John Papasodora: Very well organized and professional. The staff were friendly and attentive. Dr. Sigman was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable under his care. The building and office were very clean with comfortable furniture in the waiting area and plenty of parking in their lot.

Nick S: Exceptional care and support from Dr. DiSegna and his Staff. Had a total hip replacement and was an absolute success. Any questions I had along the way were answered and getting in and through surgery was an absolute piece of cake. The Doctor is straightforward and to the point, and his reception staff assisted in getting me everything I needed as far as paperwork, prescriptions, and orders for physical therapy. Absolutely would recommend for care!

They still would not give a appt until I put a claim through my auto insurance. Did that and still had a hard time with appt. The staff is rude unSympathetic. And classless. The old mighty dollar should not be more important than care

Jamie King: If you ever brake your wrist you have to see Dr Gennis. She may be one of the newest members of the practice but she is REALLY good. I fell on ice and broke 5 bones in my wrist. Her secretary got me in very quickly. When Dr Gennis came in she explained everything in detail. The following Monday when I went for surgery she was there waiting for me and explained everything again.

Amber S: I want to start off by saying I love doctor Wu and this is not at all a reflection of him. He did my broken femur surgery and then this recent acl surgery. This is in regards to the woman who sizes for braces. Also I usually don’t go publicly about this stuff but If can help others I will. I have never been lied to at a professional level so this was a first for me. I was given a price I wanna say below $100 because I remember I was in no way shocked when she told me, I called to ask for a price cause there’s no way I was getting it if I couldn’t afford it. Big mistake, I have nothing written down in word from her which I should’ve done and she should’ve told me to check with insurance. This is my fault as well for trusting whatever she gave me. But after I got the bill for $344.10 (which anyone who knows me I would never have gotten something so expensive lol) I called of course. She proceeded to tell the person I spoke with “she never said that” and there’s nothing they could do for me… no payment plans nothing … honestly makes me question if they actually care about their patients. But lying is just not right, own up that you messed up and try to help me at least. I was being understanding until she said she never said that. So crazy, especially with a pandemic and everyone struggling not to mention this injury on top of it. Anyways, be careful with being sized and always check with insurance ! I hope others have a better experience. Stay safe

Meghan Geary: I have been working with Dr Samuel Gerber for around 8 months at this point. He was absolutely spectacular. He was kind, quick, and always on time. Dr Samuel Gerber was superb. He listened to my preferences, answered my questions, and made me feel comfortable every step of the way with my torn rotator cuff. The surgery went spectacularly and his follow up was thorough. As for reception, I have always been greeted by the schedulers with a smile and when I have called they have called back almost immediately. I had zero issues with reception and the schedulers. I would highly, highly recommend him and his team.

Lachezar Sokolov: these guys never pick up the phone, always goes to voice mail. You have to call many times to just make an appointment. it also does not seem they return calls if you happen to leave them a voice message.

You deal with people all day in a doctors office no less. Receptionist was rude, demanding, and only a couple degrees away from completely losing it at me. Don’t call here and expect to get what you need, which is despicable considering it is a practice of medicine. Just so you know I asked you to use a different tone of voice. And after you got even more upset with me, yelling at me when I was honest and had no idea what you were talking about. Not only do you not know how to do your job (the other orthopedic place already had my exam and X-ray via health care network so had no excuse to be so caustic.) My only regret is not staying on the phone long enough to get their name, but maybe it’s for the best. So, receptionist lady, this is not for you. It’s for everyone else who reads this to decide if they want to put up with your deplorable attitude towards hurt people. I advise anyone looking for bedside manner or competence go to Merrimack Valley Orthopedic Associates, where they were able to schedule me in the time it took someone at Orthopedic Surgical Associates at 14 research place to pick up my line on hold, mistake me for cardiology, then put me back on hold.

Matt Bedard: I was looking for relief from some back issues in order to participate in an upcoming golf trip. I didn't expect to be able to see a specialist in time for my trip but figured I'd at least get a consult and make sure that I wasn't hurting myself any further. First off, Paula from Doctor Atul Bhat's office went above and beyond in getting me on Dr. Bhat's schedule in record time. She was pleasant to deal with every step of the way. Dr. Bhat showed genuine care for my well being and for my desire to rid myself of my chronic back pain. He respected my schedule and was able to expedite further imaging and fast track the process to recovery. With Dr. Bhat's help I expect to travel with some peace of mind and enjoy golf for a few days. Thank You Paula, Dr. Bhat and your entire team. You're the best! Stay safe!

Dena Madden: Getting older is never easy. Our minds tell us we are still young but our body doesn't always agree. Dr. Bhat has helped me through multiple sports related injuries and enabled me to continue playing and coaching competitive sports. Dr. Bhat is caring and compassionate and one of the absolute best!

I asked how much every step would be and they stated “we won’t know until we bill insurance company?? Meaning they will charge whatever they want and I can’t say no? They were trying to put a cast on my hand and I asked “how much will this cost me? We won’t know until they bill them? Well how do I know how much this will cost me? $650 bill ?????? Do not fall to the i dont know until we bill them? Ask them before they send you a Huge bill like they did to me! I will NEVER go there again. I overheard other patients complaining about their HUGE bill to! Don’t go here unless you are wealthy because you will be in debt like me and don’t fall into the we have to bill insurance company??? So my 1/2 hour trip there was they were late and sent me a huge bill I month after!!

Brittany Curtis: STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE! My husband went here 3 YEARS ago! We were sent a bill just this past month for the services. When I questioned the bill I was told they were audited and the bill came up... 230 dollars instead of writing it off they argued foot and nail if we didnt pay it he was going to collections. I don't understand how you can send someone a bill 3 years later. Then after questioning the bill they told me to call the insurance company! Seriously this place is a joke...

Salar Satti: Awful. Made me wait almost 30 minutes after an appointment. Doctor saw me for about 10mins and didn't listen to anything I was trying to communicate to him, told me that my wrist x-ray looked fine and the pain is there just because. Wow.. thanks I could have guessed that. Gave me a nice brace though, which kind of helped, but then stuck me with a bill of $500+ saying the insurance had already covered it, and then reduced to $250. WITH INSURANCE.

Rachel Schmidt: Dr. Wu is wonderful, he did a great job on my daughter's surgery. However, his secretary, Kayla is never available to make appointments. She also was supposed to call me on Friday to schedule a time on the following Monday for my daughter to get x-rays and a cast. Since we didn't get a time for the appointment we were unable to schedule a ride. Because of this we had to take the bus, which was running on Saturdays schedule, which means we had to walk from drum Hill to research place with a broken arm.

Sarah Kovach: Yes the lines are long but for me that means that they are amazing doctors, nurses,receptionist, and everything in between. I had to have a fusion done in my neck with Dr. Thakur and Gregory Parks. I will forever be grateful for the care I was given. My husband will be having the same surgery so and with the same doctor, I know my husband is in great hands. A special shout out to Dawn she works with Dr. Thakur/Gregory Parks. Dawn has help me and my husband through this tough time and is always compassionate and caring. The mobility team is amazing. They're efficient and super friendly. I have never been to a doctor's office that cared so much. And this is from the doctors who do the to the receptionist. They are absolutely amazing, I would send everybody I know to them if I could. I will never go to another specialist or my neck and back other than mobility.

Stanley Burba: My appointment with Dr Prybyla was in April of 2013 for severe hip pain. I was seen within several days of calling his office and was quite surprised by the professionalism of his office staff. I had many concerns prior to my visit and all my questions and anxieties were quickly answered. Dr Prybyla took the time to explain my condition and all options for surgery and the recovery phase to follow. My surgery was non eventful with a quick recovery at Lowell general and on to rehab. for one week. My healing process went so well that I was off the walker within 10 days. Pain control was excellent, I was able to be free of pain pills within 2 1/2 weeks. I was in pain for six months before with minimal sleep and condition getting worse. I had the surgery and now I am able to walk, sleep without pain. I would recommend Dr. Prybyla to anyone thinking of hip surgery without reservation. I made an excellent choice to solve my problem and have been recommending Dr Prybyla to my family and friends.
