When i questioned it i was told thats the way it works and its pretty much tough luck if i dont like it. I feel this is false advertisement as i should not have had to pay for the next 30 day. So please be aware before signing anything as this was not explained to me. Oh and the gate dont work either.

Kerry Pottle: I called around for a storage unit for my home while it was under construction. Units answered the phone right away and I spoke to a real human and he helped me out easily. Drop off and pick up include great communication from the driver and they arrived when they said they would! I was very happy with the unit! It came with a lock I could keep after and the floor was actually wood. It was nice and clean and secure and my furniture (after 9 months) came out of it as it went into it. Driver dropped it in a pretty narrow space between my house and my rock wall and there was no damage. No weird smell or anything. I would highly recommend Units for all your storage needs.

Nick Maselli: I was having my basement finished and needed some temporary, on-site storage. While I was most aware of PODS, I read some nightmarish reviews making me look for alternatives. Seth and Dylan were great to work with, being flexible with drop-off/pick-up dates as I got more concrete information about when my project would start and end. Dylan masterfully got the storage unit in the exact place I wanted (a challenging, sloped area to the side of our driveway, accessed via a narrow, hilly street) so that we could still use our garage and driveway unimpeded for the duration of our project. Also, in a world where customer service is generally getting more frustratingly automated (or sometimes just bad), this was a very refreshing experience to get direct, real, helpful responses quickly. Great experience and highly recommended.

Frank Palladino: When I joined, the staff were friendly and the place was clean and well organized. Two months ago there was a surprise price hike of 50%. Now, I know the business model, so that alone wasn't enough to turn me off. However that event seems to coincide with a huge reduction in staff hours. I guess they laid off the friendly staff I mentioned before, because I have never seen anyone in the office every time I've gone there over the last two months and it has been multiple times at different times of day. So much so that Ive had to pay my bill online for the last 2 months which involves a large convenience fee I've learned. Fee aside it felt good knowing someone was at the facility a portion of the time. Seems like they aren't any longer.(Update Edit on 4/16)The problem I mentioned, namely where there were consistently no staff there while visiting the site, has been resolved after a period where the situation persisted of around 5-6 months. The new staff that are there are different now and are there often enough to be reasonably expected. I am improving my review score from 2 stars to 4 stars in light of this fact since this resolves my main issue. I liked the old staff. The new staff are fine. I haven't had time to get to know them as well but have no problems or issues with them.

LCT1: This storage facility was just ok. Prices kept going up and up and the space is just not worth it. Also no notification when the office is supposed to be open and it is closed. People had appointments and were waiting and waiting and no one showed up to open the office and when asked no one knew.

art lady: Rates are decent. Units are clean. There is a bathroom on the main level. But know 2 things. 1) don’t expect assistance after initial payment. Sign says they close at 6pm but mid-afternoon, you won’t any staff there. I waited around for almost 1-hr for someone to assist me, the office was still dark when I left as it was the hour prior. 2) all storage units are not well lit. You only have the lighting from the hallway. There aren’t lights above any of the units at all. Bring a battery powered campfire light.
