Hutta Pe: I was not greeted upon entry (but others were), no assistance was offered while walking aimlessly through store. While waiting to be checked out 3 employees made eye contact and again, no assistance was offered. Finally after 4-5 minutes the checkout process was started but came to a halt because she didn't have change. She asked (no one in particular) for change and that too took 4-5 more minutes. Annoyed with this unnecessary waiting I told her to forget it and to return my money. She said the transaction was already made and I had to wait again for someone to give me my change. Sad that these employees don't value customers! Shame on Auto Zone!!

Brittany Nelson: I was having a issue with my car battery terminals, which had severe corrosion and caused issues with starting the car. The employee, Alexis Mountez, was superrrrr helpful. He checked my battery with the little device thingy to make sure it was in good working condition, he also cleaned it, and he changed one of the terminals for me. He was super nice, patient, and respectful. He explained every thing he did to me, and triple checked and tightened everything bolt and screw before assuring everything was good. DucDucGoose: Had a very frustrating issue that I needed resolved and was fortunate enough that their Customer Experience Manager Arelys Baez took the time to hear out my concerns, get to the route of the problem and helped come up with a resolution. I’m going to be honest, I was extremely frustrated and she was nice enough to make sure my issues got resolved BEFORE I left the store. Home Depot, this one’s a keeper! :)

Anon Mouse: Customer service is unbelievably bad. Miserable older blonde woman had the nerve to comment that they were short staffed and that "nobody wants to work." Really? Do you even read the news? We have record low unemployment, so please just stop it, Karen. She said this to my face as 4 employees behind the customer service desk were literally doing NOTHING but talking to each other and the store was EMPTY. If nobody wants to work, it applies to your coworkers/ employees. People are working- but obviously not there (just collecting a paycheck). It was pulling teeth to just get a staff member to unlock the drills, which we couldn't buy because they were display. She then searched for the 2 drills on a high shelf via the ladder... One. At. A. Time. She literally went down to tell me they didnt have the first one then back up the ladder to search the same area for the second drill. She was having trouble remembering. Um, ever heard of pen and paper??? Or even the most basic-level principles of efficiency ??? 45 minutes after we got there (we came to buy just the 2 drills and we knew what we wanted right off) as we are being rung up, I asked the cashier a question (I hadn't previously addressed her) and she refused to even answer. Rude and must be poorly brought up. Another "worker" was literally just leaning on the counter with her elbow on it and her head resting in her other hand, doing NOTHING, just watching the cashier and me and nothing else...not moving even an inch even once in the entire 10 minutes we were being rung up. Talk about being disgracefully LAZY. I was so close to asking her, "Don't you have any work to do????" Listen, I had s#!t jobs too, where I was 10 hours on my feet but never once did I ever think this bad attitude and horrible way of treating customers was ok. If I acted like you, I would have lost my job. You are lucky to be collecting a paycheck at all. It's obvious that the management does not care.

Earnest Ford: Went to home Depot to return some unused products from a remodeling job they gave us such a hard time saying that the policy had changed the hundreds of thousands of dollars that was spent to remodel the wood cement bags even having the credit card from multiple purchase they still gave him a hard time in the only reason I can figure is that he was black.

eb bush: I was renting a vehicle and they disabled the truck so been calling talking to managers for days with nothing being done so I called my triple a to get it towed back to the store when triple a got there they did a walk around the truck and then told me they couldn’t touch the vehicle because it’s not registered and they showed me it expired in 2022 so I called the store manager and he told me he would get back to me never did so I called corporate today and they said they would reach out to store manager and have them call me that never took place then I just got a call for me to take care of the balance so they are renting out trucks that are not legal to drive and putting customers at risk if you look at sticker on license plate clearly it says 2022

Placed an order online for curbside pick up, checked in and no one showed up, called them they kept placing me on hold. Call the main line and they called and told me the same thing that they kept placing them hold. If I could pick up my order inside the store I would but I was not able. Unable to fulfill my order

I recently bought tire irons here for 7 bucks a piece. O'Reillys lists the same brand tire iron at a price of 36 dollars. Always check harbor freight first!

I got injured and couldn't walk and I had a scooter and a ramp and I needed something to carry the scooter around and they worked with me with buying the carrier and I had a trailer hitch installed but they shouldn't have installed it it's car it can't hold anything and it wasn't high enough for the carrier and they did so many things to try to get it to work and get higher off the ground. I ended up having to really turn everything. And there was never an issue nor a problem they have the greatest attitude and customer service.Recently I bought a warrior drill and a little case of drill bits and things I needed. Well I dropped the charger and doesn't work and I didn't have the receipt and they couldn't find me in the computer when I called.I went in to buy a new battery charger and just ask the girl to pull me up by name. She found my account and my phone number so I'm not sure what happened when I called they couldn't find me.All I have to do is bring back the whole drill and battery charger and I get a whole new set.Like I said this is the best place for customer service help an items
