CS Kuo: I graduated from UML. SO, of course, I will give five stars to the ICC hotel. After five-day staying, I do have suggestions as follows:1. we (travelers) really can use a clothes closet or something that we can hang our clothes. I didn't have that in my room.2. a fancy coffee machine is excellent. but, it is not friendly to someone who needs hot water to make a tea or something else.3. There was a leaking in the bath tub. Water in was almost the same as water leak.
Amanda Gimbel: This hotel is a great value and the staff are so nice! As a young woman traveling alone I felt very secure and cared for. It's very close to cool coffee shops (Brew'd awakening) and overlooks the canal system in Lowell. Thank you to front desk (Victoria and Cailin) for answering all my questions and being so kind and friendly.
Sherri Barboza: Attended am event for UMass Lowell, Fortaleza, Lowell Public Schools. The dinner was good, desserts very good and coffee excellent. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Couldn’t find elevator, other than that top notch! Views of the canal were beautiful 😍

Josiah Dykstra: Solid C for effort... they're really trying. Owned and operated by the University means they lack name-brand polish. The ICC is also a dorm (note: guests are not allowed to use the campus shuttle). Breakfast is skimpy with bagels, yogurt, and coffee. The bar served only pizza and hamburgers with a bartender who kept apologizing for it. Had to call the front desk after midnight for excessive noise in the hallway.

Lizzy Dabczynski-Bean: No one was at the front desk to check us in despite having a reservation. Sign said no one would be in the front desk til 7am….what? Spent hours at 1am calling other hotels all of which were booked for a long weekend. Ended up paying $500 for ine night, a room 30 minutes away. I got a refund from uMass Lowell Inn but no one acknowledged the issue or made any kind of apology or took ownership of the situation. And we were our $500 and all the wasted time and energy. 👍
Adriana DiIorio: Victoria was awesome! We had an issue with Priceline themselves and she resolved it for us quickly, and was so incredibly kind our entire visit. The hotel is beautiful and we were on the first floor and had a little patio overlooking the river! It was so great to be able to open a sliding door to the outside from our room. They have complimentary breakfast with bagels, danish, yogurt, fruit, and Starbucks coffee and tea with options to eat in a big dining room with windows overlooking the river or a space with a fireplace and comfortable chairs. The rooms were very clean. Will definitely stay here again.

Phil: The signs in the parking lot suggesting you lock your car due to increased robberies was an indication right away that I had made a poor choice in lodgings.Room had no blinds on the window, got a new room and the ac unit was leaking into a pan that had been placed under it.The staff was friendly and understanding though, and did their best to make things right.I will not be returning.

Kristina Babcock: I was charged twice for two different prices, it was supposed to be split between a friend and I, but she was also charged twice the rate we split and i was charged the split and full. Our door lock was broken which we told maintenance and it still wasn't working- ac unit was not working and maintenance came in at 1230 to try to fix and just said he would move us but it was midnight, no trash bags, no complementaries, just was told watch 3-5 days to see if it goes back.
Daniel Wells: No AC my room is currently 77 degrees, the fan won’t even turn on. Bad tv reception, and the internet is slow. Don’t waste your money.

TR Johnson (TRJ1028): This is not a motel, it’s section 8 living. It’s absolutely ridiculous! Nasty, no room service, no breakfast, no towels (unless you bring exactly the amount of towels in the room, to the office.) etc. We stayed 10 nights on business, and 6 of those nights I watched 1-2 people get either, arrested, or hauled out with overdoses. I’m leaving a video to show you what we saw the first night there.
Lawrence Light: 2nd most expensive Motel 6 ever stayed at and 1st in being the worse. Tom Bodett wouldn't leave the light on for this one! Sink plunger wouldn't work, would fill up with water. Didn't shower until the morning, discovered the knob for the water temp was broke so only scolding hot water- didn't shower. Towel rack busted down with one part still on wall sharp and jagged. I believe it's a weekly rental place as well with permanent residents. I suggest separating them from overnight guests. Bed had only one sheet, no blanket but thermostat worked well. NEVER again for this location. Motel 6 is our choice not only for comfort pricing but the doors to room being outside - easy load/unload.

Yamaha live free or die: I rented a room for holiday inn Chelmsford through booking, and when I got to the hotel the girl at the front desk needed to swipe my card for incidentals. Let's just say there was a little mishap with my card. I called the hotel when I realized the mistake on my card the next day, and the manager Katie at this hotel was extremely courteous, and kind. She took care of the mistake very promptly, and apologized for my troubles. Overall the room was clean, and the hotel serves breakfast. The rooms are a little pricey here but if you use the breakfast in the morning, it definitely works out in your benefit. Big thank you to the management of this hotel for everything!

Robert G Williams: It started when a spider greeted us as he dropped down from the ceiling on his web in the lobby. We last stayed there in the late 1990s and it looks like the premises have not been updated since. It's one of those places where you walk in, look around for about five minutes, take a good whiff and turn around and walk away. Which is what we did.

kerri hammersley: This past weekend I took my fiance here for her birthday because the hotel specifically said it was going to have a pool and hot tub not to mention I paid just about 400$ for this weekend and the second I got checked in they tell us oh sorry the pool and hot tub are out of commission. That should be fixed for customers online because I would ABSOLUTELY NOT have booked this hotel otherwise. Not to mention my room smelled horrible when we got into it and some stuff definitely needs to be updated ! The front staff was nice but overall not the experience we were looking for we expected to sit back relax in our room with the pool not have to stay busy because there is nothing to do we based out entire plan off relaxing!FIX YOUR Advertising!!!!
Kris Erskine: Standard 2 or 3 star hotel. Room was clean, if a little small. Hallway smells stale, but not like smoke. Hotel breakfast was takeaway items in a fridge at the corner of the lobby, but they do have a laundry facility, which was a welcome find. Convenient to downtown, about five minutes away. It's a cute small NE town and if in the area I may stay here again.
Chris Cowey: Expectations were low to begin with, hotel had a distinct smell upon entry little did I know the room itself would reak of wet dog/sewage. No other rooms were available and when the issue was brought up the the staff they told us to “complain in the morning”. Only positive was the McDonald’s across the street that gave us a place to go when we weren’t sleeping.

The shower curtain had mold on it. The hotel smelled of cigarettes. We were so exhausted it was late otherwise we would have probably went somewhere else. Mikayla Love: You would think after 10 years that they’ll upgrade all the rooms. Everything still looks the same from years ago nothing is upgraded it smells when you walk in , they didn’t even let us know the pool was closed when we called so we booked it for nothing since we went for the pool . Everything is just old still literally same dressers , tv you can’t even put YouTube , behind the beds are dirty also & There also be a lot of police there I stayed for 1 day a couple of them were there the day I got there and in the morning a different one was there just so weird but yeah highly do not recommend. I mean if it’s your last choice and just need a place to sleep go ahead but do not recommend.
Chris Gregoire: The room was cleaned fairly well. It was extremely dated, though, and the mattress was a small step up from just sleeping on the floor. The amenities (pool, gym) were both down for renovations, but there was no update publicly available that so many of the "attractions" we're going to be out of commission during our stay. The complimentary breakfast felt like I was picking things from a convenience store. If there's nothing prepared, it's really not a breakfast, but more like free snacks.We picked here based on what was a perceived good value, but without the amenities or a real breakfast, the value simply wasn't there. If I have to stay in the area again, it won't be here. I'll pay the extra amount and head across the street.

Mark Hernandez: I’ve checked in at this motel 6 occasionally when I travel and it’s been a pleasant stay. Alicia, Margie and Christian who all work the front desk during different shifts have been friendly, helpful and accommodating. It’s quiet so I’m able to get a good night sleep. The area is a prime location near stores, banks, restaurants and the mall.

Because we just moved to the area, we ended up staying for four nights while our rental house got approved.We got 2 rooms: a king for my husband and me and a double double for our adult children.The rooms both looked OK. The had laminate flooring, so no nasty carpet, and white duvet covers. The kids room had a vague Smokey/chemical smell, but it wasn’t horrible.Our room however reeked. It was strong stale smoke and offensive chemicals that were obviously used to try to cover up the cigarette smoke smell. I got headaches and nauseousness. It was really bad.Once we got to our house I had to wash EVERYTHING that was in the motel room — including my cat!I picked up a makeup sponge today, and the stench brought me back to that horrid experience. If there had been an option, any option, I would have left.

There are historic venues close to downtown Lowell. There are many other restaurants in Tewksbury. I'm confident the hotel staff have brochures for local interests close to the Inn.
Marie Huet: We stayed there during one night only and we are grateful we hadn’t planned any more nights …! The front staff was unwelcoming, just gave us the keys and forgot to mention the pool was closed, breakfast was not included anymore and that the wifi had broken down. We had booked a room for 5 and were expected a couch and two double beds but were given a room with two queens and two armchairs (did you ewpect our fith guest to make a bed out of that ?…). We had to go up the front desk again where the lady told us that we should have made an other reservation or that our guest would have to sleep on a camp bed, which he did.Sheets were stained, curtains as well. No soaps, used shampoo and last but not least we had a bug in our room. Save your money and stay somewhere else.
Danielle Cerroni: Booked through a company website and the advertisement needs to be updated. Was not informed that the hotel was no longer the Holiday Inn. Found out that they are being bought out by Hilton, and it needs a face lift. Dust hanging from the ceiling, hair on all the towels they gave us. Water pressure was terrible. Advertisement shows for all inclusive breakfast, Wi-Fi, restaurant, hotel. We could only stay there to sleep and shower. Very disappointing. I would recommend to wait till Hilton finishes renovations to stay there.

Arielle H: Comfy beds, but several room for improvement! To hike up the prices and kick out long term guests suddenly is down right wrong in this economic climate! The location is quiet and safe but definitely too far from Boston to be charging downtown Boston prices! Elevators are over a year long overdue for inspections and are in serious need of being managed and inspected for guests safety as we have had a couple of instances where we felt it jump! Management should fix it!
Ed David: No longer the Holiday Inn. No signage. Pool is closed. No breakfast. Room has paint peeling. Our room smelled moldy because of floor to floor carpeting. Water tastes bad. Was a deal on hotwire and I regret it completely. This is a failing hotel and its bizarre that the new owners have not addressed it. Please do yourself a favor and do not stay here.

Jane Nicholson: Too many things wrong to mention. Staff is friendly, housekeeping does a great job. Front desk staff very accommodating. The building itself and the rooms are in need of renovations.
