National Seating & Mobility: what do users think?
carmen ortega: Thank you for your help!! my dad can enjoy his family God bless all!!
Anthony Gramm: This company should be out of business. Very unprofessional. Waiting months and months for repairs and calls never getting returned and personally ending up with a medical complication over said repairs not being made.
Mora Martinez: Bad attention
Keisha Greaves: Rich has been truly a blessing and very accommodating with giving my needs with my new power wheelchair. Anything I need, Rich has been there!
Stacey Marshall: My patient waited 3 weeks for an appointment then the technician no showed because he “couldn’t find the building.” I’ve called multiple times and left multiple messages without any sort of return communication.
Randy Burns: They will take my call only when it's time for insurance to buy a new one, if u need help or repairs they never pick up the phone instead you are directed to leave a message in which you never get a return call, please contact another provider
Alexandra B: My husband and I left multiple messages for customer service in regards to service for our toddler’s safety bed. (You must leave messages because they have no one you can speak with directly.) We did not receive a call back on any of our multiple messages to both the Woburn and the NH location. Due to this, my son has not been able to sleep in the bed that was prescribed to him, because there are no other companies who are contracted with the manufacturer of the bed. I intend on notifying Medicare about this deplorable company so they hopefully will stop neglecting disabled children by their lack of accountability and horrid customer “disservice”
Mohammad Azazi: Poor quality. Unprofessionally design. My son falls down from the wheelchair twice. Feet step/rest keeps hitting the wheels and causing suddenly stops. I don't recommend this company to anyone.
A. Wexler: My most recent experiences have been good experiences!Huge improvements in communications have made a notable difference, everyone is on the same page.Brett Lennerton really gets it.He keeps me in the loop. This means I can get on my support system and everyone can do their part in a more timely way.A very nice change,Thank you
Katie Hart: One Star is too much! They did it again. I had hoped it was just the Burlington, VT location of NSM that is incompetent but no such luck. What should have been a simple service and modification order (for the wheelchair that they originally screwed up so massively...see my review for the VT location for details) has now turned into a several months wait only to find out they didn't fulfill the whole order. Just flat out ignored 2/3 of what was ordered. So the wait starts all over again. This company is garbage but we have no choice in DME companies. They have no reason to do better because they have exclusive contracts.
Joyce Menna: Everything I can say has already been said , if they didn't hold the state contract I doubt they would still be in business
Anna Sergienko: I’d like to express my appreciation to the NSM Woburn branch manager Bratt! He went above and beyond lots of times to help me with my wheelchair. Lately I’ve been experiencing some issues with my tires that had to get an immediate attention, and Bratt was able to take care of me every time despite his busy schedule. I’m so happy to know that there is someone who cares and is actually willing to help. Thank you so much Bratt! I really appreciate all your help!
Lynn Cain: Brett was extremely helpful and expeditious.
Michalene Jackson: This service is very bad take there time put in the paperwork and you’re waiting anywhere between 2 to 3 months if not longer they have Decline in their service and I been with since 2008 bad customer service also☹️😰
Frank Taverna: I have a power wheelchair that is being serviced because my left wheel was not in the right spot because it was pushed in somehow and the wheelchair wasn't moving correctly there were a couple of things wrong that went out from my home I say around July 16th or even earlier than that everything is all set my nurse had sent over the prescription so national seating and mobility could get prior authorization and I'm still waiting a lot of you don't know but there is a new wheelchair law going into effect it has to do with the wheelchair lemon law they are waiting to pass the bill and what's on that bill is they mandate companies to have the parts on site so customers like us who need equipment to get around I've been waiting for a while but what I do and what everybody has to do constantly call keep calling stay on hold forever when they decide to whatever cuz I've been waiting my insurance has been waiting also so just don't give up keep calling Will win the fight
Khalid Kanane: Worst company I have ever dealt with and I am specifically talking about their branch in Woburn, bad customer service and bad management. I waited three months for a foot rest issue to be fixed and when they send a technician to my house he came with the wrong part!!! So now God knows how long it will take them to get back to me again. Unbelievably incorrect.
Richard Solomon: Rich Dion has been there for me in at least three emergency situations.in recent months. He has responded quickly when my wheelchair broke in a manner that threatened my safety
Kate Campbell: A technician came out to my brother's house and spliced the wires of his electric wheelchair. He would not listen to what my mother was trying to reiterate. Parts were not ordered, and were not put through insurance in a timely manner. Now phone calls are not answered or returned. My 76 year old mother needs to manually push my brother around their house for 10 weeks now since the original technician's visit. This is unacceptable. My mother has health concerns and this is my brother's livelihood at stake. I am considering reaching out to a few people I know at the local news channels since my brother's experience does not seem to be the only one of it's kind. A formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau may be needed also. Please do not respond with the scripted response, I am not interested at this point; my brother and mother deserve proper service.
Margaret B: My son has had an outstanding order for a stander and gait trainer since November 2020. His rep, Richard, will not answer or return contact from my son's PT which is necessary for ordering. His supervisor seemed to take the situation seriously initially; he promised that contact would be made and I should call back if it wasn't made in a certain timeframe. Now the PT has not been contacted, my son's order is still in limbo, and neither person is retuning calls. In the interim, we did get 2 different pieces of equipment (ordered at the same time, didn't need PT input) which are amazing! I was at an appointment with our son when they were delivered, and arrived home just at the end of the delivery. Richard had promised my husband that he would call me while he was at the house for the delivery. When I got there my husband told Richard I was in the garage, Richard took off while I was in the garage getting our son out of the wheelchair van, and he still has not contacted me or our son's PT.
Aileen Gorman: I have a power wheelchair, that Is relatively new and has needed repair since Sept. 2020. Customer service is worse than terrible. They have you stuck between a rock and a hard place. They do not return calls even if you are a repeat customer. I would never recommend them but it's as if they have a monopoly on wheelchairs. Once insurance pays for it your stuck for repairs.
Paul Paul: The rep is all but impossible to get ahold of! When you contact service they can’t even make an appointment to fix a broken power wheelchair and when you talk to their so called customer service you might as well yell at a wall in your house!!!!I’ve had my power wheelchair for 2 weeks and it’s broken and nobody will fix it!!

National Seating & Mobility: what do users think?
Brandon Jones: They don’t ever answer the phone or give you a call back. I have been calling for a month now and I need wheelchair parts ASAP. I depend on my wheelchair every single day to make a living and it’s falling apart and I cannot get any parts because no one here will answer the phone or give me a call back. All I can say is I am highly disappointed and now I have to search for a new company that can help me get a new wheelchair, which is going to take months while the one I have, and Got from national, seating and mobility is falling apart and has been since I bought it from them they said that they have a lifetime warranty on the frame if it is bent and it is so bent, the tire does not touch the ground. They said it is not, and will not do anything about it and do not suggest buying your medical equipment from them it will be there constantly break or you will never hear from them to get parts
Carolyn Daigle: I can't tell you how bad the service is with NSM in New Hampshire! Unreasonably long wait periods for parts (4-6 months, seriously), bad attitudes and just blatantly ignoring calls. I have been EXTREMELY patient and kind, until today. I am so fed up!
Katrina Bennett: *** UPDATE ***National Seating to this day, has never returned my calls or request from my therapist or doctors. COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY IGNORED.My parts on my chair broke and I was Immobile for three days until I was able to get in with a new DME company. Do you know what it’s like to piss in your bed because your casters are broken and you can’t move your wheelchair because you’ve been trying to get a hold of your wheelchair company for three months and they don’t return your phone calls?!EVERYONE AT THIS OFFICE SHOULD BE ASHAMED!———————————original post——————————I have had national seating and mobility as my DME provider for almost 3 years. The first handful of experiences that I had with them prior to the pandemic were excellent customer service. Prompt callbacks, and communication with my therapist and doctors and insurance- everything was great. However, post pandemic I’m not sure what has happened to this company. I need a Equipment for my wheelchair. The bearings in my casters are going, I need tires and I need a new cushion. I have been trying to contact this company for weeks. My therapist couldn’t even get a call back. They say that they will return your call within 24 hours but I left a voicemail three weeks ago (no return call) I left a voicemail after that the week following and I just left a voicemail today and I’m really hoping that they call me back so I’m not forced to find a new DME.
Michael Reilly: Wonderful, best service in NH,
Ramon Pacheco: Staff are excellent and working with you to get your chairs fixed.
Terry Scott: I am happy with the service here for my power chair.
Rick Williams: Underwhelming support in an inconvenient location.
Jeffrey Cahill: good ty

Mobility Transfer Systems: what do users think?
Lori Cronin: Thank you for having such a wide variety of products
Premium Mortuary: Looking for equipment for my customer and easily found it & ordered it up on your website! Thanks
L Bran: This business recently changed ownership. The prior owners were great people! Can't say enough good things about them. Sad they are no longer involved.New owners are dishonest and scammers.TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.
Paul Raskas: March 2021 bought a mattress siting on an electronic adjustable base for my wife's medical condition & enjoyment. After exhaustive & frustrating research we found Mobility Transfer Systems. They had the only bed rail in marketplace for such a configuration. Perfect design & construction.MTS should partner with all major mattress & electronic adjustable base manufacturers.Your Customer Service is EXCEPTIONAL. Stephanie Is a rare consummate professional. How extremely fortunate I was to meet & work with her.Thank You
Deborah Kilbride: What a horrible web site. It doesn't even let you tour the warehouse. I'd would of liked to see what I'm buying. Guess I will go shopping somewhere else.

Rehabilitation Equipment Associates: what do users think?
Phyllis Pagliarulo: I just have to say you have amazing people working there!! Eric is phenomenal!!!Renee is outstanding and Erin is excellent with her customer service skills!! Thank you all!! I hope your company appreciate you as much as I and my brother do!! Thank you again!!
Diane Mulready: Once again Kim has out done herself with getting a project in repairs done that would have taken many months with any other company. Kim & Eric did in days. Many people don’t think about it, but when our wheelchairs go down it is truly taking the legs that we depend on right out from under us. I haven’t dealt with a company as good as REQ, ever… We are truly blessed to have REQ and it’s wonderful technicians there for us. We just love you guys. I am having Diane post this because I am not a Facebook person. Thanks again Kim and Eric, for giving me my mobility back. We love you
Jonathan Thatcher: Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. They really care about customers. They resolved the problem with my Dad’s wheelchair properly, the first time.
Walter Hewlett: I called REQ to get a couple of solid tires for my mobility scooter because I was tired of always putting air in tires. I talk to Renee and Catherine they were very friendly and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs any medical equipment. They were Great. Walter.
Gioconda Limanek: Excellent service. Their staff is wonderful .
Dana King: This was by far our fastest and easiest wheelchair purchase. Kim listened to all our thoughts and concerns and was able to integrate these ideas into the new chair. Kim took the time to get to know my daughter and make sure she was included in the decision among process. She understood that getting a new chair is a long term process, and not something you can just deliver and forget. This was our first time in our 27 years of equipment needs that the product delivered truly met my daughters needs.
allison house: Can't say enough about the customer service we have received from Kim and her staff. Whenever we have a problem she gets right back to us. Recently, we had questions regarding traveling on a plane with our chair and she came right to the house and explained everything to us, putting our minds at ease.
Chris Murphy: I have really been stressed about my wifes need for a chair. The one we had the tire broke and I wasn't going to be able to get it fixed before her Dr appointment today! I called Renee and Erin in Haverhill in a panic and they were amazing. I was able to get there quickly and Steve took excellent care of me and got me home with time to spare to get my wife to her appointment! I haven't been treated this well in a long time and can not wait to do more business with them and tell everyone I know. From the bottom of my heart thank you!
Claire Villenneuve: We recently had a stair lift installed by Mike and Steve. They put extra effort into getting the work done well and as soon as possible. It was as though good friends were taking care of us.
Dena Miller: Great personal service, anyone can sell a chair it’s the service after you buy that counts. Kim Our rep has been to our house on the weekends, or late at night. She always insured my sons chair runs when he needs it. My son had horrible back pain for years turns out it was a bad fit chair not his back. The freedom he has in his chair one that fits makes all the difference. I could not begin to say how much REQ has meant to our family.
j parrott: Great personal and services! We got my daughter’s Powersoccer wheelchair and Kim D’Amato went above and beyond to help us! Thanks~Jane & Dana
