Brittany H: I have been coming here on and off for about ten years. On my last visit, my hair was down to my belly button. I asked for TWO inches to be taken off, and I think about SEVEN were taken off instead. My hair is currently up to my shoulders. To be honest, I am always a little dramatic about getting my hair cut, so I assumed the cut was not as bad as I thought. When I left the salon, I realized how it was completely not what I asked for. Everyone's reaction confirmed that is was as short as I thought when they all said "wow I can't believe you cut your hair off!". I also had it dyed black, and it is already starting to fade, only two weeks later. Every dye job seems to fade or not be the color I asked for. My cut and color were free since I had a gift card, however I had to purchase hundreds of dollars worth of hair extensions since I have thick hair. I also warned them on the phone prior to my appointment that my hair was very long and would take a long time to be cut and colored. They ignored me and made my appointment time short, so the stylist did not even have time to style my hair. Her solution was to leave the color on my hair for one hour while she took another customer, then suggested I wait for another customer to have their appointment and she would style my hair after. I left looking like a wet dog and none of the hair dye was removed from my scalp. Will never return.

I’ve been to several of the local massage therapy offices around town and haven’t found one I really liked until I came to this place.Before I would have to travel all the way to Andover to get the back relief I needed. Now I can travel down the road cause I found my favorite place. She was excellent and even though the conversation was short she knew where to work all from touch. I almost didn’t have to give any directions and she worked out all my problem spots on her own. That’s when I knew she was very good at her job.She just opened in the past year and I had put off going in for a visit and now I regret it because I could have found relief much sooner for all that stress and low energy that has been bogging me down. I definitely recommend anyone try this place. I was a walk in off the street and she was able to squeeze me in twenty minutes after walking in. And she has great hours and is open 7 days a week. She works very hard and the outcome is worth every penny. Her prices are very good too!Now my only worry is if I blabber on this place she’ll get so busy I won’t get a quick spot anymore. But she’s definitely deserving of it for the expertise she’s shown this far. 5 stars!

Dora Dos: **UPDATE**I was contacted by Indulgence and was offered a complimentary massage for the inconvenience which I am grateful for. My massage therapist, Tamika was amazing. She did a great job in relieving all my knots and was exceptional with finding my pressure points. I am more than likely to return for massage service with Tamika.I booked a massage appointment with them twice and they cancelled on me last minute both times. First time, I was already on my way there & appointment was in 10 min and I received a call that they had to cancel. Second time, they cancel on me due to the snow which is understandable. But the least they can do was offer some sort of discounts or something for the inconvenience. All they did was say "Sorry, there's nothing I can do". Don't waste your time at this place. To me, that's terrible customer service.

allthefish 4242: Went here on a whim with my girlfriend. They pulled out a second bed to allow us to do a couples massage on the fly. Great massage for me, solid massage for my girlfriend. Not a whole lot of communication due to language barrier, but neither one of us felt uncomfortable, and both women did occasionally ask “you OK?”Kinda hard to find (driveway next to the Dunkin’ Donuts) and feels a little sketchy due to location, thorough home security system, and language barrier, but in the end we both had a great experience without breaking the bank.I expect to go again, and I expect they will earn 5 stars next time. I only really took 1 off because my girlfriends massage was a little less memorable than mine, and because it really was a little eerie heading in.

I was quite apprehensive at first, as I have had little experience in such an environment. I was assigned Jordania (aka “JoJo”) who instantly made me feel comfortable for my facial treatment. Not only does she provide a warm, relaxing atmosphere, but she is a true professional at her craft. She is able to answer any and all questions with confidence and was very patient with me (I tend to ask a LOT of questions). She is a huge reason why I have returned for multiple appointments. They really provide a great experience! And PS, Jordania provides amazing results every time (got multiple facials & lymphatic drainage done)!

I have been here almost every week for the past 3 months for one service or another, really a great salon!!I have been going here a few years on and off. Not so impressed with the lymphatic massages. I bought a package of 10 1-hour treatments. Each session was about 45 min,one even being only 30! Jordaina isnt very friendly either.
