They checked my insurance coverage prior to preparing the prescription. Unfortunately my insurance didn’t cover the script so they let me know the out of pocket cost, which was still reasonable. The prescription was ready very quickly. Upon picking it up, the staff was so friendly. I had a question about expiration of the medication and the pharmacist happily and promptly met me in person to answer my questions and she provided more information about the prescription than I even asked for. It’s obvious the staff loves what they do and they are incredibly knowledgeable.

Carolyn Zinn: This is for Steven my first contact and his great personality. He also had not problems answering my questions. He checked availability and what needed sent from my Dr for Medicare approval. We worked on that part but it got done on week 2. Them there was Elijah, Angel the delivery guys. Could be more pleasant. Elijah went through everything with me even though I had no manual on first chair. Angel did his share of explaining and moving to just the right spot in my living room. One problem- I noticed a tear on one of the back side corners-not a good start chair wise-no problem, they called the office took pics, also missing one of the elev connectors no problem. Brought connector back within a couple of hours and was told by I think Louis that the chair would be replaced with another very soon. I slept in it last night and was very comfortable EXCEPT for the fact I. Very hi end faux leather and couldn’t figure out why I was cold all night. That material “breaths” I guess and stays cool all the time. Not good for one of my medical conditions. Store was going to replace anyway so I called this am when they opened and popped the question could I exchange for different Material. “Let me check” he came back on and said yes no problem they had one of the colors I liked in stock. Chair was delivered about 12:15 today. I am so far very pleased with the service they deliver. Only place in the state where you can actually sit in one or several Golden Brand Lift/recliner chairs.I am recommending this brand to a friend.Thank you to all of youMerry Christmas& Happy New Year

However, since 2016, we began needing them for prescriptions in refilled trays for an electronic pill dispenser .The pre-filled trays, delivery service and machine setup was a huge timesaver while reducing the additional stress of filling the AM/PM medicine box on our own since we didn't have someone nearby able to commit every 2 weeks year round. Recently, we started trying the bubble packaging & for the most part that has been working out, too. The pharm-techs have been a lifesaver- listening, communicating, researching, troubleshooting, taking calls even for additional OTC items needing to be added to a delivery and more. Any questions they can't answer about prescriptions , refill support, striving to find savings, med regimen, delivery timing, or anything else, they connect us with the pharmacist or someone who can help.
