Antoine Wilson: I went to the Springfield, MA location. I was greeted in a prompt and professional manner. I advised the manager of the store as to which beds that I was interested in. The manager knew everything about the beds that I was interested in. The manager answered all of the questions and allowed me the time to make my selection. The manager focused me on the important issues like the materials that the mattress was made of, which was very important to me. Rather than bad mouth other businesses, the manager gave me factual information that I was able to research which led me to confirm that the business model was 100% above board. How the bed is constructed is one thing. WHAT IS IN THE BED IS ANOTHER. That was the determining factor for me. The delivery was excellent and the price was reasonable. Would highly recommend this business.

The sales person was highly knowledgeable, directed us to exactly what we were looking for, and gave us the space when needed to check the product. The mattresses were so good, it was hard to choose between two of them.

He even held my daughter so me and my husband can try out the beds she’s 10 months old and very clingy lol but he had such a great vibe she didn’t even cry in his arms he was very helpful throughout this whole experience my son is 2 years old and very hyper and he only stood by Bryan and followed him around. Bryan was very patient with him and did not mind my son following him around I think it took us like 2 hours to figure out what we wanted to do but even so Bryan stood patient helpful and we had plenty of laughs through out the whole ordeal in the end we purchased two great beds for our family and we couldn’t be any happier with the experience! Shout out to Bryan !!

C S: My wife and I were out and not even intending to go to R&F but we were passing it so we stopped in. The initial customer service was great. My wife and I told the representative roughly what we were looking for, honestly we weren't sure, and he took us to a few items that were nice and after 20 minutes we found the perfect livingrom set. We were told "... and we have it in stock" so we got a total cost and told him that the wife and I 'sleep on it' to be sure we wanted to spend that much. When we called called back to purchase it (our sales rep was off and talked to a someone else) and pick it up, we were told that "we don't stock anything here" with an attitude like we should have known better. The conversation with her was full of attitude and a sence of 'I have better things to do than talk to you'. If our first impression wasn't so good we would have gone elsewhere so I called back when Jason was working. We talked for a few minutes and when we went to order it we were given a price $170 more expensive. He quickly back peddled when I told him that was not the price we discussed. When he came back down to the initial price we ordered it.Were not shopping experts but here's what we think...Pros-*HUGE showroom! LOTS and LOTS to choose from!*Super clean store*Furnature seems well made (time will tell)Cons-*No inventory on site. If you want it quick then you have to wait upwards of 5-6 days even for pick up. Needs to be a customer option for wharehouse pick up.*Off putting attitude from sales rep (hopefully isolated incident).*Given different quote than first discussed.Overall it wasn't a horriable experience and we are happy with our purchase but I would caution buyers. Do your homework on what you're looking for and where you are buying it from.
