Itchababe69: I called roto rooter on Sunday, April 16th... my dishwasher was filling up with water and could not shut the water off... I had water everywhere upstairs and downstairs.. There was no shut-off valve ,I had to shut the main water supply off . Stated Wednesday would be when a technician could come out. Why advertise 24-hour emergency service if Wednesday would be the earliest..... misleading the consumer with 24-hour emergency service .

Jenn Rychlik: I was told the tech would arrive in 30-45 minutes. When I called after 60 minutes, I was told he was 5 minutes away. 30 or so minutes later the tech showed. While the tech did what he was supposed and was knowledgeable, $700 to snake one pipe 22 feet is outrageous. Additional pipes would be hundreds of dollars more. I will use G&L (Drain away) next time. Included in the price was a free camera service, had I not called to follow up on this, I’m not sure I would have been called. To get a copy of the film is over $600…. G A: I don’t know what the company does, but we just had a horrendous experience with one of their drivers. The guy seemed psychotic. He cut us off by driving on the breakdown lane, and then farther up tried to drive us off the road in an extremely aggressive maneuver, just because he wanted to get into our lane and inconveniently we were already there. They need to do a better job screening their employees for mental health issues. We have it on video and have already presented it to the police.
Cooper Bankuti: Fantastic service, polite staff with great communication. When they have availability, they make every effort to get to your location promptly. Worth every penny.
