Fernando Plat: Complete incompetence and lack of customer service, and unreliability.Website didn't work, couldn't see string options.Promised would pick up a racquet on wednesday night, 15 minutes before pickup time emails (not even a call) says he wont make it. Pomised he would pick up thursday noon, then says he would be late, I asked to pickup at my office instead (10 blocks away from original pickup location) and this was not possible either...
Scott Paveletz: I needed 2 racquets string before a tournament. Not only did Michael string them in time, he picked them up AND delivered them. On of the best string jobs I have ever had with the best service! I can’t thank you enough. I highly recommend!
mark ross: i needed two rackets restrung in a hurry. tried several area shops . no luck . i called M&M on a friday afternoon. they were at my door picking up my rackets that evening. unbelievable awesome service!! i had them back, delivered to my door on monday. and i could not be happier with the strings. *PERFECT* great price, amazing service. my new go-to for strings.

Before Covid, I used the dropoff service, but because of Covid, Michael switched to a personal pickup system, which is even more convenient for me. Highly recommend!

Mike was very professional and was nice enough to pick up and drop off my rackets in Boston for no extra fee. He is knowledgeable about strings and prices were reasonable ($40 per racket for Babolat RPM Blast x Volkl Power Fiber).

He always does a fantastic job with my strings, and is super thoughtful about string choices and tensions, tailoring them for my playing style as it has progressed. The pickup and dropoff service makes life super easy as well!

He spent the time to learn about my game, past strings, and issues and was able to recommend a quality set of strings while clearly explaining the reasons behind the decision. The racket was delivered on time and plays great.He also does pickups and deliveries and charges less than any shop I have been to! If you are anywhere near the area, would highly recommend.Note: This is family business and Mike works from the basement of his home. But make no mistake the professionalism and quality of the work is top notch.
