I needed a glass storefront and steel doors throughout my building I'm renovating. As a business owner that knows how hard it is to gain good customers it makes me sick when you have a gate keeper running the phone that feels they are running the show and doesn't care. I hope the owners realize from my post anyway that my experience with Chase Glass was as poor as it gets before we could get started.

I walked in the door and was greeted by a nice girl and paid up front. They had it finished in under an hour and it cost less than $30. They treated my property with great care and the staff was professional and courteous. To top it off, the price was very agreeable.

Animal 413: I went there for a windshield repair. The repair was priced better than other glass repair companies. I dropped it off in the morning and had it back at the end of the day. My mirror and fast pass were both placed back properly. The service was friendly and very professional. I'm so glad I chose them. They made the whole thing easier than I expected. If ever a need another window for anything I will be returning to them.

When I called and talked to Steve he said yeah 200$ for the glass and 200$ for the delivery. WHO DOES BUSINESS LIKE THIS!! Other area glass places charge 30$ to 50$(believe me I checked). Better off going somewhere else I know I did.

Rebecka St. Peter: I have 2 small children and needed to have second story windows replaced in a day. I called everywhere and everyone said 2 weeks. I was recommended Eastfield Glass by a window repair man who uses them. I am so lucky he did. I have had to have a few windows replaced now and each time I dropped them off in the am and they had them done before the children got out of school. They do a spectacular job and they are so nice and really care about their customers and the quality of their work. I have also had a bathroom mirror replaced and it came out better than the original. The prices are very fair, especially in a world where everyone is overcharging for everything. I am so grateful to them and I will remain a life long customer!! Thank you so much for helping me keep my little ones safe!! 💯

Ken Ross: Very disappointed in my experience with this business. I requested a quote for an entry door - the gentleman came out - yet about two weeks later I did not receive my estimate. I contacted them again and a man answered said he had it right in front of him and he would send it over - 2 days later and I still did not receive the estimate. I called them today and the woman who answered was extremely rude. She said my account was transferred to someone else and they got married this past weekend and couldn't get me my estimate. I told her it has been several weeks, i want my estimate and do not want to go elsewhere - she said "go somewhere else" and hung up. I called back several hours later, the same woman answered and I asked to speak to the manager - she stated she would not give him/her the message and hung up again. Extremely unprofessional and rude and I shall now take my business elsewhere. Very disappointing - I am writing this only to make the owner(s) aware of what occurred.
