Hutta Pe: I was not greeted upon entry (but others were), no assistance was offered while walking aimlessly through store. While waiting to be checked out 3 employees made eye contact and again, no assistance was offered. Finally after 4-5 minutes the checkout process was started but came to a halt because she didn't have change. She asked (no one in particular) for change and that too took 4-5 more minutes. Annoyed with this unnecessary waiting I told her to forget it and to return my money. She said the transaction was already made and I had to wait again for someone to give me my change. Sad that these employees don't value customers! Shame on Auto Zone!!

Brittany Nelson: I was having a issue with my car battery terminals, which had severe corrosion and caused issues with starting the car. The employee, Alexis Mountez, was superrrrr helpful. He checked my battery with the little device thingy to make sure it was in good working condition, he also cleaned it, and he changed one of the terminals for me. He was super nice, patient, and respectful. He explained every thing he did to me, and triple checked and tightened everything bolt and screw before assuring everything was good. I’m a super satisfied customer! Thank you so much for your help, Alexis!

David Reynoso (PEOPLEZ): They sell people old stuff especially car batteries that are not fully charged 100%, have the customer pay the full amount of what they're asking for it's not fair. Battery supposed to be at 100% charged for the customer battery lines up being 60% even 55% fully charged it's not good business at all.

Leo Baranov: Awesome staff, extremely helpful! Scott has literally saved multiple cars for me, saved me a ton of money and thus improved the quality of life overall. For example, I had a problem with cooling in my car and nobody had parts because of the world parts shortages. Scott quickly found a workaround for me where nobody else could help from other stores including the dealer. Management give Scott a significant raise and include the entire staff of the west springfield store!

shotgun2110: I've been here a few times and have always had a good experience until today. I came in and the one employee behind the counter was arguing with someone (seemed like someone they knew/personal matter) which was unprofessional but I work retail so I could look past that kind of stuff. Then I walk up to him after the argument with the things I wanted to buy and said "I'll just take these today". He looks me dead in the eyes and acknowledges me then ignores me and walks away. So another employee who was already helping someone had to temporarily leave the person he was helping to cash me out.

My new used car bacame a major headache. long story short the place i bought it from is not a good place to be buying used cars. I brought my car down to preferred auto. Kevin Gardner: I know I’m a few months late on my review but I wanted to share my experience with this company. I am a carnival operator who had a truck break down during the big E and was referred to this company by locals, called them up and told them what was going on and told me to bring it in Wednesday. Initially told me it could be up to three or two days before he even had a chance to look at it. Mid day Wednesday he called me telling me he had looked at it and found the issues, he also said he had found a minor issue and wanted to know if we wanted him to fix it. I said yes and thanked him for his honesty. Thursday morning I got a call saying that the truck was ready to be picked up. To my surprise the job that I was told was gonna take several days was already done. When we got there that morning he went through everything he did, also told us about a few more things that could become a problem in the future. He then thanked us for the business and wished us good luck. We couldn’t have been happier with the speed, politeness, and affordability with the services provided by this business. I personally would return to this business and would recommend it to any of the locals even though we are not from the area.Services:Engine repair,Oil change
