Kristen Rathke: The girl doing my lashes accidentally glued together my bottom and top eyelashes and ripped them apart using tweezers instead of using glue remover. I was left with short little stumps where some of my bottom eyelashes used to be. She decided not to mention this to me and I discovered my butchered eyelashes at home after I had already left and paid. The owner tried to argue that my eyelashes were like that when I came in until I sent close up photos of the damage. Then she insisted that I let them remove the extensions before they would give me a refund. I understood and I wanted them off anyway because they didn't look good, but I was pretty shocked that the owner had the audacity to demand that I pay her for the removal service after I refused to let the original girl touch my lashes again. There is absolutely NO REASON I should have been asked to pay them anymore money in order to fix THEIR mistake. It wasn't about the money, it wasn't even an expensive service but it was just the principle of it. Awful business practice, I'm still mad about it.ETA: In response to the owners response: I never said I wasn't refunded for the botched service. I said I was forced to pay for a removal in order to recieve the refund. There is absolutely no reason I should have been asked to pay any amount of money to fix your business's mistake, including the removal cost, regardless of who did it(it was the owner). The owner should have done it at no cost to me because it wasn't my mistake and the responsibility ultimately falls on her to fix her employees mistakes. Again, why is a customer paying any amount to fix your business's mistakes?

Karina Early: I would not have even put one star if it was an option. The customer service here is horrible. I had secured a lash appointment 1 week ago for a very important event I have this weekend. Less than 48 hours before my appointment time I was notified they were cancelling my appointment. Now I am not able to get a lash appointment before the event.I asked if there was an option to receive even partial treatment but was given no other solution. This is not an acceptable way to treat new customers.There should be someone who is reviewing new clients and communicating more efficiently if there are specific protocols for who can receive treatment here.
