JoAnn could be a valuable employee in the best stores of the USA and Western Europe in Paris, London, Vienna. Macy's management is lucky having her.

My daughter went there this Friday and she walked out it's still the same mess it was over a year ago. Disgusting. We shop at Macy's at North shore in Peabody Never once have I seen one piece of clothing on the floor. I am a good customer of Macy's, I'm there every week like clock work. A lot of my friends won't go to Macy's in Saugus. Clean up your act and have the people that work for you earn their pay.

I should have talked to the manager, but because of my kids, I didn't want to make the situation longer than already was. I just wanted to leave so they don't get more upset. 😔

Marianne Sheridan: I’ve been shopping at Macys for decades, fiat in NYC and later/now in the Boston area, usually Peabody.Sorry to say I was very unhappy last week when the down escalator was out of commission, several stalls in the ladies room broken & others filthy And the handicap door opener to get into the store didn’t work - and hasn’t worked for at least a month! I tried to call the store manager but the phone number is a well kept secret.Not happy! It might be time to move on to another retailer. 😣
catherine serrano: Went in to return a suit for my son, the lady at the register did not want to help me ordering one online, she was annoyed because I kept asking question of what color suits they had, She told me they did not have my son size for the Calvin Klein suit in Navy, but when I went online they did have it. I also told her the suits were half off and she told me that it was not. Every time I go in to this store they are not helpful at all which is sad because the Macys in NYC have always been helpful in finding sizes for me.
