Adrienne Guss: I’m traveling with my family and we stopped for drinks and the bathroom. I pressed a button so someone could come unlock it and no one came. I asked someone and they said they couldn’t leave the register to help. I have been waiting for ten minutes just to use a restroom. Very very unhappy.
S “zed”: Took a covid test for travel, and I never received a confirmation that my specimen sample got collected. The staff stated that the turn around is within 48 hours but it has been over 72 hours and there was still no result. My business travel state that the test result must be within 72hour so walgreen pretty much screwed me over...and it wasn't just me. There were many other people who encounter the same situation.

Wasn’t courteous at all! Didn’t say bye or have a nice day didn’t even tell me if she could even order it for me.. Just hung up on my face!!! like wow nice service at this place!!! I absolutely would not recommend just from the phone call.. that’s no way to treat anyone.. wish I could’ve recorded the call n posted it here for everyone to hear n gave zero stars..

After seeing the place and speaking to Steve, I decided not to get vaccinated. The place looks unsafe to get a safe vaccine. The owner Steve also was very rude and unprofessional. Their paperwork and receiving a safe vaccine are not up to date with government standards. This pharmacy should be always avoided.

Christina Rohrbacher: I thought I could make an appointment for a quick flu shot but clearly this was a huge mistake. The pharmacy is dirty, I waited 20 minutes just to get the shot, and they didn’t have access to the patient questionnaire I filled out online. The pharmacy techs were openly discussing not feeling well and being sick but coming to work anyway. This place is a nightmare. Stay away.
Cindy Barnhart: I thought today the pharmacy staff did a great job. I was getting a covid booster and they were having trouble getting it to go through. But they got it to work and I got my booster shot. Very nice and pleasant people. Thank you for all your help!!

Bibixinh Do: I went to the store today 08/27/2022, around 8:40. I tried to look for some make up items and I had trouble finding them. I asked the worker (Maria) there to help me and she was not FRIENDLY AND NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. She ignored me the first time when I asked her about the mascara. She told me I don’t work in the make up section and she just walked away and she did not even wait for me to finish my question. I came to the counter and asked if there is anyone working in the make up section to help me find another item that I needed but she just said NO. I left Walgreens without getting any items and just a dissatisfied service.

As a customer I asked for to see where u got it from. Amanda said I don't have to see anything..it's to early for this. I went back to the items to investigate. I took a photo. I'm latino..and a pastor. My wife whose Asian was in front of me. Amanda didn't know that was my wife. Wife told me Amanda was saying nasty things when I walked away. I returned to the register. I told Amanda..there's a mistake, cause there's several items not just one. I said please look why I I assumed. Amanda said I don't have to look at nothing again. Amanda was not desculating but escalating the issue by escalating with hand movement. Amanda so called store front Mgr. .made me upset. I replied I don't use foul language..but if I would I'll vomit everything I have. Your rude as aMgr. Amand in lowell Broadway store..said .. I'm a rapper andwill curse you out...n threatened me withnon entrance to the store. I'm a pastor..at 17 usmc veteran. Vietnam. 23 Nicaragua..died twice.. I am returningtothestore to report Amanda's actions. I'll have my video on when I return to speak to Amanda's Mgr. It would of been very nice n ez to walk me me to the items and show it was the stores items on the the wrong place. But Amanda..with dirty clothes..n.dirty mouth. To have been professional and informative..instead of stating I'm a rapper n curse me out.

Freidrichm: This has got to be the messiest, slowest and most disorganized pharmacy in Lowell . You do your part, call, set an appointment, come on time, and they still keep you waiting, no explanation, the line to pick up meds is always long, the employees are always confused about what is what and who is who. Get it together!

Kristi McDowell: In 3 years of living within this pharmacy's vicinity, I've not once been able to successfully pick up my medication in a timely manner. They only ever have 1 teenager working the pharmacy, where patients line up down an aisle in a store where mask policies are not enforced while their colleagues do who knows what back there but it's absolutely not processing prescriptions with any sense of urgency and wearing their masks under their noses. If there's anywhere for the omicron variant to breed, it's going to be where a gaggle of sick people are forced to into tight quarters with no protection.
Hamza: I went for a covid test and the result came back way passed 72h.Per regulations, you have to take the test within 72h but Walgreens can't guarantee that.If you ever need covid test for travel, I'd suggest CVS or a CVS rapid covid test (if it's acceptable) but never a normal Walgreens PCR as it's not reliable and you'll be risking losing your flight.
Katy Ortiz-Algarin: Went in to find a profuct which was a lower price on the Walgreens app for the location I was at... When I asked a associate if they priced matched online, I got a quick No. I also asked another associate and she seemed annoyed and just moved her head side to side.. So I decided to do a online order to pick it up since I was trying to save money. I then asked another associate if they recieved my order and asked her if they did price match, the polite young lady said ✔️Yes, only if the product is the exact one you want in the store and is not on Sale online. ✔️ (The product I needed was not on Sale). SpongeBob SquarePants: My printing order got purposely delayed from 12:00pm (original pickup time) all the way to 4:00pm (the time it was ready for pickup). The store doesn't seem busy, but it made me upset.
Jonathan Nevins: Pharmacy constantly hangs up after putting you on hold for 5+ minutes multiple times. Consistently mess up prescriptions resulting in delay of filling them. Awful customer service where they don't acknowledge you at the counter for multiple minutes. Just say I'll be with you in a minute as opposed to going right in front my and avoiding eye contact. From pharmacist on down.

Ali Bell: Not a good place for groceries purchase because of the high price. The manager is a Indian man. He was rude and impatient. When you bought something in sales, they always cancel your order.
Rhonda DeGrafft: The girl who waited on us didn't have any idea what she was doing, so it seemed. Then we dealt with the pharmacist who was as rude as one could get. So overall inexperienced, rude, and understaffed. Hopefully was my last trip there.

b 13: This is regarding the pharmacy on a momday night from 2 separate times. I recently switched 3 months ago and had a little trouble at beginning which is expected when switing to new pharmacy. Allison Pirri: wouldn’t even give a star if i could. went to pick up a medication today and the lady asks me for my insurance card. tells me it’s not an insurance card and when i point my benefits number out on the card she’s on the phone for about 10 minutes after i told her exactly what she needed to input to bill my insurance. she comes back to me and tells me it doesn’t work and she can’t bill my insurance. i have the doctor send my prescription to walgreens. give them my same card with the same benefits number to the pharmacist at walgreens and they’re able to bill my insurance. horrible customer service

Andrew: I went there to pick up my medication and they were friendly as usual. They accommodated a person in a party before me who spoke a different language in order to give the best care. They let you know what is going on if something else has to be done in a professional and orderly manner. This CVS checks off everything that is needed to be a well functioning pharmacy.
Melisa Degteriova: Huge store, open 24/7. The employees there actually ask you all the time if you need any help finding something, compared to other places where you have to search the whole store, trying to hunt down at least one employee that can help you out.

Michael Pazevens: They cancel/lose prescriptions, shoddy operation and well below expectations as to the quality of service provided for a major hospital.RUDE! RUDE! RUDE! Pharmacy tech hang up on me 4 times while trying to get a refill refused to connect me to the pharmacist to resolve issue or answer my questions.Dragged their feet for 4 days trying to get a $4 prescription insurance approved. I found out I told them I'd pay the $4 and I would have done so 4 days earlier.They tell you everything is ready for pick-up only to get home to find 3 items missing.I transfer ALL my Prescriptions elsewhere NEVER USING THEM AGAIN!GO Anywhere ELSE!!!!!

Johnny Tate: All I know is this pharmacy is excellent to me. I do not call and try to get my stuff early. I take it as prescribed. They do not judge and everytime I have been in there I hear people yelling at them to try to get controlled substances filled early. Pharmacists have always been extremely helpful. Would not consider going anywhere else. They even go out of therre way to call me and let me if medicine is available ahead of time..UPDATE..for the past 2 weeks I have been callin because I know I had a medication on file and it turned out it was on file, two days before it was supposed to be filled. I was told it was there but they have no idea when I could pick it up. Not helpful at all am extremely disappointed by there tone of voice and demeanor. And rude attitude. Not helpful. I come here for everything. Very disappointed. Will update if fixed

Two employees gave wrong information to me showing the management failure to give them right information. She, the manager whose name I wish I knew, was working on a daily shift and on a Saturday.

Kayla Davis: The worst customer service. There was one cashier with a customer taking forever and another one (Stacy) who walked away when I got in line. I asked her if she could just grab a photo I ordered for me since the other guy was taking forever talking and I needed to get to work. She rudely says “wait in line”. As I’m waiting in line another lady is using the self checkout and she was having trouble, the checkout starts saying “help is on the way” very loud. The cashier who told me to wait in line was about 5 feet from her and could definitely hear it. Although she was doing nothing she just kept letting it say “help is on the way” until she finally came over. Stacy is rude and should not be someone who works a customer service kind of job.
