Sun Neus: From a realistic standpoint learned the hard way that this form of getting furniture should be your very last option. Overpriced items that you can get brand new for half of what they want in the long term a 55 inch tv for almost $1000.00 brand new at Walmart for $250.00. Do yourself a favor and just go without for a few months and buy brand new. The amount of money you pay overtime you would’ve gotten that item 4 times over. Nothing they say holds water every time they quote a price it changes. Left the store expecting one price changed on delivery. Suffered through some unexpected life events and unfortunately couldn’t make payments on time but always did best to pay once funds came through and other than Jose or Angel was met with rudeness regardless do research before committing to paying money for something you can own for less

She made me feel so uncomfortable that not only will i not go back but they wont see a penny more untill they do something with her. My apartment is fully furnished from rent a center. Very rude and very unprofessional. Everytime they get out of hand its when jose is not there. Out of everyone there jose is the only one that know how to treat customers .

Adri Fuegz: I’ve been with rent a center for two years and just gave birth 3 weeks ago. So waited for my maternity leave payments to start up. They are really giving me a hard time for being late with my payments and won’t accept half now and half in a few days. They want the full amount now or the items back. Like they broke my love seat trying to move them in my house when I first got them. Never replaced them for ones that aren’t broken. They over charge. Harass for their money but wouldn’t replace my couch they broke trying to move into the house. Last time I go through them.

Kassandra Martinez: Called them 1 week ago to them that i need a new agreement. Because i wanted to start paying every week instead of 2 weeks. So my 2 week agreement ended November 23, 2021. So she said i wont be due until November 27, 2021. Since their weekly payments are on Saturdays. Tell me why they overdrafted my bank account for the same price as the orginal agreement? Now my bank account is negative $100.

Jose Vasquez: I just wanna give this place a 5 star rating for their outstanding management that they have over there. The manager Jose is always very nice and helpful whenever I have any questions or concerns about anything and always makes the customer feel like we matter! Oddly enough we have the same name lol but I do wanna show my gratitude for the great manager that they have over there and I've been a happy customer there for about a year now.
Sherri: I went online and opted to fill out everything online so like the website claimed, it would be a faster process when the store called. Well the store called and didn't get the information and requested different information from what was online. I was not happy about that. The representative did help as quickly as she could even though I had to do it twice. She was friendly and wonderful to work with. Then came the delivery. I leased a washing machine and one if the reasons I chose rent a center was for delivery and install. They delivered great but were unable to install. The drain hose was not correct length. This is not common knowledge and if I need to buy the additional kit or rent a center needs to be prepared as I am sure I am not the only customer this has happened to. Now, I am running around the city learning about drain hoses, spending money on wrong size hoses, and I still dont have an installed washing machine. I'm currently at laundromax. Tomorrow, I'm calling to have it removed, getting a refund, and going to Aarons.

I kinda get it, but people work and have stuff going on…… that’s my only complaint. Otherwise a good place.

Laurie Hamm (Laur): On the surface everyone is nice, courteous etc. They went out of their way for the initial contract...but I made due with an a/c that didn't fit my window but provided cool air for 2 months. I switched it for a PC, substantially cheaper, delivered a day late with no notice (I'm always calling them) they just divert me to other employees. They can't keep a time line and just seem to tell you what you want to hear. I don't have the power cord for my PC. Called yesterday about it, told it would be brought 1st thing today. I called at 12 and no one ever made note I even called yesterday. They said with in the hour, it is now after 3. They may just get the computer back at this point 😉Can't do much with no power cord!**Reply to RAC, I did last month when this happened. I was told a district manager would be in touch. Haven't spoke to anyone. 😔

Melissa Birkner: Was given 3 different times for delivery, when they did finally arrive it took them a total of 10 min to say the sofa didn’t fit, despite my home having 3 entrances all the delivery guy could say was “idk” to every question. Holyoke store rectified issue in literally 1 hour.
WILEEN SABRINA JAMISON-KEATON: Honestly, budgeting is entertaining with Aaron's, the workers were honest & nice enough to discuss my short term ownership goals... for the 6000w speaker. BOOM!!!

We use to lease through Aarons in Holyoke & we wish we still were . The manager at the Holyoke store was very customer friendly and you can tell he likes to work with people and set things up based off of his customers needs . We’re considering returning our purchases and going through a entire new company . The manager at this location also never gave us a total that we’d be billed monthly and when we finally got billed it was EXTREMELY high . To the point where we should buy for full price . If the option is to go through a different company or Aarons location , I highly recommend . These people don’t care for their customers , all they see is dollar signs .
