Jen Galvin: I visited the Levi’s in Lynnfield Market to return an online order and make an exchange. Mind you, the store had just opened for business the day before. Anyway, all of the employees made by experience a really smooth one. I left impressed with how well the store was run for being so new. Not only that, it was gorgeous, and well stocked.After getting home, I yet again needed to make an exchange (the sizing can be tricky). They were more than willing to refund the order, but I really wanted the jeans and they made sure to help me find a pair that I liked.The icing on the cake was when the store manager (blondish hair) pushed me to try on a pair of jeans in a size I would never consider buying. They’re perfect. Thank you for helping me find jeans I LOVE!

James Anderson: Imagine buying a $100 “official Red Sox gear” shorts only for them to begin to rip and stitching fall out a week later. I only wore them 2x and the material began falling apart. Cheap material. I’ve witness their employees giving their friends discounts secretly as well.
Tonisha Bates: Couldn’t find anything of interest in sneaker selection here. No sale item displayed not much organization not much help from associates. There were plenty of staff around but they were engaged in the wrong direction. These are the reasons behind my low rating. I will review this establishment very soon with another review.

Michaela Merrill: I had a lot of money in my pocket tonight and was definitely looking to spend it on a new pair of kicks and a nice winter jacket, gifts, etc.. I was in that store for 45 minutes to almost an hour and not one person asked me if I needed help with anything. How am I supposed to spend money at the store and buy sneakers there if I can't be shown any from the back because nobody wants to help you in the store? Really, that's your job is to help customers. Well, Monday night not 1 SINGLE Person asked if I needed help with Anything! I'll take my money somewhere else and that's exactly what I did tonight. It stinks because I do like the clothes at the store.

Kayla Davis: On Saturday morning (12/15/19) the Jordan 11 bred dropped. I went to Eblens because that’s where I always go for shoe drops. I won the raffle for the men’s and this time they said the youth sizes were first come first serve, so I showed up at 730 to wait in line(opened at 8). After we’re allowed inside they tell us that the youth sizes could not ring up for some reason. They gave us all tickets and told us it would be 15 MINUTES!!! We waited over an hour and half for them to decide to do paper receipts because they were too lazy to do so from the beginning! The manager was completely unprofessional and did not know how to handle the situation at all. It was the worst experience ever. People were about to start a riot in the store! I called the DM and the lady didn’t even have the decency to call me back and apologize. I will NEVER be back to this Eblens and I will continuously recommend people avoid this horrible store.

One time a girl was back there and saw me looking at shoes and instead of helping she went to hide in the back room. Simone: System was down so i was not able to order my jeans that i wanted. I called back the following day like they said to order my jeans on the phone... and the girl who worked on Monday morning 2/27/23 hung up on my face and turned off the phone for the entire day. I am calling back today and they are still not answering the phones. I'm really frustrated and wish they had better communication skills. They knew they were expecting a call from me!
gypsy girl: I had to return some pants that my sister ordered online for my brother. I never buy anything online so I wasn't too sure how it would go. Walked in and walked out in a matter of less than 2 minutes was the best experience I had my whole life easy peasy. The kids in the store that worked there and waited on me were wonderful I wish I had caught the girls name I returned them at Assembly Row in Somerville

Ariel Kuo: Last Sunday when I went to the store, one of the shopkeepers was there, and she was dressed nicely in a trucker jacket, it definitely matches her style. I’d want to buy the jacket. She is incredibly nice and lovely. What matters most is how inexpensive the jacket’s pricing is. I only paid 29 dollars for the jacket which the original price is 98 dollars. I highly recommend shopping at the Levi’s outlet.
Colleen Falzone: They discontinued my favorite Levi jeans so I went into the Levi Store at Assembly Square in Somerville not really feeling like I had the patience to find new jeans and I was also bummed out that they weren’t making that style anymore! The minute I walked in I was greeted with a smile and please let us know if we can help you find anything? They were so nice I decided to ask for their help. They were the best! They picked out styles that were similar to what I said I liked in my previous jeans, gave me advice on what looked better, ordered the color that they didn’t have in my size. I have never been in a store and received such Friendly, Caring, Comfortable Service! Skylar and Asia should be training every Employee you hire and also deserve a raise! I left there buying two pairs of jeans and a Jacket and if they didn’t help me I know I would have left after 5 minutes. Please give them the praise they deserve! Linda Whalen: The staff does their jobs in the sense of keeping the store organized but almost refuse to recognize you when you walk in the door. Attempting to make eye contact was an Olympic event because they have a bit of single focused work ethic. Tasks are their priority. I left because I didn't feel like my purchase was important to their day.

Cindy: Skylar helped my boyfriend when we visited recently. She was super friendly and extremely helpful! We had to go in twice, once to exchange 2 pairs of jeans. However, one of the pairs he wanted weren't in stock so she went above and beyond to find him something similar and helped him place an online order. We felt bad having her do so much for us but she was so patient and kind all throughout. Her help was greatly appreciated

Casey G.: Not a good selection of tall jeans (36L or longer) - just 2 styles. I picked out a pair of each and put them on hold. The associate said they'd be safe for a few weeks. When I called to make sure they were still put side however I was told that holds are only kept for 24 hours. Talk about mixed messaging. Needless to say, they lost out on a sale.

Neek D: I went in there on 8-14-22 and the store needs to do something about this girl named Samantha.I was waiting in line for checkout and out of nowhere I heard someone raising their voice. It seemed as if one employee was yelling at another employee, and she seemed very rude and unprofessional. When I finally got up to the counter I asked the cashier what happened and apparently the girl being yelled at was just trying to get her stuff because she was done for the day, and that’s when I found out the girl doing the yelling was named Samantha. How can you be that rude and raise your voice at another coworker in front of numerous customers and deny access to personal belongings of another coworker? I’m in management, and the way she handled the situation was rude, demeaning and absolutely unprofessional. The girl that got yelled at looked very upset when she finally left with her stuff. Now one employee has to deal with some sort of embarrassment after that episode. Do something about this, because it will happen again.
