Johanna Syrzka: This Company is absolutely horrible, they should be sued for fraud. They take MONTHS to complete any paperwork.
Sandy Currier: I have been calling for weeks to get my supplies delivered they said they delivered two orders since the end of July. Come to find out someone changed my address and my supplies were going to someone in Wakefield. Another person told me I wasn’t in the system anymore. Another told me it would months to get this problem resolved. I have been hand washing all my supplies and the nose pillows are not working anymore. I spoke to the office manager today and she said she’ll call me back today. no call. In the meantime my insurance company is paying for supplies I’m not getting.My next call is to my insurance company.
Oscar Sanchez: Worst customer service ever. Hire better people and you wont have these major issues. Just to think that people with disabilities use this place for medicalequipment...and at the same time get treated horribly by the staff that take the phone calls. The lady who answered said shes been working there for over 10 years..yeah 10 years too long to be mistreating every client/patient that calls for assistance but gets the wicked witch from the hell!!. People beware of this so called place of business. They scare me or the women who answers the phone who's been working there for 10 years does. Plus they have equipment delivery drivers offering to pay people for green card. He already paid a former employee $10 grand and after she quit working for lincare now he's still employed there ..I'm wondering how..oh I know how cause they're under staffed and desperately need drivers who by the way are supposed to be legal to work here and carry themselves respectfully and professionally not paying people they work alongside with money for a green card. This company should be ashamed. Thank God they'll never ever get my business.
Scott Breault: I would give this company 0 stars if it was an option. The customer service and follow through is non existent. I can not believe they are still in business. Ownership take note. If your not out of business now you soon will be with how you treat your customers.
Deantha Warner: My compressor would not charge in my car coming home from Mass General in Boston to Maine. So I called the Wakefield Lincare to hook me up with a regulator for the bottle I had in my car. They were awesome. Just note the address is actual 10 Upton Drive, Wilmington, MA!

Elena Rosnick: Their MO is to get the patient set up with all their billable equipment and supplies; then leave patient hanging for all future inquiries. They do not have knowledge of equipment and do not send what is requested. They tell lies to get patient off the phone. The representative is mostly in some foreign place, not nearby. Their behavior is CRIMINAL! This is WILMINGTON OFFICE.
Alex Copans: Customer service for this company is absolutely terrible. I am still waiting for a nebulizer which I need in order to survive. They told me they’d be dropping it off 24 hours after I ordered it. It’s been two weeks and I can’t even get anyone on the phone. Absolutely no sense of urgency.
Ethel Ferguson: My elderly mother uses them for oxygen and there's always problem. There telephone operators are very rude you need to retrain them she is running out of oxygen because her home equipment is broken and being told sometime today well if something happens ill see you in court
Donna Giordano: My husband has been using a C-pap for about seven years. No one ever told him there was a filter in it that had to be changed. He found it today acciddently, and it's covered in black mold. It's tiny, but that's not the point, he should have been told about it, where it was, and how often it had to be changed. This won't let me post unless I click on at least one star, just so you know, they don't deserve even one, it should be minus, but it's the only way I can post this.
Frank: Lincare bought out my place in Woburn. I've been trying to get my CPAP supplies for two months. I've been told "it's being handled" or "It's on its way" this will be my 8th phonecall, but I wonder if it's better to stop by. I mean, I would if I could keep my eyes open long enough to drive there.0.1 star, would not recommend. Someone shut this place down.Went from two to one star
Joe Gavin: They're incompetent! They couldn't handle a simple change of insurance carriers and I got billed a year after they allegedly send me supplies. I'm still getting bills after repeated phone calls.
John Parsons: I was told my prescription didn't contain enough information. I had to ask my Dr. for a new one. I did exactly as requested. When I called back the person was very rude. I ended up hanging up after about 20 seconds of being berrated for doing the wrong thing. (which is what the first person told me to do). It didn't take long to realize I did not want to do business with them.
Tom Kenny: I only rated it a one because we can't give negative numbers. They won't deliver, don't care, leave people without the items they need, and the representatives you talk to can barely communicate. Getting through on the phone is a challenge, and all other aspects of the service are a nightmare. They're a monopoly business and they act like it, and they should be shut down for the good of society. God help anyone who's life or health is dependent on these incompetent, useless people.
Sean Flaherty: Terrible terrible terrible. They took over from company that originally started me with Cpap. From then on Rude rushed on phone or sicky sweet (read as lots of Honey... or sweety when spoken to) and full of false promises. Everyone I tried to get new cpap gear from told one story or another. New chip for compliance check.... bring in said chip. Which they ook and put in envelope to verify when have time and never returned. I was offered to sign up for automatic servicing twice and then told after the fact both times it was not possible and “ who told you that?” Both times it was the same person who then later denied it was possible!The office itself is disaster to see in person. Ramshackle doesn’t do it justice. shabby waiting room area which is couple chairs in short hall by door. Piles and piles of papers and boxes of equipment everywhere. Told one BS story or another every time. I can not comprehend how they are still operating.I have resorted to order mask and hose parts from amazon while arranging a new provider.STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS DISASTER
Pauline Miller: I wish I could give this company 0 stars. When my husband was hospitalized about a year ago it was determined he needed oxygen daily and Lincare is the company Newton Wellesley Hospital suggested. They are miserable to deal with. Orders we place come in wrong....tank sizes are wrong, amounts are wrong, etc. We recently signed on with Hospice for my husband. Hospice uses Enos for their oxygen supplier. So far a great company. My main complaint today is Lincare was suppose to pickup their oxygen canisters a week ago. They never showed up. A call to the company from my husbands nurse prompted Carol, the manager or telephone operator at Lincare, to call me and said she didn't know why they didn't pickup their equipment but they would definitely be here Friday, which was yesterday. Well, here it is Saturday and I still have 13 or so canisters sitting in my front hall. Orders I have placed with Carol in the past always seem to come in wrong. Drivers have told me they didn't get the order as I said it should have be or they never heard from Carol. Something is definitely wrong in the ordering department. I will try to reach Lincare today and ask that they be picked up TODAY (even though they've told us they ONLY come out to our area on Thursdays) or they can find them outside on our deck at their leisure and maybe have to dig them out of the snow. I do not want all these canisters in my home any longer. Hmmmm....maybe a report to the BBB will speed them up.
Stephanie Scangas: Very poor customer service, do NOT waste your time. I will be calling the Insurance Company to report this and to ask for different referral in order to get a wheelchair for my 92 year old Dad. 6 weeks of getting the run around from the Wakefield office, spoke with 3 different representatives, dates and names documented. I was finally told yesterday that the wheelchair would be delivered today between noon and 5:00, it never was. I then called and spoke with the manager, explained our 6 week ordeal, she said it could be a couple more hours. I told her to cancel the order and her final words were “I don’t want your order.” Shame on her and on the reps who didn’t follow through.

Mary J: I called 12 days ago & asked how soon I could pick-up supplies if I start using their company. They said 24hrs. Next day I called & was told they’re working on it. Now when I call the person that answers says they’re an answering service & the staff aren’t available. I’m not dealing with crappy service anymore!!! My last supplier sucked too. I’m taking this by the horns. I just ordered all of my supplies on Amazon & will manually submit a claim to my insurance!
