Eric: This place is bigger than it looks. Huge hall in the basement. We had gotten the tour and saw all the rooms. Even heard the old organ play. Saw the meeting halls. This place has a lot of history in it. Thank you for the tour and information.

Ran Sou: My half brother got married here. The hall where we had the wedding ceremony was stunning. The cafeteria type area had a stage where the DJ was set up and plenty of room to put tables around and left a large dance floor. Great place for any type of entertainment if you can get it.

CS Kuo: I graduated from UML. SO, of course, I will give five stars to the ICC hotel. After five-day staying, I do have suggestions as follows:1. we (travelers) really can use a clothes closet or something that we can hang our clothes. I didn't have that in my room.2. a fancy coffee machine is excellent. but, it is not friendly to someone who needs hot water to make a tea or something else.3. There was a leaking in the bath tub. Water in was almost the same as water leak.
Amanda Gimbel: This hotel is a great value and the staff are so nice! As a young woman traveling alone I felt very secure and cared for. It's very close to cool coffee shops (Brew'd awakening) and overlooks the canal system in Lowell. Thank you to front desk (Victoria and Cailin) for answering all my questions and being so kind and friendly.
Sherri Barboza: Attended am event for UMass Lowell, Fortaleza, Lowell Public Schools. The dinner was good, desserts very good and coffee excellent. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Couldn’t find elevator, other than that top notch! Views of the canal were beautiful 😍

Josiah Dykstra: Solid C for effort... they're really trying. Owned and operated by the University means they lack name-brand polish. The ICC is also a dorm (note: guests are not allowed to use the campus shuttle). Breakfast is skimpy with bagels, yogurt, and coffee. The bar served only pizza and hamburgers with a bartender who kept apologizing for it. Had to call the front desk after midnight for excessive noise in the hallway.

Lizzy Dabczynski-Bean: No one was at the front desk to check us in despite having a reservation. Sign said no one would be in the front desk til 7am….what? Spent hours at 1am calling other hotels all of which were booked for a long weekend. Ended up paying $500 for ine night, a room 30 minutes away. I got a refund from uMass Lowell Inn but no one acknowledged the issue or made any kind of apology or took ownership of the situation. And we were our $500 and all the wasted time and energy. 👍
Adriana DiIorio: Victoria was awesome! We had an issue with Priceline themselves and she resolved it for us quickly, and was so incredibly kind our entire visit. The hotel is beautiful and we were on the first floor and had a little patio overlooking the river! It was so great to be able to open a sliding door to the outside from our room. They have complimentary breakfast with bagels, danish, yogurt, fruit, and Starbucks coffee and tea with options to eat in a big dining room with windows overlooking the river or a space with a fireplace and comfortable chairs. The rooms were very clean. Will definitely stay here again.

Arianna: horrible coustuner service had 1 women working on the day I went. This women yelled at my daughter when she went down to ask for ice as their Ice machines were all broken. It took her 30 minutes to give my daughter ice. Expired products in the room. As I was going downstairs i checkout I overheard her shittalking my daughter. Very unprofessional.

Phil: The signs in the parking lot suggesting you lock your car due to increased robberies was an indication right away that I had made a poor choice in lodgings.Room had no blinds on the window, got a new room and the ac unit was leaking into a pan that had been placed under it.The staff was friendly and understanding though, and did their best to make things right.I will not be returning.

Kristina Babcock: I was charged twice for two different prices, it was supposed to be split between a friend and I, but she was also charged twice the rate we split and i was charged the split and full. Our door lock was broken which we told maintenance and it still wasn't working- ac unit was not working and maintenance came in at 1230 to try to fix and just said he would move us but it was midnight, no trash bags, no complementaries, just was told watch 3-5 days to see if it goes back.
Daniel Wells: No AC my room is currently 77 degrees, the fan won’t even turn on. Bad tv reception, and the internet is slow. Don’t waste your money.

Daniel Demers: It was a great venue to have a party. It was cleaner than most elks I've ever been in. Also, the location was quite nice as well as quiet.

Abby Baker: Attended a wedding and reception here. The area out back was perfect for a wedding. The hall was good sized and ample for dinner and dance floor. Food was good. Awkward that some had finished their meal before other had even been served but understood that staff for these kinds of events are short. That said the staff that worked the event were tops. Great wait staff.
