Careway Medical Supply: what do users think?
Chris M.: Nice local store for medical supplies. They carry the well known brand's like Tena , Jobst , Golden Tech , Nova , Guardian , Essential etc. . I am usually able to find what my loved one's need. Parking is in front of store for easy access and usually I am able to be in and out quickly.
sean erschen: Great medical supplies and helpful staff
Bertha Gardner: I was at this store today and the people who work there are rude. The one who was helping me talked to me like I was a animal. My son was there also last week and he walked out because of how he was treated. We will not go to this store again. Not a store that I want to do business with. This isn't my first visit to this store, but it will be my last. I hope the managers can do something about the attitude at this store.
5sisters Investing: Roberta was rude.. asked about compresion socks my doctor wanted me to get. After 5 mins of we need a persciption and take measurements... they dont know if they even have them in stock!Thats all i called for!!!Useless ill order on amazon!!
mike hawkes: you really need to update your website ,it does not load ,how ppl supposed to know what u sell if the website don't work ,i just have major back surgery and every time i go to look at the sit it never loads
Mindy Beinert: I am very happy with my Medbasix Folding Offset Handle Adjustable Cane. It is quiet and the handle is very comfortable which is why I chose this model. My only suggestion would be a strap that wraps and snaps around the folded cane.
ashley alexander: Great supplies, however customer service is horrible.
d coughlinjd: The three times I've shopped there, the older staff always seem grumpy - almost like they're doing you a favor to wait on you.
Leo Campos: Great people, Service and products. I would recommend this place to friends!
Merri Lee Johnson: Great source of supplies for scrubs. Also great for other medical supplies that our office needs - send lots of patients there for supplies we do not carry.Scrubs are great, comfy and long lasting. Wish there were more on the clearance sale on-line.
Alexandra McNary: Staff always says hi when you enter the door. Many racks of scrubs in every size and color. If they dont have what your looking for they will so their best to order it! The medical supplies are the best in the area. Creams smell soooo good too!
Stacy Ossinger: Best selection of scrubs with good discounts as scrubs club member! Awesome customer service too. Today I called the store to order Gray's Anatomy scrubs in a color that is apparently discontinued. They called the manufacturer anyway to see if they could still get them and were able to order them for me! :)
Kaeleigh Y: Great selection of scrubs, friendly staff, and good discounts as a "scrubs club" member! Also has a great selection of shoes and clogs that are frequently on sale. I tell all my coworkers about this place
Andree Pennachio: i shop here for scrubs. Its a bit deceiving when you first enter and see all the medical equipment. But they have a great selection of scrubs in back of the store. Its neat, organized and they always have my size. They have a couple of big well lit fitting rooms and the staff is super friendly and helpful. I've never had trouble finding a parking space, but there are several public free lots in the center. I've recommended Careway to my collegues and new nurses.
Kerrilyn Olaughlin: Careway is the BEST store to by healthcare clothes and supplies by far!!!!!Oh and the lovey ladies even entertain and chat with my daughter who is a brain cancer survivor. Thank you Careway!!!!
Brittani Hebenton: Having a really nice scrub store near my house is really amazing. When I first went to Careway Wellness center, I couldn't believe the variety of scrub brands they sold. I was in heaven!! Other scrub stores stopped selling my favorite brand (Greys Anatomy) and I thought it would be impossible for me to find a store that sold them but I was wrong! The store employes are very helpful and they cater to your every need. I couldnt find some of the colors I wanted so they helped me go through the catalog and I ended up doing a special order. The other great thing is that they have the "scrub club" membership. It makes shopping for scrubs even more fun. If you spend a up to a certain amount of money on scrubs, they send you a $25 gift card to use towards other scrubs. How exciting is that?!?! I cant wait to go back in and see what new scrubs I can find!
Holly Morrissette: I was recently in the store trying to return an item someone had purchased for me and the staff was extremely helpful and apologetic when the item could not be returned. I love shopping here because not only is the staff helpful and nice but they offer a wide variety of scrubs and nursing accessories! I look forward to shopping for more scrubs here in the future!
Amy Brigham: Make sure that when you ask for directions; i.e. a landmark, please understand that no 7-11 exists; it did about 5 years ago. REALLY! The people there still think it does and so do their directions on their Web site! A better landmark is that it is across the street from a restaurant aptly named "The Restaurant." I can not even make this stuff up!
Joe Gavin: Don't have them order anything for you. I had to pay up front for an item they didn't have in stock. Was told it would be in within a week. Called on day 6 and was told with an attitude it hadn't been ordered because they didn't have an order large enough for the supplier. They called on day 8 and said it was in. Picked up the item and it was the wrong one. They're clueless. My advice is to look anywhere else for your medical supply needs.

Charron Medical Equipment: what do users think?
Bill Ford: I Had a chair delivered this morning ( 5-13-2021 ).Brian and Jovanny were great. Brian was very patient with my wife, explaining everything to her. The whole experience was great, sales Tiffany , delivery and setup provided by Brian and Jovanny very professional and friendly. The service from Charron was the best.ThanksBillWilliam Ford88 Hancock St.Bedford Ma.01730
Leeann Leone Esker: Spoke to Julia on the phone soon nice i wish there were more people like her in the world
Eileen L: I purchased a manual wheelchair for my dad. The staff is extremely helpful and the curbside pick up is a great option. They went above and beyond in making me a happy customer. They work great as a team. Thank you.
Mitchell Barney: They were polite and took the time to help me without assuming the sale. Something that I appreciate. The woman assisting me truly took the time to help me. I went in for circaid wraps and they were able to order them and took the time to see if they could possibly bill insurance. I have health issues and usually buy medical supplies on Amazon. I'm shopping local now on. They were really helpful.
falcon man: I called around to most of the service companies local to Nashua. Charron is nearly 50% cheaper than the next option to get in the door. They might even waive the fee if they have to come back another day.Charron is a low stress option for handling a stressful situation.
Kristin Shepard: After fracturing my tibial plateau, I found navigating the fourteen stairs to my outside door to be a frightful and dangerous activity. A google search for rental stairlifts led me to Charron Medical. I took a chance and made a call, and I'm SO happy I did. The office staff was courteous and professional, and Brian (the installer) was personal, professional, and thorough. The unit itself is solid and safe, and works like a charm. My surgery is a few days away, and I am no longer fearful leaving my house for my surgery and doctor's appointments, or to let my dog out or simply to catch a breath of fresh air. Thank you to the professionals at Charron Medical!
denise arsenault: An excellent place to do business.People are extremely nice.
JM RB: Updated post: I just finished a run in the Therasport compression sock from Charron Medical. I loved it. The foot portion had all the support and cushion of a running sock while the gradient compression in the leg helped with blood flow and recovery. I like arch support in my running socks and these have a nice band around the foot for that. The compression socks from Charron Medical are the best I have worn. The toe part is roomy and doesn't squish my toes. They are easy to put on and the compression is like a hug for my calves and foot arches. I wear them with slacks to work everyday.
R Pip: Good service an prices. Dependable.
Yvonne T: I wanted to buy locally, and it took a few rounds of phone/fax tag for my provider in another city to convey my order for a particular post-surgical item to Charron Medical, but they were super kind and friendly every time I called to check on it, and when I came into the store for the purchase, they not only had the item in stock, but Karrie was very friendly and helpful in assisting me in choosing the best style for my situation. Very impressed, very pleased with the service! :-D
John Abbott: Great staff very helpful
Nelson Ruiz: Very helpful and found everything I was looking for and more
Michelle B: I visited Charron Medical in Nashua to purchase a scooter after it being recommended by a friend. The staff was extremely helpful with phenomenal customer service. I would recommend them to anyone. 10/10
joyce Briand: They have what I was LOOKING for and answered my email quick and was very helpful
Kathleen: After my mom moved in with us we needed to have a stair lift installed. We contacted Charron Medical and Michael came out and gave us an affordable quote and spent some quality time with us explaining the benefits and features of the Xclusive Stair Lift. When we contacted Charron Medical to have the lift installed a convenient appointment was set up and Brian came and did a wonderful job installing the lift and even spent some quality time with us explaining the lifts operation. Mom "test drove" it while Brian explained its operation and did not leave until he was certain we knew how to operate the stair lift properly. Both Michael and Brian were a real pleasure to work with. They come very highly recommended. Thank you.Kathleen and John Killmeyer
Joanne Hartnett: Charon Medical is a great place to shop if you are looking for medical supplies you cannot find any where else. They have a great selection of products to chose from. I would recommend anyone in need of medical supplies to see them first.
Carolyn Disco: I unreservedly give five stars to Charron Medical for its service and professionalism. I bought a recliner/lift chair there 12 years ago and ran into a problem with the electric control. Not only did a service person come out the same day (not always possible, I understand), Brian knew exactly what the problem was. I saw how he removed the control at an accessible point, and listened to his extensive knowledge about the chair's operations. He knows the products so well.I greatly appreciated his advice on the use of batteries during power failures. Nothing had ever worked for me. You have to have batteries already installed BEFORE the power goes out. The batteries are capable of only once righting the chair so the leg rest is down and you can get up from it. That allows sitting in it, but disallows repeated use of the control until the power comes back on. The rate of movement is also very slow. One use of the battery drains it completely.Who knew? It's that kind of vital knowledge a customer needs.Brian also screwed in a hook in a table near the chair to allow the storage of a heating pad within its reach --- a much appreciated convenience for which I thanked him.Being near Christmas right now, here is a story to warm hearts. As an offhanded aside, Brian mentioned he once encountered an elderly customer during a stifling heat wave. He asked the woman if she had any A/C available. She said she had a unit but no one available to install it (presumably without charge). Brian installed it for her, and agreed to come back when it was time to remove it from the window. The woman cried with gratitude and relief. Such compassion in such an unusual circumstance deserves to be publicly recognized.Great work, Charron!
Vicki Mellon: Best customer service in New Hampshire!I have been shopping at Charron Medical supply for many years, going on 16! I have bought various different items from lift chairs , wheelchairs, walkers to and simple items like cast boots. Every time my experience has been extraordinary. The staff are kind, courteous and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the items they sell and the billing process. In a time when shopping online or in stores can be a nightmare due to various factors, it's comforting to know I can call or go to Charron Medical in Nashua and I will get the service, respect and items our family needs when we need them. Thank you for being NH's BEST! Vicki Mellon
Herbell Ospina: Good place for medical
James Twining: Thank you for your help. Greatly appreciated
Chelsea Paradore: Charron Medical has been a pleasure to work with. They were generous enough to sponsor the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk of Nashua and jumped in with both feet. The determination, spirit, and energy they displayed throughout the MSABC season was amazing to see. I would highly recommend Charron Medical Services!

MobilityWorks: what do users think?
Martha Waite: I want to thank Jason Howson at Mobility Works in Woburn for his five-star service on my wheelchair van. I purchased the van from them last fall and the staff at MW has shown nothing but kindness and dedication toward insuring that my van is safe and functional! God bless you all!!! Martha
Doreen Colegrove: We have been customers for many years. Most recently, Brett from the Woburn office has been outstanding in his customer relations, compassion for his client Joel and such a support to me Joel's wife. Every day is a struggle as caretaker for my husband and it goes without saying that his wheelchair is his lifeline. Brett has provided us in crisis with services and loaner chairs. Without that I am not sure what we would have done. To the management, Brett deserves thanks for his dedication to his job and to National Seating & Mobility. Thank you Brett.Doreen Colegrove
Richard Burgin: Very friendly helpful staff. Free Wi-fi, restrooms and coffee while you wait. Excellent service and inspection. They also have conversions and various equipment on site to view.
Ron Lassman: Good folks
Bonnie Smith: This could have been a difficult experience, but it wasn't. Thank you, Dave Qualey! Dave first met my 100% disabled veteran husband a few years ago at a disabilities convention. He kept Dave's card. As his Parkinson's progressed, he knew he would need a van and a wheelchair. We secured a grant from the VA -- with Dave's help, he really knows the process -- and he set us up with a terrific Dodge Caravan and various features. Dave was patient and respectful all the way through. He listened, and came up with solutions. My husband can be a bit stubborn, and Dave was just great with him. If you are a veteran, or a care giver of one, Dave is your guy. He knows the ropes. He gets it.
Janice Bushee: My boyfriend who has MS needs a disability van. His mother bought him one for 36,000. Omg I brought him to the dentist and was stuck there because the door would not close. When we called the emergency number the woman I spoke with basicly could not find him any provider that could either pick him up or tow the van away. She kept saying there were no providers in our area. Im like here I am in Burlington Massachusetts and my boyfriend cannot walk and he is in a scooter so we were stranded in Burlington with no ride or towThank god I have tripple a they came as fast as they could. I ended up calling his 90 year old mother who picked him up but because its just a regular car i had to take apart the scooter. What a nightmare. There emergency mobility number promises to pick up disable people and tow your van away and neither of these things happened. I guess because i did not break down in the right town.
Curt Raffi: As parents of a disabled child, my wife and I have really enjoyed the opportunity to rent from Mobility Works both in their Manchester New Hampshire location as well as in Woburn. If you're in the northern part of Massachusetts or southern New Hampshire, Manchester can be a little quieter and easier to access (near the airport). The Woburn location is tucked back in the Cummings Park area of Woburn Mass, near the Hyatt. We've rented for the day and for the weekend and the service and the respect we have been shown is exemplary. Well done MobilityWorks!
Dahlia Studios: We rented a wheelchair van so we could take my Mom (she is 86) out and around a little this summer. The team at MobilityWorks could not have been more better. They delivered the van due to some tough circumstances in our family, the van was perfect (brand new & so luxurious), and returning it was super easy. Buying a van like this one is out of our budget, so we are SO grateful for the chance to rent them!
Darlene Atteridge: My husband spent 10,000.00 putting in a lift for back of truck, hand controls etc. They had the truck for 2 months. Even after having it that long...the workmanship was terrible. Wires everywhere(What a mess).Went to push back seat and it tore out the wires under seat. Thank god we where home . Imagine if he was out by himself when this happened. We where so disgusted with the inadequate response to our issues . The inability for the people who are working on the equipment to even grasp the plight of people dealing with disabilities. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP in Woburn , MA., I recommend the one in Londonderry NH. We have used them before with good results. I know this is far, but better than breaking down
D Cormier: I rented a van for the day for my father, who is in a wheelchair. It was such a relief not to worry about how to get him in and out of the car. The reservation process went smoothly. I will use their rentals again, as needed.
Manny Rodriguez: they are the best Ray and Roger got me in a new van they did a great search and they make my dream come true the best service
Vinnie Guiffrida: My wife and me stop in this place looking for a Handicap vehicle for my mother, We where treated like garbage! We are looking at $60,000 dollar vehicles and felt like we where a burden to them! This being all new to us we where not familiar with how to use the ramp and how to secure my mother in the van. We went home and looked for other dealers selling this type of vehicles, We found and place that treated us with respect took the time to explain and there van was $14,000 less.
Terry Marie Sullivan Baca: People there are helpful and friendly. Wheelchair vans are expensive, but they try to work with you.
P Higgio: The fact that this establishment works with elderly, sick and disabled people blows my mind! Each call is met with an excuse to call back followed by no call back. My family and I wasted two weeks trying to get a solid answer from these people. Our father passed and we wanted to drop his van someplace. They couldn’t give us a value and made excuse after excuse. I wouldn’t buy anything from this place given the lack of follow through. Poor customer service to say the least!

National Seating & Mobility: what do users think?
Brandon Jones: They don’t ever answer the phone or give you a call back. I have been calling for a month now and I need wheelchair parts ASAP. I depend on my wheelchair every single day to make a living and it’s falling apart and I cannot get any parts because no one here will answer the phone or give me a call back. All I can say is I am highly disappointed and now I have to search for a new company that can help me get a new wheelchair, which is going to take months while the one I have, and Got from national, seating and mobility is falling apart and has been since I bought it from them they said that they have a lifetime warranty on the frame if it is bent and it is so bent, the tire does not touch the ground. They said it is not, and will not do anything about it and do not suggest buying your medical equipment from them it will be there constantly break or you will never hear from them to get parts
Carolyn Daigle: I can't tell you how bad the service is with NSM in New Hampshire! Unreasonably long wait periods for parts (4-6 months, seriously), bad attitudes and just blatantly ignoring calls. I have been EXTREMELY patient and kind, until today. I am so fed up!
Katrina Bennett: *** UPDATE ***National Seating to this day, has never returned my calls or request from my therapist or doctors. COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY IGNORED.My parts on my chair broke and I was Immobile for three days until I was able to get in with a new DME company. Do you know what it’s like to piss in your bed because your casters are broken and you can’t move your wheelchair because you’ve been trying to get a hold of your wheelchair company for three months and they don’t return your phone calls?!EVERYONE AT THIS OFFICE SHOULD BE ASHAMED!———————————original post——————————I have had national seating and mobility as my DME provider for almost 3 years. The first handful of experiences that I had with them prior to the pandemic were excellent customer service. Prompt callbacks, and communication with my therapist and doctors and insurance- everything was great. However, post pandemic I’m not sure what has happened to this company. I need a Equipment for my wheelchair. The bearings in my casters are going, I need tires and I need a new cushion. I have been trying to contact this company for weeks. My therapist couldn’t even get a call back. They say that they will return your call within 24 hours but I left a voicemail three weeks ago (no return call) I left a voicemail after that the week following and I just left a voicemail today and I’m really hoping that they call me back so I’m not forced to find a new DME.
Michael Reilly: Wonderful, best service in NH,
Ramon Pacheco: Staff are excellent and working with you to get your chairs fixed.
Terry Scott: I am happy with the service here for my power chair.
Rick Williams: Underwhelming support in an inconvenient location.
Jeffrey Cahill: good ty
