tomas morales: The pharmacy experience was amazing, tech answered my phone call efficiently, and the pharmacist at the store was super nice and helpful.Normally get scripts at another CVS, but this pharmacy is a million times better.I tried buying tylenol though, and I'm kinda confused why there was no one at the register when it was only 930 pm and it took them 10 minutes to come
Viola Beh: My brother had a very badcustomer service on 11/30. he was asked to leave the store because the manager didn't know money.besides that I also had a bad customer service in this cvs before and I wrote a review. I hope the owner or management do something about this.
Johnny Tate: All I know is this pharmacy is excellent to me. I do not call and try to get my stuff early. I take it as prescribed. They do not judge and everytime I have been in there I hear people yelling at them to try to get controlled substances filled early. Pharmacists have always been extremely helpful. Would not consider going anywhere else. They even go out of therre way to call me and let me if medicine is available ahead of time..UPDATE..for the past 2 weeks I have been callin because I know I had a medication on file and it turned out it was on file, two days before it was supposed to be filled. I was told it was there but they have no idea when I could pick it up. Not helpful at all am extremely disappointed by there tone of voice and demeanor. And rude attitude. Not helpful. I come here for everything. Very disappointed. Will update if fixed
Zahra Ahmadi: I’m not satisfied from the customer service at all specially the female manager; she clearly shows racist behavior and attitude toward people of color. Two employees gave wrong information to me showing the management failure to give them right information. She, the manager whose name I wish I knew, was working on a daily shift and on a Saturday.
Kyra Brugger: Insanely rude guy at pharmacy with that weird headband. I was asking him a simple question and he was very rude about it, like I was stupid for not knowing. He said “we’re behind”, and I’m thinking to myself, ok?? Like, I understand, and I will wait however long needed, but because of how rude he was, I left.
Michele Samarjian: I came in this morning to print some photos thank God for Christina coming to my rescue if it wasn't for her great customer service I probably would would not gotten my photos printed but she saved the day thank you for all your great work 💖😘💖❤️
Kayla Davis: The worst customer service. There was one cashier with a customer taking forever and another one (Stacy) who walked away when I got in line. I asked her if she could just grab a photo I ordered for me since the other guy was taking forever talking and I needed to get to work. She rudely says “wait in line”. As I’m waiting in line another lady is using the self checkout and she was having trouble, the checkout starts saying “help is on the way” very loud. The cashier who told me to wait in line was about 5 feet from her and could definitely hear it. Although she was doing nothing she just kept letting it say “help is on the way” until she finally came over. Stacy is rude and should not be someone who works a customer service kind of job.

Omar Aldulaimy: I am waiting for my prescription for a week now. And they told me it will take another week to get it. Unbelievable! So if you sick you could die before the get you the medication
Amanda Madigan: The wait for everything is way too long. Got a message saying my prescription was ready after I just had major surgery. Went to pick it up and waited 30-40 mins in line to pick it up. They aren’t hiring but they are severely understaffed and the staff that works there aren’t pleasant to deal with. May just change my pharmacy to Walgreens across the street.

vichea bau: This pharmacy is the worst pharmacy ever. The waiting lines are long. Rude employees. They have no patience. They don't listen to you when you have problems.The employees' works in the counters so unprofessional. Yesterday my wife went to pick up prescription that was sent from the doctors they said waits 20 minus. after 20 min not done. she back to pick up again 2 hrs. They said need to 30 min. Today my dad go to take a vaccine that was sent by the doctors. My dad do not understand what they told him. He call me to help translated and ask me to talk to her but she is not polite or helpful .. I wish all Manager CVS can see this comments. and training theirs employees to be professional staff for customer relation.

C C: Walk in not welcome for flu shots
Allison Pirri: wouldn’t even give a star if i could. went to pick up a medication today and the lady asks me for my insurance card. tells me it’s not an insurance card and when i point my benefits number out on the card she’s on the phone for about 10 minutes after i told her exactly what she needed to input to bill my insurance. she comes back to me and tells me it doesn’t work and she can’t bill my insurance. i have the doctor send my prescription to walgreens. give them my same card with the same benefits number to the pharmacist at walgreens and they’re able to bill my insurance. horrible customer service
Michaela Newell: Every time I go they have an issue with my medication. Not to mention I’ve been on hold 30+ minutes just to check the status
Dodie L: They are all great people, but frequently don’t have medications I need. They should search the computer for other branches and send me there if they have it.
Andrew: I went there to pick up my medication and they were friendly as usual. They accommodated a person in a party before me who spoke a different language in order to give the best care. They let you know what is going on if something else has to be done in a professional and orderly manner. This CVS checks off everything that is needed to be a well functioning pharmacy.
Melisa Degteriova: Huge store, open 24/7. The employees there actually ask you all the time if you need any help finding something, compared to other places where you have to search the whole store, trying to hunt down at least one employee that can help you out.

Michael Pazevens: They cancel/lose prescriptions, shoddy operation and well below expectations as to the quality of service provided for a major hospital.RUDE! RUDE! RUDE! Pharmacy tech hang up on me 4 times while trying to get a refill refused to connect me to the pharmacist to resolve issue or answer my questions.Dragged their feet for 4 days trying to get a $4 prescription insurance approved. I found out I told them I'd pay the $4 and I would have done so 4 days earlier.They tell you everything is ready for pick-up only to get home to find 3 items missing.I transfer ALL my Prescriptions elsewhere NEVER USING THEM AGAIN!GO Anywhere ELSE!!!!!
