K K: With the help of YouTube and household appliance, my 14 year old washer will continue to work for my family. This is the 3rd time I have bought parts from Household Appliance Parts to fix appliances at home. My fridge, my washer, and my dryer. Fast, efficient, friendly service.Parts were available immediately and I fixed my washer same day that I noticed the problem.
Edwin Torres: DO NOT BUY FROM HERE WILL RIP YOU OFF AND TELL YOU ITS THE PART FOR YOUR APPLIANCE JUST TO GET A SALE FROM YOU. I went on 01/03/2022 for an idle pulley for my Samsung dryer. The owner and a wife told me that they had the part in stock for my model. When I went to buy it they told me they only sold them in kits. When I bought the kit I notice that idle pulley was different than the one they sold me. I mention it to the owner and wife and they told me that it would work just needs a “washer”. The part did not and I asked for a refund and they told me they don’t do returns. DONT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF!
John Quinn: My own fault really, for not doing my homework.I bought a Kenmore dishwasher drain pump for $88.10.The exact same part on Amazon $32.02.Ebay $24.00.So much for supporting local businesses.
Mary Ellen Goodrow: I visited this business when my microwave handle broke. I brought the handle to the store, and although it was business hours, no one was there. I did a few errands and returned an hour later. No one was there again. I called and a very nice and apologetic woman had me leave a message with the model number of my microwave and what part I needed; no one got back to me so I called again the next day. The man working was very unhelpful and rudely told me he “didn’t want to get involved” (I didn’t have the part number for the handle). I was able to find the part online but would have preferred to support a local business. Disappointing.
Jeff Goodwin: After searching three parts suppliers in the area for a part to an older Whirlpool dishwasher and getting the same answer from all three of them that the part was not manufactured anymore and that no replacement part was (universal or otherwise) made either; I called Household Appliance Parts in Indian Orchard. The gentleman took my information (serial #, etc.) and said that he would call me back with what he could find. Within an hour he returned my call and said that they DID have the part (a universal) and he would save it for me. I went there that afternoon and then put the part on later that day. The dishwasher now has "a new lease on life"! I cannot begin to say how pleased I am with their customer service. Truly great service!

She ensured I had accurate info on the model number, and printed out a a parts sheets with parts assembly as a reference guide. She made a call to another service rep to inquire about the part, which was not in stock at her store. She encouraged me to fix this washer...as it is a great model. Thanks to Lori's encouragement and wonderful customer service, I returned to eastern Mass, located the parts needed to repair my "old" machine, and $50 later, have a washer that performs better than ever! BECKY W: I appreciated the whole service experience. I had a microwave over the stove under warranty. I called when it broke. They scheduled a repair person right away. He came and was very nice and helpful but needed more parts for the issue. As it turned out he had to order twice more but each time the parts came and he came promptly to put the part in. I could never have afforded to pay for the repairs so I was thankful it was under warranty. The repairman was Mark and he was very helpful and professional and fast!

Sandy Mattern: I was told we needed a relay control board for our oven. We were billed for the entire service before the work was done, and the part was sent free of charge by Frigidaire, but we were still charged for it and have been trying to get it refunded. Frigidaire said we would just be responsible for labor and that it was noted on the parts order that there was no charge for the part. When the repair man came to install the board, the oven still did not work. He then changed the ignitor, which fixed the problem, so there is a good chance that there was never an issue with the board. Even after charging in advance for the entire service, we were then charged another $5 to our credit card (because they had the card on file) which I can only assume was for installing the ignitor. I will not be calling Sears repair services ever again for serviceService:Stove, cooktop oven repair

Christen Maglio: Backordered parts, didn’t perform the service but charged us for labor. Called multiple times to dispute. They sent it to collections. We had to file a complaint with the attorney general’s office.NOTE: I did what was requested in the response below and it went NOWHERE. Didn’t even get a reply. Don’t be fooled.UPDATE: After filing the complaint with the AG’s office it took about a month for a response from Sears’ resolution team who apologized and cleared our account. It’s interesting that we spoke to a US-based upper tier customer service representative from a department we were told didn’t exist until we had a dispute. They had no explanation for why we were charged for labor that didn’t happen and indicated that it was clearly documented in our account that we canceled the scheduled service with ample notice. Too bad it took all of this effort to get a simple resolution that most companies are capable of after one phone call. NEVER using this once reputable brand again.
