Becca R: After a bad experience with Ashley Furniture we decided to try Bob's. So happy we did. Found the sofa and loveseat that was almost exactly the same and 500.00 less. Beautiful set and great quality. The whole process was just perfect from Orlando who helped us make the purchase to the quick and efficient delivery. We ordered it on Sunday and had it in our home early that Friday. Can't wait to pick out our dining room set.

I bombarded him with question after question about beds, frames, mattresses, couches, goof proofs stipulations on previously bought items etc. and no matter what he responded in-depth & with smile until I understood everything. Karen Price: Walked up the stairs and Paul pleasantly introduced himself and inquired on what we were looking for. He showed my husband and I to the king mattresses and gave us some time to try them out by ourselves. He was very courteous and kind. The level of customer service given (even from the manager) was well worth me taking a few minutes out my day to leave this review! Happy customer!

Veronica in basement helped us to realize we could get a new undamaged table that we liked with 4 chairs and asked Anthony to come down and write that up! Then we returned to 2nd floor where Kelly had showed us some bedroom furniture and we bought that. All 3 gave outstanding service and were very helpful!
