John Smith: stay away from this clinic by far it is the worst experience the secretary thinks they are a custodian in a prison. They are rude, rude, verbally aggressive, and schedule an appointment without your permission. They want to impose an appointment without my consent
Katherine Howland: Quite literally the worst healthcare practice to ever exist. I would give 0 stars if I could. I have watched my dad go through HELL and back with these people. They are impossible to reach, we have been told numerous times that the providers only fill prescriptions 2-3 times a week therefore your request will sit for days before it’s ever looked at. Even his pharmacy says they cannot get through to anyone ever. We’ve now experienced 2 times in a row where the wrong prescription is put in & when I called the first time, the pharmacist admitted that the provider pushed through the wrong version on “accident” because it auto populates for the other version. Issue was finally resolved days later after having to call and follow up 3 times. Now i’ve called the 2nd time once that prescription was empty to get it filled again, when once again the wrong one was sent in. This morning the response “oh i’ll talk to the provider about it Monday there’s nothing I can do” and that was after the PHARMACIST tells me “I don’t understand they're basically the same thing is there a reason he wants the other one.” When the pharmacist at Walgreens and any person with half a brain knows they are not interchangeable and it is not good to just go back and forth between fast acting / slow release. So now we’re going 3 days without insulin because the provider doesn’t pay attention and will just push through whatever is on the screen.You are not a patient here, there’s no regard for health and wellness. If you actually want timely attention and you are someone who has multiple prescriptions I do NOT recommend caring health center. Maybe if you are someone who just goes in for a yearly physical and takes no prescriptions, but even with that I would proceed with caution.
David Reddy: Tried calling 3 times today. It takes 20 plus minutes just to get ahold of an operator to just be transfered to a voice mail. Does not appear that anybody actually works here or cares about this business.

Insulin dependent, and pharmacy closed at 3 pm , and so I have been asking for the transfer of my Prescription from the Caring Health pharmacy located on Main St in Springfield, to Walgreens on Summer Avenue in Springfield MA. For almost an Hr .now . This isn't good business 😕 I am not satisfied; it's almost Cruelty if not unhealthy especially considering this is a pharmacy . I do not wish to continue service with suchlike Atmosphere 😒

Will Staples: The only reason I go to this practice is because it's the only option given to me by MassHealth. My primary care physician has been changed four times in as many years because their turnover rate is so high, and each time I was not informed until I was denied Rx refills by my new doctors. The receptionists are rude, distant, and not helpful in the least.I have called Caring Health four times this week alone for a refill after being off my meds for two weeks; the first three calls went to machine and were ignored with no indication they were even heard, and the fourth told me they'd call me back with a time for an appointment and then never did. I will be forced to go in person to demand an appointment.Every employee at Caring Health should be ashamed of their practice's unprofessional operation. No other practice has made me feel so unvalued even as they hold my health in their hands. The name "Caring Health" is a sick joke.

When I mention caring as my pcp the general response is an eye roll. Regal Randy: Was hung up on twice just trying to get to the correct department and when I called back the third time was given attitude. "Ugh whatever" should never be a professional response, let alone a medical professional. I've seen a lot of false and fake positive reviews for this place but have yet to see anyone treated well. The staff is abhorrent except for Jackie who is the only polite staff member they have.Edit: I called back and was verbally berated and hung up on twice by the same lady. Why tell me to call back if I'm just going to have to speak to this heinous 'woman' if you can call her that.
addam wolff: I am utterly frustrated with the lack of follow up, unresponsiveness, and difficult reception staff. 4 months after spine surgery, I’ve called every two weeks, and have had zero follow up. Delays in communication cost me months of unnecessary pain prior to surgery as well. The doctors are decent, IF you can get to them. I’m filing a complaint with the attorney general.
Sterling Archer: Was required to see a doctor after trip to ER for a follow up. This was the most unprofessional lack of service I've ever had the displeasure to experience. I will be immediately switching service providers due to Liz, a receptionist with attitude problems and general lack of cognition. She has control issues and tries to gatekeep patients from seeing doctors and should not be anywhere near the medical field. She asks questions, doesnt listen to the answer, proceeds to continually ask the same question and then either disregards you answer entirely or talk over you to assert her dominance like that of a feral beast. I also would prefer for the appointmwnts that they give to be accurate. If im given an appointment at 8:30 i would prefer the people to be on time instead of being told to return at 10. Then when returning at 10 i would like a human cognizant of remembering a patient instead of foaming at the mouth barking about how its not her job to to care for patientsRepulsive, repugnant behavior.
Jonathan Rodriguez: A couple of my family members, including myself, go to this office to be seen by Dr. Brian for a couple of years now. And we can definitely say that everybody in this office makes sure that we get the care that we need and pay close attention to our health and our needs. Which makes us feel like we are being taken care of by people who actually love what they do, and by people that care for us rather than feeling like we are being seen by people who are just there for the money and people who dont really care. They treat everybody with love and respect and will always make sure that we leave with the information that we need to take care of our health and stay healthy. They are definitely a place we would recommend others to visit.

Rachel Rivera: Has on MH that they’re accepting new patients, but when I called they refused to see my 1 month old newborn. I spoke with Sherry who I explained having called about 20 different Peds who all refused a 1 month old new patient. I also explained my son was Frank Breech and needed to be seen for a scan on his legs as well. She put me on hold to speak with someone. She then told me that the practice approved to see him and that I would just have to change his plan to the Be Healthy Plan and call back to schedule his appt (she was going to give me the 28th of this month). She also told me she was going to write a note in the system so when I called back no one would give me an issue. I did exactly what she said and called back 16 minutes later and spoke with a different lady who apologized with a giggle and said bc my son was a little over 1 month that they couldn’t accept him as a new pt and that Sherry was new there and she had given me the wrong information. Thank you for refusing to see my newborn who is 43 days old, you have lived up to your horrible reviews.

nana gyamera: I needed E.K.G. for my procedure I did my lab and everything what I need was E.K.G. from my provider I called to scheduled appointment and they asked me the date of my procedure I told them so they scheduled me 03/15/23 @ 9:10 am to came. After all the notification and calls, a day before my appointment they called to told me that it was a mistake they will get back to me the next day which was my appointment day they called to told me that THEY WILL NOT DO IT because MY PROCEDURE IS OUT OF STATE I was so disappointed but it is okay and that is not the first time the last time we were there waiting for pepper work we were forgetting it took us forever to get out of thereThat place is not what it used to be anymoreI'm soo glad that different hospital did it for me

kim allaire: This was my first time here and I usually do not write a Review. The staff were all very friendly and Doctor Cecily Wiswall was Amazing. She didn't rush at all and was thorough with every part of my health. She answered all my questions and even looked up a vitamin I was taking to make sure it was right for me! Even the woman who makes the schedule and man who weighed me and took blood pressure were kind and happy! I can't say enough how refreshing it was to have such happy people take care of all my needs!
Jessi Gonzalez: Mason Square has been mines and many low-to middle class individuals care providers since diaper wearing days. I truly never had a problem here because when I did go I was always young and still curious. Now that I’m older I will be switching my providers because this is unacceptable. I Called 4 weeks in advance to set up a Medical Clarence and lab appointment requested by my surgeon. I was told there was nothing available and I’d be contacted back when so. When not hearing back, I continuously contacted them back and was told about an email going around and again, “I’d be updated about availability shortly.” When I finally got a call, I didn’t get my desired date and would have had to push my surgery 2-3 weeks back but I was satisfied I finally got the appointment. When feeling relived, I get a call back not even 2 hours from the appointment confirmation call just to be told that you no longer provide evaluations for OUT OF STATE SURGERY?! I don’t understand how that even works, nobody is going to get surgery in Massachusetts! I wouldn’t say that the receptionists were rude or unprofessional, honestly they were patient and I understand they can only do so much in THEIR position, but as a medical field ITSELF, you’ve showed me uncoordinated work.
Trish Nonya: This Drs office is the worse. You guys dont care about patients. You cancel appointments and don't let people know! Are you going to pay me for my time missed from work for a telephone appointment that I been sitting here the last two hours waiting for. Finally got ahold of someone at the office after about twenty minutes to tell me the person canceled. Nice of you to let me know. I honestly think the medical board should look into how you guys run that place. There's always some kind of issue when it comes to you guys taking care of my health. Currently looking for another Drs office. Stay away people.Don't come here! It's impossible to get any type of referral that doesn't take months to get. No one wants to do their job and when you call them out on it you're the annoying patient that's just trying to be a Karen 🙄 Drs dont care and never follow up. I had to make an appt just to get them to notice that my lab work showed that my iron was really low.after fighting with them for a month about my low iron. I'm fighting to get a Dr to listen and care that I haven't been well and that there's something wrong with my body. Please go some where else please
Sirena: Staff are beyond incompetent. They tell you they'll get back to you "at the end of the day" but neglect to tell you they never received the paperwork you sent in to them and therefore have nothing to get back to you about. They'll tell you they'll send you something but fail to inform you they cannot email and sharing of information must be done in person. You end up doing their work for them with how much you have to call and advocate for yourself. Long wait on the phone just to be transferred to the wrong person just to wait longer then getting hung up on.... the examples are endless. Staff do not know the difference between he and she when referring to a specific physician on the team therefore causing complications that shouldn't exist if they all understood how to do their jobs. Doctors are no better, making fake promises and never seeing through on them. Saying they would make referrals or prescriptions or complete paperwork that never got done. Not only that, but the building is in a bad neighborhood. You can see empty alcohol bottles litering the streets. Definitely leaving this place. Unfortunate. Never had a problem at any other Baystate facility but this one needs to hire more competent people. It's astonishing how these people are still working.

Tajinique Jones: Very unprofessional. I’ve been going since i was younger and I’ve always had bad experiences. Now that I’m an adult and i take care of my own appointments i can really see the unprofessionalism first hand. There’s been times i made an appointment and i get there and they tell me i don’t have one. One time i went for an emergency post covid and the nurse told me none of the doctors had returned from their lunch break when they were supposed to .. and i waited a long time before i left and still wasn’t seen. My last straw with this place was after they told me i would get a call to schedule my appointment because they couldn’t book me that far out and then never got a call. So taking matters in my own hand (because i really needed my appointment) i would call to try to schedule but i would always get the “we have to call you back to schedule” or when i would make a complaint about that i would get the “we will have the manager or nurse call you back” it was so much run around and i never got my appointment scheduled OR A CALL BACK.. Then out of no where i get a message saying I’m scheduled for this random day and time that they just gave me without confirming or calling me to see if that could even work that day. After that experience i had decided to leave the practice. I hope some day it’s handed over to a new team of management because i would never recommend this place to anyone.
Lecil Sweeting: To be completely honest my doctor Elizabeth Boyle is the best she always helps and attend to my care needs and Tanya Johnson is the very best employee up there she really loves and cares for her patients and will go to back for you if need be but just like every place there are some bad apples in the bunch but not every just a few but I been going to this place since they opened and would not trade them for nothing in the world

Matthew Creighton: I really think this place should be investigated for the way the handle patients. I needed a prescription changed because the one I was on was causing me some side effects. Instead of taking the time to look through my chart they called in a prescription I already have. Now I'm going to have to wait until Tuesday because of the holiday to get the proper medicine I need. How can they run a Drs office like this ? Nothing but issues with this place.***EDIT***: funny when someone leaves a bad review someone writes a good one not that long after. Stop the b.s your place sucks
