Didn't even have to go into the building, the tech came out and met my parents who dropped my car off, kept me updated via text throughout the process/recalibration and picked it back up with ease. Charles Page: I went there after I was told they could fix my Crack in my windshield when I got there they said it was a complete replacement when I asked whether told me that it was larger than a silver dollar and when I showed them the Crack they said it was from something hitting it but I don't know how because it was right under the wiper I'm sure they did not want to cover it under the warranty because they just replaced it 2 months ago they were very insistent on saying it was hit by something I will never use them again and when they quoted me a price it was $200 more than the last one I got when I asked why they said that's just the way it is
Michael Joseph Dinneen: The rear driver side window blew out Sunday morning. I called Safelite immediately to schedule, hopefully in the next two or three days replacement of that window. I was willing to drive to the facility in West Springfield if they could not replace the window with their mobile service. I was told the earliest that they could take care of the window is March 14, which is a week and a half after the accident with the window. That is totally unacceptable especially since I am willing to drive to their facility to get it repaired. I am going to begin the process to look for another window company.

Steve Stearley: A great experience. The staff was timely, kind and knowledgeable. My 2020 Hyundai has options which were properly replaced and they even sent a link for a calibration certificate. The whole windshield was replaced in less than an hour. I was happy to do business with Safelite,and would recomend them.

Mike B: Worst experience ever. Told me had to do repair in shop to calibrate windshield. Supposed to be Thursday appointment. They had to change to Friday at 3. Told 2 hour appointment. They replaced windshield but said system down can’t calibrate, but OK to drive just make another appointment.System not down. They wanted to close early so they did not do work. Told them can’t make it back by 430. They said keys on tire. My 2020 is not secure with keys next to car. Advised her of situation she said hope you get here quick.Tried to get district Manager John Turcotte on phone but no one had his phone number.Poorly run from bottom to top. I missed a call from them while on the other line and had to call back to find out it's because they can't replace a Tesla windshield because they don't have the software to recalibrate the ADAS camera after. They told me West Hartford can do it. No, they cant.

Springfield BID: I have had two issues with this company, the first one I actually had them do a repair. The first issue was they, despite getting all of my technical information along with VIN #, they brought the wrong windshield so I had to reschedule.I didn't bother with a review because mistakes happen, this time though I am thoroughly disappointed as I scheduled work, dropped vehicleoff to their West Springfield location to only be called later saying they couldn't do the work because of an after market light bar, shouldn't they have asked that when making appointment or at the least checking when I dropped off the vehicle.Not going back, beware unless you don't value their time.Service:Auto windshield replacement

I needed a ride both ways, I live about a mile away, and the owner was nice enough to drop me off and pick me up when the work was done! Not only was the job done quickly and right, but my car was cleaned, vacuumed and all the windowed were sparkling inside and out! And they gave me a can of glass cleaner as well! Mark Follett: No brainer for inspections and windshields. Friendly and welcoming everytime you go to them. They warranty their products and services which gives you piece of mind. I have never had any issue with their work and have had many windshields replaced across various vehicles. They offer a loaner car if you need it. I dropped mine off early today and dropped the keys in their box. Called a little while later to let me know they are working on it and called shortly after that to let me know it was complete.
