When i questioned it i was told thats the way it works and its pretty much tough luck if i dont like it. I feel this is false advertisement as i should not have had to pay for the next 30 day. So please be aware before signing anything as this was not explained to me. Oh and the gate dont work either.

Freidrichm: For the price you pay it’s okay, and their customer service is very responsive and friendly. However, the main problem is the storage units are infested with mice. They even built a nest in my belongings which was disgusting. The whole time we were there we we couldn’t breathe and our throats were very irritated due to mouse droppings, dust and mouse urine smell. They could definitely do better with pest control.

mark z: We have recently closed are unit in this establishment... although the prices were fair and the places was clean, the hours were absolutely horrible.. they closed at 6 during the week so if you were going to try and get in you had to rush to get there and there wasnt any time to make a second trip to the unit... and the weekend the prime time for moving they would be open half a day and if you were lucky they would be there the entire time on sundays...I would have closed it months ago if I could have gotten In to get my stuff out

The only thing I'd like to see change is to be able to access our locker 24-7, since scheduling around the open hours can be difficult. That's the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars. The people & security rate 5 stars, for sure!
laura gentile: A-Lowell has the lowest indoor storage pricing in the area!! I am a repeat customer because the staff is honest, fair and I felt very comfortable storing my furniture in such a clean, secure place. Moving is stressful!! It is wonderful to see that great customer service still exists.
Chris Peabody: This place is very secure, climate controlled, clean and has great staff especially Laura. She was very helpful in finding me a unit. I've had a unit here for almost two years and would recommend it to my closest friends. The thing about indoor storage is the temperature and moisture remains mild so your belongings don't get destroyed like when using outdoor storage units.

Kristin Connors: I had a unit at this location for over 10 years. I never had any issues and cost increases were minimal. Staff were always polite and helpful.
Frank Palladino: When I joined, the staff were friendly and the place was clean and well organized. Two months ago there was a surprise price hike of 50%. Now, I know the business model, so that alone wasn't enough to turn me off. However that event seems to coincide with a huge reduction in staff hours. I guess they laid off the friendly staff I mentioned before, because I have never seen anyone in the office every time I've gone there over the last two months and it has been multiple times at different times of day. So much so that Ive had to pay my bill online for the last 2 months which involves a large convenience fee I've learned. Fee aside it felt good knowing someone was at the facility a portion of the time. Seems like they aren't any longer.(Update Edit on 4/16)The problem I mentioned, namely where there were consistently no staff there while visiting the site, has been resolved after a period where the situation persisted of around 5-6 months. The new staff that are there are different now and are there often enough to be reasonably expected. I am improving my review score from 2 stars to 4 stars in light of this fact since this resolves my main issue. I liked the old staff. The new staff are fine. I haven't had time to get to know them as well but have no problems or issues with them.

LCT1: This storage facility was just ok. Prices kept going up and up and the space is just not worth it. Also no notification when the office is supposed to be open and it is closed. People had appointments and were waiting and waiting and no one showed up to open the office and when asked no one knew.

art lady: Rates are decent. Units are clean. There is a bathroom on the main level. But know 2 things. 1) don’t expect assistance after initial payment. Sign says they close at 6pm but mid-afternoon, you won’t any staff there. I waited around for almost 1-hr for someone to assist me, the office was still dark when I left as it was the hour prior. 2) all storage units are not well lit. You only have the lighting from the hallway. There aren’t lights above any of the units at all. Bring a battery powered campfire light.

She was excellent and stayed late to help up set up our storage unit and to understand all of our options with minimal stress. I highly recommend Cube smart and Izzy.

Faceted Dreamer: We moved to this facility last year from another company in dracut and are extremely happy that we did. Sharon keeps the ground immaculate and is always available for any questions or concerns. The staff is always polite and willing to help. The customer service is top notch here, I didn't get that with the other dracut facility. It's also nice knowing your items are safe and secure. The property is very well lit and always being watched over, I personally find that comforting. Lastly, there entrance gate is always operational and secure which is priceless! We like Extra Storage enough to upgrade our space to a larger unit and have decided to store our property long term.

Mike Honcho: Very Unhappy ! my vehicle was parked perfectly in a marked parking space .I left my vehicle parked up front in a parking spot under the security camera. I returned to my vehicle to see a tow truck connected to it . There are no signs saying no parking after 7:00 but that is apparently their policy . the manager was called and spoke with the tow operator. The tow was stopped, but otherwise. It was a bad situation. I’m Not able to leave less than one star.Edit review: Now Nov/01/ 22My truck was towed last nightHalloween night . I got back at 8:01 and my truck was gone .Two hours later it was found to be at the tow place . They returned back .It was parked perfectly in a parking spot directly in front of the surveillance camera .Cost me $150 to get My very expensive truck out of their impound yard . Life storage has not admitted any wrong . I have not even received a return call after two days of constant calls to every life storage number I could find even if it was across the county . I’ve got no where at all with getting the fee refunded or an apology or anything. There is no signs , there has been no notification, no emails nothing to tell anyone about their tow contract with Lowell Fleet Towing . Total scum for taking a legally parked vehicle.Contract or not .I’ve yet to get to the bottom of whether they have the contract they say they do , because I’ve never seen it . It was theft of my vehicle as far as I’m concerned. I’ve had no return calls from the life storage manager Or regional manager who I have left countless messages on both of their phones . No returned calls after over 30 hours of constant calls to them . BEWARE OF LIFE STORAGE !
Sarah Mills: Adler is a helpful desk clerk. He was able to answer our questions and show us around. Clean and well organized. The indoor access is convenient from street level and an ordinary height car.Update: Didn't see the rent increase coming. Also, the elevator was wonky for a couple of weeks late summer so I didn't feel confident accessing my unit outside office hours. The elevator has been repaired. Some of the outside unit doors are in disrepair. The building isn't as clean as it was.
Matty Robinson: I have been there 4 times and 3 of those times either people were trapped in the building and I had to call emergency services or the elevator was stuck and once again called emergency services. And instead of them telling me the problem is solved they send a bill .

Katie Markey: We have had a great experience at The Storage Solution in Drum Hill - it is a very clean facility with great customer service. The check-in process was seamless. Doug showed us to our unit and when he realized there was an AC vent in the back taking up some space, he offered to move us to a different unit immediately. The unit was big enough for us even with the vent, so we told him it was okay. He said he would give us a discount on the unit because of the vent which was so nice. Great prices, great customer service, and a great facility. We highly recommend!

Ms. Ferrante was most professional and extremely helpful during the process of my selecting a particular storage to accommodate our needs; I certainly took a long time selecting a unit. You are most fortunate to have Ms. Ferrante on your staff. This is an extremely neat and clean facility.

Brendan Walles: I would highly recommend Drum Hill Storage to anyone looking for a unit of any size. I rented a unit for a few months, a few months back and was extremely happy with my experience. I never had to worry about the safety of my things, not only due to it being climate controlled, but also the security cameras and pin pad Access gave me peace of mind. The 24 hour access is also extremely convenient. Management is also extremely helpful, and friendly.
