Melissa Birkner: Was given 3 different times for delivery, when they did finally arrive it took them a total of 10 min to say the sofa didn’t fit, despite my home having 3 entrances all the delivery guy could say was “idk” to every question. Holyoke store rectified issue in literally 1 hour.
WILEEN SABRINA JAMISON-KEATON: Honestly, budgeting is entertaining with Aaron's, the workers were honest & nice enough to discuss my short term ownership goals... for the 6000w speaker. BOOM!!!

Arianna King: My fiancé and I are leasing through this specific location and it’s unfortunate for us , the customer service is very poor . We use to lease through Aarons in Holyoke & we wish we still were . The manager at the Holyoke store was very customer friendly and you can tell he likes to work with people and set things up based off of his customers needs . We’re considering returning our purchases and going through a entire new company . The manager at this location also never gave us a total that we’d be billed monthly and when we finally got billed it was EXTREMELY high . To the point where we should buy for full price . If the option is to go through a different company or Aarons location , I highly recommend . These people don’t care for their customers , all they see is dollar signs .

Brandon Mitchell: Just recieved my fat tire recumbant etrike. It arrived on time and seems to have all the pieces. I have yet to take it out as I am still doing some final assembly. If there was anything that could use improvement it would be assembly instructions. There was very little help from the book of about 10 pages. was very limited on photos as well as iui important assembly instructions. There was also no information regarding the electronics. I have some background on putting bikes together so I am managing with it almost completed. As for everything else it was above my expectations. On time. Complete package. Trike is ofAverage expected quality for the price.. and friendly , helpful staff that returned inquiries with 24 hrs. I would recommend epizone tech to family and freinds. Five stars for honesty, integrity and an all around good experience. Brandon mitchell.
Elizabeth Wright: Wonderful trike. I bought for exercise. But the only chance I’ve had to ride is at the beach. Proud to say I kept up with the group. Took a little effort learning to compensate for the drive wheel being on one side. But it was SO MUCH FUN! So glad I bought this product. Glad I have the extra power installed that pulls me up the hill like a charm. I feel young again.

patty muniain: I am sorely the customer of Epizontech. I purchased an electric scooter from Epizontech for my almost 90 years old brother in law, Korean Army Vet. I had it shipped to my grandson, Lee Hetzler, Disabled Army Vet and single father because I was told there was some assembly and he is very knowledgeable in mechanics. First of all, it was not delivered in 10-14 days, as they tout, but more like a month to six weeks. My grandson assembled and tested the scooter, as I requested him to do for me. I wanted him to make sure it was safe for my 90 yr old brother in law. It toppled when he took it out. It is top heavy. He was only slightly hurt but it could have been disastrous if it was being driven by my brother in law. The actions following this situation have been appalling. My grandson, in looking for resolve was responded to with no help, refused service and then in an attempt to intimidate him published his private information on their website. (age, address, phone number and email address, even putting a photo of his street on their website) Even though they delivered to his address they called him a fake customer and wrote he was trying to get free things.Until this review I have had no communication with the company, not that I haven't tried. I just received a letter from them stating that they have auto power per their policy and have withdrawn $1,552.03 for shipping from my account. I paid in advance the full price for the scooter which included free shipping. I am senor and not techie. I purchased this scooter over the phone. They will not answer phone calls for support after the purchase is complete. .
andy ronfaldo: Hello at Epizontech!We want to thank everyone who was involved with the order and shipment of our two Cosybike Scooters.A week ago we received our 2 electric bikes. They arrived on a pallet holding two individual boxes. These boxes did not show any abnormal damage and we could immediately release the delivery driver.When the boxes were opened, we could not believe the care and protection that was implemented for the save shipment of this sensitive merchandise. There was such a custom steel frame build around the bike which not only prevented any kind of possible impacts the shipment could be exposed to, but also made absolutely certain that the bike itself remains securely in its optimum shipping position. There were special brackets welded to the steel frame to secure the position of the handle bars, the front wheel fork and the rear motor wheel assembly. What an incredible job you people have done with the creation of this costly steel frame!Did anybody go overboard with this? Certainly not. The bikes definitely deserved it. Not only did we get wonderful and unblemished machines but the mechanical and electrical performance was the next big surprise for us. Wow, do they work! And all the many features we did not even expected and tried one after another; everything works perfectly. Just wonderful!Looking back, the entire purchase procedure has been a pleasant experience and we would like to thank everyone of you for that. Looking forward is even better. Without creating noise or pollution, we will have incredible fun, youthful joy and freedom with these bikes for years to come!We will be submitting more info on these bikes soon.............

Joe Frega: Do not provide Epizontech with your bank account information. They claim this is a protected transaction, good luck with that. I bought a 3 wheel trike that was supposed to be $2460.00. I did not think much when they added $138 and said it was tax, although it came to New York from CT. Then, weeks after I took delivery, they added a liftgate charge, the company simply took $125 from my bank account without my permission. They simply wrote themselves another check. The bank was unable to stop the action because I provided the account information to them.Beware, the product did not come in the condition I was led to believe it would, it took an experienced mechanic 3 hours to assemble and adjust. The only instructions.... a video online without words. No manual, nothing to rely on if you want to get warrenty work done. Many sub components that were assembled were not tight or misaligned. The "free accessory" of a sun bonnet... it was a rectangle of black muslin cloth without a hemmed edge on it, and the frame for the bonnet, flimsy as heck.The biggest problem is that the web site has all these American flags and indications that these are American made products. It is not in any way, the box had markings that indicate that this bike is a Chinese product.This disabled vet is very unhappy, and they won't even answer a phone, don't buy from a company you can't talk to. I am out over $250. If it seems you are saving alot.... you are not!!!!Buyer beware.One week after my review Epizontech posted their response, unbelievable!!Calling me "a fake review" is unconscionable. This is a adding insult to misrepresentation. I most certainly was their customer. They are obviously not honest. Here is my receipt. All buyers, beware!!!I am also posting a picture of the box the bike was delivered in. Not a real customer.... c'mon man!
Shane Carbone: I bought my scooter in April of 2017,I cannot say enough good about this scooter. it is well built, reliable, it turns heads no matter where I go,and alot of people inquire about it. I have used this alot in the last 6 months it has always been there for me. If I ever needed another one I would not hesitate to buy one or refer anyone to this scooter. Delivery was a breeze the driver was very professional, he used the lift gate on his trailer to set it on the ground and waited for my wife and I to inspect it before he left, it was in perfect shape.

He even said how many of such scooters they had delivered for this company and by far, these shipments are packed the most professional way.
rose tyler: First I was skeptical ordering my tricycle from epizontech since I have never dealt with them before, but after careful consideration and research, I purchased my new electric tricycle.Obviously, they are a factory so their business hours are far from "Wal-Mart's" but they responded to my email within 24 hours and directed me to the right direction.The tricycle came on a large pallet, very well packed, and BEFORE the promised delivery time. This is the best thing ever! Very easy to use, fun to ride and helps me with my shopping trips every day. Otherwise I could not get around due to my age and the fact that I no longer have a drivers license. I even put a child seat on the back to carry my grandchild with me when my daughter is at work. Just ask her, and she will tell you how much she loves it!!!
