Todd Gordner: I called and the girl that picked up the phone said they are too busy and it would be a month before they could get back to me. I needed a glass storefront and steel doors throughout my building I'm renovating. As a business owner that knows how hard it is to gain good customers it makes me sick when you have a gate keeper running the phone that feels they are running the show and doesn't care. I hope the owners realize from my post anyway that my experience with Chase Glass was as poor as it gets before we could get started.

Robert R.: I needed the mirror replaced in an antique bathroom medicine cabinet and I was pointed in the direction of Chase Glass. I walked in the door and was greeted by a nice girl and paid up front. They had it finished in under an hour and it cost less than $30. They treated my property with great care and the staff was professional and courteous. To top it off, the price was very agreeable.

Justhink Divine P: I worked for this company they are extremely unorganized. The woman, joy and payroll messes up your payroll often if you call the office, Amanda is extremely ignorant. Joy will hang up the phone on you. They also give people your personal information I have had a former coworker harass my family, which I have all proof and documentation of. They also refused to send me my W-2 form, so I cannot receive my income taxes.
