I was given a tiny end piece of a lemon bar and because I have ordered this here before I knew it was not the right portion size. I asked for another bar but was told I had to buy a new one. The lady behind the counter was very rude about it. Her tone was angry to say the least. I don’t think I will be going back because Little Delights is not supposed to be that little for that price and my friend I bought the bar for was disappointed. A visit to Olympos is worth the trip in from the "burbs". One I'm sure to make more often.

No kind of vanilla flavoring or nothing then I saw the mold spots ! The coconut cake looked fine but since the green cake was moldy and made me puke I decided to not trust it, I flipped the cake upside down and stripped the frosting… it also had mold on it ! The chocolate cake also went in the trash I didn’t bother checking it . $10.00 in the trash. This place shouldn’t even be allowed to sell food.

Jenna Swensen: My husband and I got married on 12/4 after postponing our wedding for over a year due to COVID. We hadn't really thought about having a cake at our wedding initially, but as the date approached we decided to get one. Our wedding planners recommended Sweet Tales. We exchanged a few emails regarding design choices, most of which were guided by the baker's vision and based off of our design theme. We decided to go with a tiramisu inspired cake as well, I come from an Italian family and it seemed only fitting for us.When we got to our reception, we were absolutely blown away by how beautiful the cake was! The design we agreed upon was executed beyond any expectation we had. The hand-made edible flowers on the cake were an exquisite representation of the floral arrangements we had. The cake was equally as delicious.We were given a tier to take home and preserve for a later anniversary. The flowers made for the cake also made their way home with us and currently sit in a small vase in our kitchen, they were too beautiful to part with. We were also gifted an adorable cookie with our names and wedding date on them which was a super thoughtful surprise!Not only am I happy that we did end up deciding on getting a cake, but I'm glad we went with Sweet Tales. They were an absolute pleasure to work with and you could just tell by looking at (and tasting) the finished product how much love and attention to detail went into making it.Thank you to Sweet Tales for bringing even more beauty to our special day!Cheers,J & A

Elizabeth worked with me and took my vision (pictures found on Pinterest) to a reality with a stunning tiered cake with cascading gradient colored mini flowers. The interior was a tuxedo chocolate and vanilla layer cake with the lightest melt-in-your-mouth buttercream frosting we'd ever had. It was absolutely delicious! My mother and her dinner guests loved it. Thank you Sweet Tales!

The first bakery I was going to use told us about a month and half before our wedding that they wouldn’t be able to make our cake. This is where I panic. I contacted Elizabeth and she was so easy to work with. She responded to emails quickly and the process from choosing a flavor to design was easy. I had a vision of what I wanted and described it to her. She did not disappoint. When I saw the cake on my wedding day, I loved it. In my opinion, wedding cake is at best mediocre but this cake was so delicious that I want to have another event just so I can order another cake.

Andrew Lavoie: Elizabeth was absolutely phenomenal to work with. She met with my fiancée (now wife) and I to discuss the possible cake designs prior to the pandemic and we were blown away by Elizabeth. She was so prepared to answer our questions and turned our vague thoughts and ideas into concrete possibilities. Her samples were absolutely divine and we were quickly able to see, and taste, just how amazing Elizabeth’s designs would be. We loved Elizabeth's personality and how she told us to be honest about what we were thinking about the flavors. My wife does not have a palette for passionfruit, which we discovered during the tasting, and Elizabeth was very receptive when my wife told her this. Elizabeth has perfected her cake recipe and infuses flavors into the cake and the buttercream layers, which makes for a divine combination. We fell in love with two flavors, strawberry and almond, so Elizabeth proposed to use strawberry for two layers and almond for the third in the middle- resulting in exactly what we had hoped for!We had to postpone our wedding due to the pandemic but Elizabeth was with us every step of the way in rescheduling and fine tuning our cake design. We had run into some scheduling chaos, going back and forth between two possible delivery days, and Elizabeth and her team were so patient and accommodating for our needs. Nicole delivered our cake and was so incredibly great! She opened the entire cake box to ensure nothing moved during transportation and repackaged the cake before putting it in the refrigerator. The instructions we were given about the cake softening were specific and clear so it would be ready for us to cut on our wedding day.The cake on the day of our wedding was absolutely perfect! The design was incredible and the taste was everything that my wife and I had dreamed of. We had asked for fruits as decorations on the cake, which were so beautiful and fresh- Elizabeth uses fruits from her own garden, which is truly spectacular! We received so many compliments from our guests about the cake and just how excellent it was. Elizabeth was a joy to work with and her cake was absolutely everything and more than we could have hoped for.

Got a guava scone...I think it was a scone, thin flaky layers, honey on top, reminded me of baklava. Eddie gave me a free taste test of home made passion fruit juice, wicked good. Bought two loaves of fresh bread, has a coarse grain look, I thought it would be like Russian but it's like cake. Great local business. They try hard and it shows....good prices. Awesome

Mike K: Normally they are good but the last time I went I placed an order for a cake and put a deposit down. When I went to go pick up my cake they were closed nor did they ever called me. When I tried to get my refund back while they were closed during the coronavirus shut down, they told me they would pay me back as soon as they were open. When I went to get my deposit back with my receipt in hand they said next time I order, let they know they will credit the $30 dollars they owe me towards my next order. I buy a cake there every birthday that my family has but this time it was the worst experience. Lee Samnang: I bought the Fruit cake for my son special birthday with Duran only. As a result, they mixed Duran and Taro. My son allergy with Taro. I go back and talk to the owner woman, she seem like not really care and just blame to her worker. I walked away without any exchange. I paid full price for that special cake. I'm really sorry to my son that screw up his birthday. Be aware that place.

Santhosh G: Variety of baked pastries that are not too sweet. Tasted most of their individually packed pastries and every thing is good. Fruit cake and matcha cakes are their specialty. They even sell the sponge cake in a tray which is really cheap and delicious. Coconut sweet bun is a must try item as well.

We had a surprise birthday cake and a 3-tiered wedding cake with 2 different flavors: matcha green tea with vanilla buttercream AND tiramisu with coffee caramel buttercream. The simple winter design on our wedding cake and fantastic flavors truly made our special day even more memorable. Thank you to Alex and team for the great service and delicious cakes! We highly recommend this vendor to anyone needing a cake for a wedding/ special occasion.

Leah OKeefe: We often go to the bakery to pick up desserts, at least a couple of times a month. We know they say that if you need to order a cake they need like 5 days notice. Which to me is bizarre as I grew up in an area with multiple bakeries that could make a cake for the next day. I called to order a cake for my daughters graduation 10 days in advance just to be sure and I was told they didn’t have time to do it! I find that absolutely ridiculous! Sorry but not only will I never attempt to order a cake from them, but I will not return as a customer. Clearly they aren’t very competent. They can’t handle their business.

Put order for gf's birthday cake and requested a raccoon doctor in scrubs-- her nickname is "baby raccoon" and she's an M.D.-- and the lady on the phone said they'd try their best to fit my requests. Not only did they do all that, they also added an EKG around the cake. 10 stars don't do this place justice!!!!
