Lucy A: So I haven't been to this site in over a year due to service. Well today I took my daughter to grab some food thru drive thru. And the guy "E" he said his name was at drive thru..IS BOMB. COM! the way he took the order on the speaker was smooth and even toned..repeated the order to. And at the window he was the most kind person I ever met at drive thru! He could have probably worked 20 hours and will still keep that same cool vibe! SOMEBODY MAKE HIM MANAGER! This is exactly who I would like to run my buisness!! Thank you E! Even my daughter said you were nice! Oh and the way he offered water bottle instead of a fountain drink with my meal because I didn't want a fountain drink.. you def deserve your own franchise one day in any industry!

First time when I complained about it she was just laughing and ignored it like it’s a funny thing . I remember that lady . J D: Went through the drive thru, women yelling back and forth to each other while you are trying to give them your order. When you order, don't ask for anything weird like no pickles.... I had a specialty order, and the lady screamed, "WHAT" like she was hard of hearing. Pull up to the window, and it was like orange is the new black prison women serving you, loud, and unprofessional. Just avoid this one all together.
matt james: Got sick from the food here. I eat fast food a few times a month and have never got sick off of it until yesterday. I had to call out of work while vomiting all night. I get my car washed next door all the time so I figured I’d try it out for once. Never again eating Burger King, especially from this location. It cost me a days pay and a sleepless night.

Chris Ward: Listen. This is the only Burger King besides the one on Amherst Street that’s closest to me since they closed the one on DW Highway. So of course I’m going to visit this one. I keep giving it chance after chance and each time I show up, it’s more disappointing than the last.I’ve had to throw away a lot of moneys worth of food because of how disgusting it is, I’ve had to talk to support to get a refund because half the items I ordered were prepared wrong, and today takes the cake.I go there to try the new sandwiches that were released maybe a couple days ago at the most. Eliane Horacio: I've been going to this restaurant for a while now, the food has been very delicious, the manager is very attentive, I like to eat there, the service is so good that I went 3 times this week, today for to my surprise and disappointment the food was not as usual, the cook is looking crazy, made my sandwich with ingredients that I didn't ask for... besides being cold, when the manager asked for another one to be made, she he questioned him and opened the sandwich in front of me as if I were lying and I didn’t like that and I think that the Burger King should review the type of employees they hire, because I would like to continue receiving good service at this store because is near my home but if not I will change the place.
Zack Perry: The new management is great, I typically go around 8-9pm some days but I have talked to new manager and he is a great person. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and was amazing. Was really crispy, the chicken was juicy, fresh tomatoes was all around surprisingly good for a burger place. Definitely would recommend.

The cashier said “sometimes we pack impossible in whopper packaging”. When came back home and ate the burger, it was a beef patty. This is not the first incidence with this store. Had multiple mishaps in the past.

Damon Seaborne: To bad I cant give negitive stars... we have had a few issues here or there but the last few times we went we have recieved nothing but attitude. I have either had whole parts of my meal missing or they give me half of an item(latest example: 2x order of 9pc chicken fries and we get 12 fries in a single container) please if the manager or franchise owner sees this fix your store. Cassandra N: I asked for no onions and pickles on my #2 what do you think happened..... The lobby was closed and there were 2 cars in front of me in the drive thru. The shake I ordered was perfect actually more than what I got at another location the day before. My sandwhich had extra onions on it thankfully they didn't do that with the pickles there were no pickles at least. So 1 out of 2 isn't bad
