Jamie Addington: Twice now, with two different machines I have tried to use them to get a repair done. Both times they "needed to see it", then after brining them in was told the machines weren't worth repairing, and tried to sell me new machines, even though I told them I wanted MY machine fixed, even if it cost a bit more. After going round and round I eventually left, brought it somewhere else, and had no trouble having it fixed. If you want someone who doesn't want to do the work, and wants to sell you something new, then this is your place. If not, go somewhere else.

Donald: Middle of winter my snowblower decides to break. Needed a fast turn-around repair. Called M&M Small Engine Repair (4.2 miles from my house) explained my problem, carburetor related. They said @ maximum, one week turnaround. Fortunately for me, my bro has a minivan that seats fold into the floor; pickup truck with a roof. Dropped off, two days later, ready for pickup. They flushed gas tank, and carburetor; adjusted carb related parts. They called me up to say shave-plate needed 2B replaced; which I had forgotten about, and knew it needed replacement. Cost wasn't terrible, considering they replaced the shave-plate, and skid shoes. In addition to the carburetor; adjusting carb related parts. Plan to keep this business in mind for future small engine needs
brian van dam: Our snow blower stopped working during a snow storm and Mike was quick to pick up our snow blower and diagnose and repair within two days. His pricing was very reasonable . Unit came back looking like new and running very well. Highly recommend!

BECKY W: I appreciated the whole service experience. I had a microwave over the stove under warranty. I called when it broke. They scheduled a repair person right away. He came and was very nice and helpful but needed more parts for the issue. As it turned out he had to order twice more but each time the parts came and he came promptly to put the part in. Sandy Mattern: I was told we needed a relay control board for our oven. We were billed for the entire service before the work was done, and the part was sent free of charge by Frigidaire, but we were still charged for it and have been trying to get it refunded. Frigidaire said we would just be responsible for labor and that it was noted on the parts order that there was no charge for the part. When the repair man came to install the board, the oven still did not work. He then changed the ignitor, which fixed the problem, so there is a good chance that there was never an issue with the board. Even after charging in advance for the entire service, we were then charged another $5 to our credit card (because they had the card on file) which I can only assume was for installing the ignitor. I will not be calling Sears repair services ever again for serviceService:Stove, cooktop oven repair

Christen Maglio: Backordered parts, didn’t perform the service but charged us for labor. Called multiple times to dispute. They sent it to collections. We had to file a complaint with the attorney general’s office.NOTE: I did what was requested in the response below and it went NOWHERE. Didn’t even get a reply. Don’t be fooled.UPDATE: After filing the complaint with the AG’s office it took about a month for a response from Sears’ resolution team who apologized and cleared our account. It’s interesting that we spoke to a US-based upper tier customer service representative from a department we were told didn’t exist until we had a dispute. They had no explanation for why we were charged for labor that didn’t happen and indicated that it was clearly documented in our account that we canceled the scheduled service with ample notice. Too bad it took all of this effort to get a simple resolution that most companies are capable of after one phone call. NEVER using this once reputable brand again.
