Travis French: Recently bought a 2012 BMW X5 form Karman. Drove it home to Maine and the next start up got a check engine light. Called Karman and they understood that for me to travel the 3 hours down to have their mechanic look at it was too inconvenient. After sending the information from a local repair shop Karman sent a check to have the problem fixed. Thanks so much for a great transaction and for standing behind your word. They had a far better price on the EXACT truck we were looking for than we could find anywhere near us. Communication back and forth before we drive down, and after the sale, was great. Even when we ran into a couple issues with getting a Maine inspection sticker (nothing major!), they were fantastic in helping us get what we needed done with the truck. Justin Cataldo: Buyer beware DONT PURCHASE A VEHICLE HERE. Purchased a car within hours being off the lot many issues only to be denied help by Karman. Engine had many issues including needing a whole new timing chain, roof was leaking all over the place, rodent damage from engine bay all the way to the spare tire bay in the trunk, headliner had rodent holes under passenger visor, ac system chewed away by rodents, brakes shaking when claimed to be brand new prior to purchase, multiple check engine lights and the car failed inspection in mass. car has left me stranded multiple times they were no help at Karman to fix anything yelled at me hung up on me didn’t answer my calls. I had to get lawyers and they still won’t budge very unprofessional we will let the law decide this case. Buyer beware don’t ever purchase a vehicle here and if you do have it looked at by multiple shops prior to purchase. These were auction cars for a reason

Marvelous MQ: I bought a car on April 8th and was told everything was just changed on the car, new brakes, new oil change and a week after the oil light came on and the brakes are squeaking. I went to Karman on Monday April 25th to tell John about the car. He said he did the oil change and he came into the car with me to check the brakes. He told me come back Wednesday April 27th and we can bring the car to his mechanic to check the brakes out. When I got there today Wednesday he gave me attitude Infront of his customers and even yelled at me becuase I was frustrated about him not wanting to fix the brakes after he said they were brand new! I WOULD NEVER RECCOMEND ANOTHER SOUL TO GO THERE. After he sat and said we’re all a bunch of honest retired guys and he did nothing but lie! Save yourself the aggravation!

Grim Reaper: You get what you get, sells some decent cars....just have to know what your looking at. Honestly I bought a 2007 dodge caliber, it ran good, shifted nice, no rust for 2,400 bucks. Good cheep cars for a teenager or someone like me on a budget . Just have to be mechanically inclined compared to other dealers on the street, this guy is honest and sells good stuff.

rosie Caswell: I drove 4 hours to buy a car from here. When we got there the car didn’t have a key fob but he assured us he would be sending one in the mail within a few weeks. It took months of calling and emailing to get a key fob. I was so exited to get it because it had been such a hassle in the first place. Turns out the key isn’t even for my car. And since then both my family and I have tried to contact him and we have not heard a single word back. No matter how many emails or voicemails we leave, he just ignores them. Not to mention the battery was nearly dead, the alternator was broken and needed to be replaced, and the shocks were bad and also needed to be replaced. So to sum up my experience with Ron has made me question if he should even be running a business. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE.

Patricia Grant: I would not recommend this company to anyone trying to rent or purchase a vehicle. I have been falsely accused of not having employment which is why I was denied the purchase of my vehicle. I should’ve known then that they were not a reputable company. I requested a full refund of my deposit on Friday October 28th to Rich, the salesman on the lot, after the allegations and was told that they would handle everything asap on Monday. Now here we are Monday October 31st I am making calls to him with no answers, and only getting text messages stating refunds are only provided on Fridays. Which is ironic since I asked for my refund last Friday!!!
Cristina Hernandez: Had a great experience with this store . Came in was seen right away and helped out even though the sales man billy was busy and still was able to show me two cars I loved . Ended up up buying one and in a total of 5 days I had my car financed registered and on the road . Rich was awesome as well . They communicate with you and answer all the questions you have to ask . I know very little about insurance/financing etc. I was talking to a woman (Kristina) though text for the past couple days, trying to apply for financing etc and she was as helpful as she could be answering my questions. I explained my concerns about how I was nervous about a high insurance bill and all that. I talked it over with my partner and we came to conclusion that we would be able to make it work and then all of a sudden, I got this email from “Richie” stating I “have my hands full” and to “come back in the spring” (i’m looking for a car NOW. not in the spring). basically saying he doesn’t want to do business with me or work with me to figure these things out or help calm my nerves a bit. Incredibly frustrating and really disheartening as a first time buyer. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because Kristina was really patient with me and all my questions. She was quick to respond to me etc. But I suggest she start working somewhere else, honestly. Don’t put all that into this “business”.I highly suggest, if you’re a first time buyer and have anxiety about buying your first car, DONT go to “Rich”. Kind of stinks because I know quite a few people he knows and I had faith.

He told me I wasn't going to get the money back and shouted at me to leave. And he threatened to call the police on me! Owner became angry and told me not to talk to other customers after another customer asked my opinion on a vehicle and i pointed out frame and rocker panel rust and rot along with several other issues. Dont worry, i wont talk to anyone else cause i wont be back.In addition owners claim fake review. Its owned by 2 brothers met them both. I test drove a tundra and tested 4wd and pointed out a bad front hub. Owners didnt want to fix and argued that you couldnt shift to 4wd while in motion. I stated you can up to 65 mph. I was wrong as the other brother h checked manual it stated 67 mph as max speed. Also told me had two people living in a large boat they were selling in back lot.

Victor Juan: Jared seems nice and happy at first when you go to look and or buy a car from them. His uncle owns the dealership and is never there, jared basically runs it by himself. I bought a car off of them and there was a noise in the rear, they said they “fixed” the issue, which they claimed were the brakes, but they did not fix it at all, i took it to the companies dealership (the make of the car) and they told me the breaks were 1/12 millimeter, the brake pads, drums, pads, spring everything has to be replaced. When i asked him for paperwork on what his “3 mechanics” did, he ignored and blocked me. They have poor customer support, they refuse to fix issues with their own vehicles. I do not recommend going here unless you want a headache and stress, because they simply dont care about their customers. Its sad because he drives a brand new mustang too, but terrible terrible customer service and support.
Tommy Taing: Where do I begin? I was a bit skeptical in checking out this used car dealership but heard so many positive reviews via word of mouth. I’m so glad I did because it was such a fantastic experience from the moment I stepped foot on Jarek’s lot. I worked with a gentleman named Jared and honestly, he made the typical stressful car buying process go by so seamless and stress-free. He was very friendly, genuine, accommodating, and most importantly, HONEST (not like other dealers who just try to get the most money out of their customers). After test driving the 2014 Kia Optima, he was able to get the gruesome process of necessary paperwork done in no time and I was out cruising away happily. I just cannot thank Jared enough for his A+++ customer service!!

I told him exactly what I wanted and he went above and beyond my expectations. I needed a car that was equipped with a three seater due to my large family and Jared had the perfect family vehicle to acommadate me and my large family. Jared is great guy and we still stay in touch frequently. Great service!

Finally they got if fixed.Went to start the scooter after winterizing scooter in spring scooter would not run. Took it to 2 very reputable dealers who both said that the scooter was not repairable as it had no compression, My son only logged just over 800 miles on it. Worthless scooter left messages no call returned.Highly recommend that you do not buy from them.

He even insisted that if I liked the vehicle to take it to get looked at for a pre purchase inspection. They truly stand behind the cars they sell to make sure their customers are taken care of. Bjorn Kapstad: I bought a jeep a few months ago, after a few weeks i started to hear a little ticking noise. I reached out to Revolution Motors and they were beyond helpful, they picked my car up from my work and brought it to a few mechanics for a diagnostic. It ended up being a transmission issue and Revolution motors warrantied this issue and made the whole process as hassle free as possible, they brought it to a very reputable transmission shop which also has a very good warranty(not a sketchy shop where they could have saved a few bucks). I honestly don't think if another dealership would have honored the warranty like Rev motors did, not even a large used car dealership. Without a blink of an eye they wanted my jeep fixed just as much as i did. I 100% recommend buying a used car from Revolution Motors.

Luan Artiaga: I bought i car online, BRUNO SALES tould me to talk with GUSTAVO, he’s employer then i filed out all the application forms for a car they said bank approved $11.000,00 then showed me a cruze chevy 2016 told me i will need pay for the register and tax. After i pickup the car the bank send me the documents and the first payment for $355.51 for 60minths with 20.89% annual percentage and the bank told me they pay the dealership $13.065,00 for the car. That’s so sad.
