Erika Raposo: Always messing up my order and then they charge people .70 cents for cold foam but never put it you have to remind them about 100x. Same with the pumps of flavor. They either forget or don’t put the right amount. Gave me multiple coffees with 0 cream . Daniel Hubley: Don’t know who the night shift is but the women hooked us up with the bacon on our sandwiches and the coffee is spectacular even though it’s probably old espresso. Wish I tipped these wonderful ladies! Will definitely be back!! We were confused about certain menu items but she was happy to help! 10 stars to the night shift on 09/02/22!

Pete: Everyone that works at this location is awesome. The manager is great. My wife and I go there all the time. Today a very rude customer tried to cause trouble and was awful to the manager and employees. The manager kept her cool and handeled the situation great. The customer was in the wrong. This customer left a bad review and put down this place. Don't believe him. The employees here are great and do a wonderful job.

Larry Downard: I have a five year old son who is a picky eater. I thought I'd try to tempt him with some donuts. I brought him in at around 330pm today to look at the donuts. He saw a chocolate one he liked but then he said "why are those donuts covered with bugs" I looked and the dontut holes on the far left side had at least four insects crawling on them. We walked out the door and will never return. I hope Noone ordered donut holes this afternoon.

The young lady told me that, I can't make an order here, she said I have to drive around to order another two additional donuts to my order. You need to train your employees. Felicia is an A+ manager; always attentive to not only her customers but her employees all day every day, sweet , polite and understanding, everything you could ever wish for in a manager, she IS! Tammie Pelosi: Though this location is extremely convenient it is often out of popular items such as the most commonly bought glazed doughnut 🍩 among many other items. This is where convience becomes very inconvenient especially for mobile app orders as they allow you to order the items only to find out they are out of stock when you get there and there lies the problem. Wish I could give them a higher rating but this has happened multiple times. So be cautious especially when ordering through the mobile app.

Henry Cay: Woman working here was very rude. Ignored my existence for 5 minutes while I waited in line directly in front of the counter. Didn't say anything while she did something with the cash register and repeatedly went to the back room. She didn't make eye contact and smirked when I tried to make it with her, as if she knew she was wasting my time. I decided to leave after 5 minutes of waiting, and the second I did, she asked the other person waiting behind me, who had just gotten there, what they wanted. I felt insulted and I think that was the point. Don't know what her deal is, but I wont be coming back.

I was the only customer inside the store and I spent 6 minutes in front of the counter waiting to be served. I gave up waiting and went to another dunkim store in woburn, where I was very well taken care of.

What I got was a half of a sandwich, where is the grilled cheese part and the other bread. The tomato pesto part is okay but where's the other part of the sandwich.

Or to my dad, few weeks ago he was telling my dad how dunkin’s food sucks and that if my dad doesn’t wanna get fat he shouldn’t eat any of the sandwiches there. Plus, he kept asking my dad about his wedding ring and asking if its real or not, the disrespect.As a person who works in costumer service, you should NEVER talk bad about the products the company sells to costumers, or ask inconvenient questions.

Glen Berube: I have made three purchases with this store. Only once has my experience been positive. The first time the woman making my Sausage, Cheese, And English Muffin sandwich put it on a croissant, and then gave me attitude when I mentioned it was wrong ("What, do you want me to make it again or something?"). The second time I asked for a medium hazelnut black hot, to which she stared at me as if I had three heads and rudely said, "What size?!" "Medium, like what I said first in that sentence." Lady, you work at a hospital. People are sad and stressed and going through a lot. If you're going to be bad at your job, at least be decent about it.
