Jaron Neutronix: I had a pipe leak water in my home in December. David M Murphy sent plumbers over to fix the problem. However the same area had a leak 9 months later. When I called David M Murphy and left a voicemail they did not get back to me. When I called their emergency line they did not get back to me. I hired a different plumber to fix the issue. They informed me that the work done by David M Murphy was shoddy and the pipe connection had fallen apart due to poor worksmanship. I informed David M Murphy and asked them to cover the damages. They told me they refused unless I file a claim with my homeowner's insurance. Now it looks like I have to take them to court to get reimbursement for an Issue that they caused. Avoid. At. All. Costs.

L: I scheduled two jobs with D Murphy plumbing. They failed to show for either job. I was later told by another property management company that owns several dozen units that they had a similar experience with D Murphy Plumbing either not showing or cancelling appointments at the last minute. My first scheduled job was urgent as it involved a very serious leak in a rental unit tub. I communicated that I needed 24 hours notice to shut off the water in that unit as the main valve would impact several other tenants. The other job was for a bathroom repair in my own home. We scheduled the jobs starting at 8:30am on a Thursday. By not showing up as promised (at 8:30am or any other time that day), Dave Murphy Plumbing inconvenienced not only my tenant who stayed home for the day to accommodate the work but several other tenants in the building who had their water shut off in anticipation of plumbing work. I will have to find another plumber and inconvenience them all over again. Dealing with D Murphy Plumbing was a time consuming and costly experience for me.
Jennifer DuLong-Tringale: We called several plumbers to replace our outside hose connections, and got no call backs. A large company got someone out to us in a couple of days but quoted us $1900. When I said absolutely not, suddenly that cost dropped to $900 if we did the work that day. Thank goodness their tactics left such a bad taste in my mouth, because that's how we found this company. They had someone out to us the next week who was friendly and professional. He did the work quickly and put everything back. The cost was half of the big company's fee! We will definitely do business here again!

Pedro Rodriguez: Easiest way to lose $125. I called for an estimate and was told my job was “too small” for a quote, so I was given an over the phone quote. I explained everything as best as I could and was told someone would come the next day at 7:30am (not enough to look at other quotes). The charge was going to be $125 an hour and it would be approximately 2-4 hours. The next day, I waited until 8:30 before someone came, right before I had to start working. He came in, assessed the situation, and told me something I already knew. He wouldn’t babble to do it until a walk was built. I appreciate the feedback, but I came at a price. Even though nothing was done, he had to charge me $200 just to visit. This was basically my quote. He lowered it down to $125, but it’s still $125 for a quote!!! This is unacceptable, and I’ll never do business with this company again.

Duck Sauce: Sam Sean Plumbing is very professional and detailed in their understanding of Plumbing and Installation of Tank less water heater.We had an outdated hot water heater tank that was leaking and came the same day to check out the damage and gave detailed information on the extent of the damage and helped answer questions regarding upgrading our system to a instant hot water system(tank less) and the upgraded piping and removal of old system involved. He and his brother did the permits involved, the purchasing of the system himself and through using mass save, got us a rebate for $550 of this new upgrade and had a known electrician involved that cut out my need to find one myself. It was a day to install and another day to have the electrician set us up with power and since it's tank less, there is hopefully no more leaks and annually or bi annual certication checks of the system, it will last at least 20 years.Services:Water heater installation,Plumbing pipe repair

Chef: Well, it was actually the well pump, it developed a little leak, the area had a couple inches of water. It leaked on and off before, but this time it was a gentle spritz and time to fix it. I shut the water off, released the pressure and just waited a few days, and they were the first to respond. The pipes were over 20 years old, so it was time. The two younger kids showed up, had it figured out, had to buy the whole assembly of pipes which includes the drain valve, pressure regulator, another valve and whatever else came with it. The whole tank was removed, set aside while they works on it, I asked and they and the gave me a chance to clean the tank with bleach as long as it was out. Parts were perhaps $350, it was about $1100 in total. I can do stuff, I installed some plumbing, sinks, bathroom, shower and stuff but needed this done fast and right.Good job, looks like new, hasn't leaked again (it better not) but the warranty is just 60 days. David: An estimator came to my home on 2/21/23 to draw up two quotes for me. The first was to replace my original furnace and AC condenser, and the second was to replace the main drag of duct work to split our one zone into two. We have no basement ceiling and all supply and return lines are already labeled (floor 1 vs floor 2).I called a week later on 2/28 to check in as I had not heard back from the company. A secretary apologized and said that the estimator’s “car broke down so he’s backed up, but that we should be getting it shortly.”Three weeks later on 3/21 I called back as I still had not received a quote. The secretary once again apologized, stating that a month is too long for a quote, yet defended the lack of a quote due to the “complexity of the quote.” The secretary also said she was getting their supervisors involved and promised that we would have the quote by the end of the day on 3/22, and that they would call us to check and see if we received it from the estimator.It is 3/27 and we still do not have the quote, or a courtesy call from the company.Additionally, I had another company come out the same day on 2/21, I requested the same two quotes, and I received a detailed estimate with multiple options that evening.If your hvac company finds this job “complex” I am truly concerned about the quality of your work, and I will not be using your company, even if you do someday send me the quote. I understand that finding good employees today can be difficult, but I am more disappointed with how the company handled this situation, especially after reading so many positive reviews which is why we called Denommee in the first place.
Luis Tari: It was great having George to check out the issue with the hot water pressure for our house. He explained every step of the way and was very courteous. He was able to diagnose the issue and identified that it was due to a dirty screen inside the mixing valve. It was also easy to make appointments with Denommee. Had a very good experience and will certainly use their service in the future.

There was no shut-off valve .. had to shut off the main water supply....she stated Tuesday would be when a plumber could come out.
