Helping me price out living room sets, bedroom furniture and even brought out her measuring tape to help me get ideas on which sets would fit perfectly in my apartment! I visited other furniture stores in the area and none of comes close to giving the kind of customer service I received from Linette. If you're looking to change up your furniture in your home or are moving into your first home or a new apartment I HIGHLY recommend Raymour & Flanigan Furniture Outlet! Seth Mastrocola: BIG ISSUE HERE: with their policies and procedures. When you put something on layaway it’s not really available to you when you are ready to purchase. We have been waiting two months to get a couch that we paid layaway for. The delivery dates have changed THREE times causing us to miss work and other activities we put on hold. They promised delivery before Easter and then cancelled on us. My whole family had no place to sit during our holiday family gathering. That really needs to change if this business wants to compete with other outlets.Other than that we are happy with the quality of the items we purchased from here.

This is the third time I rewrote this so I’ll recap I first gave a great review then when I opened the packaging the remote to my sons remote controller toddler vehicle was slightly missing a button but it still worked and the button was inside the controller I think if i unscrew it and open it it would be a flush 100% east fix they safety wrapped all the items and loaded into the car so to be straight up they were well about and beyond customer service I mean the left the store to load it into my car for me and they are fun to talk to my uncle enjoyed them as well thank you and very much will be buying again

I wouldn't recommend going here unless you truly have to . But the one in west Springfield is a bit more hospitable but the heat in there is overwhelming.

WENDY cummings: The prices are decent which is what lead me to this establishment, but the owner (Gary) has lied to me about every single detail of my order from the cost of the furniture to the final payment. I have paid this man in full for the price of the sofa and loveseat and still do not have my furniture nor do I have idea when it'll be delivered. Gary will tell you anything you want to hear so beware and if you challenge him to his lies he'll threatened to send your furniture back. I gave two stars because the prices are not bad despite the fact I was shortchanged.
Richard Perry: I recently purchased a Sherrill sectional through Beautiful Rooms. This is not my first purchase with BR; I bought 2 Sherrill lounge chairs and ottomans from Gary 20 years ago. I have never visited his store and have always ordered directly over the phone. Gary's customer service has been fabulous and his pricing is excellent. Delivery was perfect both times and there has been no issues whatsoever. Purchasing a replacement sectional during the pandemic was very stressful but Gary patiently and expertly walked me through every option for the over all design and I couldn't be happier with the result. If I could give him 6 stars, I would.

John B: Dealing with this company and the owner Gary has been the biggest nightmare I have ever encountered with any business period. He basically lied to us on delivery time. Items have taken several months, some pieces were damaged, items were delivered covered with dust, his delivery people damaged our new hardwood floors where they had to be re-sanded and we are still waiting on a replacement curio that had scratches in the glass and wood and appeared to be a used piece of furniture that he may have had in inventory for some time. Told us he was giving us 60% off list but never would show us the list price. I feel sorry for the people who get sucked in by this guy on the internet for there is no way of knowing who you are dealing with and if you look at his web page it's obvious he has filtered the results. Beware before you part with your cash with this guy.
