Rachel Rivera: Has on MH that they’re accepting new patients, but when I called they refused to see my 1 month old newborn. I spoke with Sherry who I explained having called about 20 different Peds who all refused a 1 month old new patient. I also explained my son was Frank Breech and needed to be seen for a scan on his legs as well. She put me on hold to speak with someone. She then told me that the practice approved to see him and that I would just have to change his plan to the Be Healthy Plan and call back to schedule his appt (she was going to give me the 28th of this month). She also told me she was going to write a note in the system so when I called back no one would give me an issue. I did exactly what she said and called back 16 minutes later and spoke with a different lady who apologized with a giggle and said bc my son was a little over 1 month that they couldn’t accept him as a new pt and that Sherry was new there and she had given me the wrong information. Thank you for refusing to see my newborn who is 43 days old, you have lived up to your horrible reviews.

kim allaire: This was my first time here and I usually do not write a Review. The staff were all very friendly and Doctor Cecily Wiswall was Amazing. She didn't rush at all and was thorough with every part of my health. She answered all my questions and even looked up a vitamin I was taking to make sure it was right for me! Even the woman who makes the schedule and man who weighed me and took blood pressure were kind and happy! I can't say enough how refreshing it was to have such happy people take care of all my needs!
Jessi Gonzalez: Mason Square has been mines and many low-to middle class individuals care providers since diaper wearing days. I truly never had a problem here because when I did go I was always young and still curious. Now that I’m older I will be switching my providers because this is unacceptable. I Called 4 weeks in advance to set up a Medical Clarence and lab appointment requested by my surgeon. I was told there was nothing available and I’d be contacted back when so. When not hearing back, I continuously contacted them back and was told about an email going around and again, “I’d be updated about availability shortly.” When I finally got a call, I didn’t get my desired date and would have had to push my surgery 2-3 weeks back but I was satisfied I finally got the appointment. When feeling relived, I get a call back not even 2 hours from the appointment confirmation call just to be told that you no longer provide evaluations for OUT OF STATE SURGERY?! I don’t understand how that even works, nobody is going to get surgery in Massachusetts! I wouldn’t say that the receptionists were rude or unprofessional, honestly they were patient and I understand they can only do so much in THEIR position, but as a medical field ITSELF, you’ve showed me uncoordinated work.
Trish Nonya: This Drs office is the worse. You guys dont care about patients. You cancel appointments and don't let people know! Are you going to pay me for my time missed from work for a telephone appointment that I been sitting here the last two hours waiting for. Finally got ahold of someone at the office after about twenty minutes to tell me the person canceled. Nice of you to let me know. I honestly think the medical board should look into how you guys run that place. There's always some kind of issue when it comes to you guys taking care of my health. Currently looking for another Drs office. Stay away people.Don't come here! It's impossible to get any type of referral that doesn't take months to get. Sirena: Staff are beyond incompetent. They tell you they'll get back to you "at the end of the day" but neglect to tell you they never received the paperwork you sent in to them and therefore have nothing to get back to you about. They'll tell you they'll send you something but fail to inform you they cannot email and sharing of information must be done in person. You end up doing their work for them with how much you have to call and advocate for yourself. Long wait on the phone just to be transferred to the wrong person just to wait longer then getting hung up on.... the examples are endless. Staff do not know the difference between he and she when referring to a specific physician on the team therefore causing complications that shouldn't exist if they all understood how to do their jobs. Doctors are no better, making fake promises and never seeing through on them. Saying they would make referrals or prescriptions or complete paperwork that never got done. Not only that, but the building is in a bad neighborhood. You can see empty alcohol bottles litering the streets. Definitely leaving this place. Unfortunate. Never had a problem at any other Baystate facility but this one needs to hire more competent people. It's astonishing how these people are still working.

Tajinique Jones: Very unprofessional. I’ve been going since i was younger and I’ve always had bad experiences. Now that I’m an adult and i take care of my own appointments i can really see the unprofessionalism first hand. There’s been times i made an appointment and i get there and they tell me i don’t have one. One time i went for an emergency post covid and the nurse told me none of the doctors had returned from their lunch break when they were supposed to .. and i waited a long time before i left and still wasn’t seen. My last straw with this place was after they told me i would get a call to schedule my appointment because they couldn’t book me that far out and then never got a call. So taking matters in my own hand (because i really needed my appointment) i would call to try to schedule but i would always get the “we have to call you back to schedule” or when i would make a complaint about that i would get the “we will have the manager or nurse call you back” it was so much run around and i never got my appointment scheduled OR A CALL BACK.. Then out of no where i get a message saying I’m scheduled for this random day and time that they just gave me without confirming or calling me to see if that could even work that day. After that experience i had decided to leave the practice. I hope some day it’s handed over to a new team of management because i would never recommend this place to anyone.
Lecil Sweeting: To be completely honest my doctor Elizabeth Boyle is the best she always helps and attend to my care needs and Tanya Johnson is the very best employee up there she really loves and cares for her patients and will go to back for you if need be but just like every place there are some bad apples in the bunch but not every just a few but I been going to this place since they opened and would not trade them for nothing in the world

Matthew Creighton: I really think this place should be investigated for the way the handle patients. I needed a prescription changed because the one I was on was causing me some side effects. Instead of taking the time to look through my chart they called in a prescription I already have. Now I'm going to have to wait until Tuesday because of the holiday to get the proper medicine I need. How can they run a Drs office like this ? Nothing but issues with this place.***EDIT***: funny when someone leaves a bad review someone writes a good one not that long after. Kaitlin Montgomery: A woman by the name of Robyn answered my phone call. I am a very kind person and she falsely accused me of being sarcastic when I was simply re explaining what I needed. It felt very uncomfortable to be misunderstood and her insinuating I was being rude was just not what I expected in calling this place. Normally the staff are very kind to me; I've never had an issue with them in the past. Perhaps she was having a bad day, but I called with nothing but good intentions to get my health checked out and she completely misunderstood my tone. I am Autistic and have a flat tone of voice, but I was in no way being rude to her. Not the best customer service from her, still recommend this place otherwise.
Pamela: I became a patient in January 2021 and have only been able to go to 1 appointment and not for lack of trying. I was only able to go for my 2021 physical. At the office I scheduled my 2022 physical a year out. Months later I get a letter in the mail that my appt is no longer possible. I try to reschedule and the earliest appt available is July 2023. I get another letter in the mail asking to reschedule the already rescheduled appt.This issue isn't only for yearly check ups. Recently I scheduled an appt at 3:30 PM. the day of I arrive at the office to see a note on the door stating they closed at 3 PM due to the inclement weather. I was given no heads up and had left work early to drive 30+ minutes in the freezing rain to turn right back around. It was insulting and dangerous to not contact patients affected by the office closure. I'm unimpressed and starting to look for a new doctors office.
Becca R: First visit with the practice today. What a great experience. Saw Samantha Hill PA who was very kind. She really listened and took her time with me. She was recommended to me by a friend and i am so glad I listened. Nicole who checked me in and out was also very friendly and professional. And the MA that brought me back to the room.....her name escapes me....was so very friendly and really has a way of making patients feel relaxed. So happy I transferred my care to this practice.
matt crowell: When you’re getting told by your PCP to go to Urgent Care, you know you’re in the wrong place. It’s unfortunate because some of the staff are really helpful but when you’re dealing with such incompetence and your health is in these people’s hands - it’s hard to have confidence in the care they’re giving. Strongly suggest looking elsewhere, maybe try Urgent Care!
Jennifer Lawless: If you have any serious health issues DONT choose this place. ESPECIALLY if you've had covid. They will just pawn you off on specialists that have a 2wk+ waiting list. 3 weeks of intense kidney pain, they just keep telling me to follow up with specialists or go to the ER. Won't even give me a phone appointment with my primary. I went to the ER, waited 9 hrs for them to misdiagnos me and send me on my way. Our healthcare system is so broken.
Patricia Mahoney: Samantha Hill PA at West Springfield is an amazing person not only skilled at her profession but for her compassionate and kindness. My 97 year old mother was recently seen by Samantha and was given the best care and concern of any physician we have seen. Her quick response has been invaluable to our family. ❤️
Rick U: Absolutely the worst medical care I have ever received. The staff is rude and doesn’t take the time to read your records. I called and requested treatment after testing positive for Covid and was told I needed to be seen but no one was available because my dr was on vacation I wound up in the hospital for four days. The hospital told me to follow up with my primary care dr but she won’t be available for another 3 weeks so no follow up care for me. I do not recommend this practice to anyone run and run far I am currently looking for another dr.

They've sent my prescriptions to the incorrect pharmacy multiple times, there has been information missing from my record, and the on-call nurse over the phone has failed to communicate to my primary care provider critical information about my medications.

1999: My original review was deleted by google and that alone just adds more weight to the feeling of powerless as a patient and consumer. I have had the worse medical experiences at this clinic. Many NP's leave due to the profit model coming in conflict with their values and adequate patient care. I do not blame the NPs and medical staff; rather the profit-focused model of this clinic which pressures and burdens NP's and staff with the consequence not adequately meeting the needs of their patients. I have often felt mistreated. Warning: do not expect to be taken seriously, do not expect for thorough labs and examinations, do not expect to see an actual doctor, do not expect your NP to see you in person or even turn on their camera, do not expect a follow-up and do not expect any one to look after your wellbeing. Do expect swift, persistent and reliable billing. Keywords: regressive, incompetent, neglectful, profit-centered.

Maxine Caouette: ZERO STARS. I never got past my first appointment with this office. It was set up as a virtual appointment. I told them when the appointment was set up, when I was called with a reminder and the day of the appointment (when the link was not yet sent) that the link needed to be sent to my email address because I would be at work and my cell gets no signal there. I finally got the link in my email and tried to follow it but their system couldn't see the camera on my computer nor would it let me past that point in the link. A camera that I use all the time with other similar systems with no trouble. I called again and spoke to a woman who was dismissive, accusatory, and downright argumentative that I was a no show and that I must have done something wrong in the process. There is no excuse for conducting your practice in such an unprofessional manner. They call us patients. We are also consumers. They are doctors. They are also in business to make money by providing a service. I'm taking my money ELSEWHERE!

Diana Jerez: My provider is CNP Rihanna Lajoie, and if I could give this place zero stars, I would.Every encounter I've had with this NP has been a disaster.The final straw was when I requested an MRI to be re-ordered since I had to postpone my MRI appointment and the order had expired by the time I called to schedule it.She had one of the nurses call me to inform me that she will not re-order my MRI because I failed to do so when she originally ordered it.I am in need of an MRI because I've been getting these headaches that have been getting worse every day, with sharp pains.I had to see another doctor in that practice merely to have the MRI reordered. I will be reporting this to the insurance as well. Now I see why this place has terrible ratings. These people don't care about your health, they're just looking for a paycheck. With that being said Baystate is one of the worst medical centers to get treated. Please do your research before choosing a practice.

Jessica Goudreau: HORRIBLE what this practice has turned into. My physician had left to go to another practice in CT so I was automatically assigned a NP by the name of Heather Lomax. She was horrendous and completely incompetent. She didn't listen to any of my complaints, and said let's wait and see what happens and you can come back in in a few months. She was supposed to put in an Rx for me and never approved, even after MULTIPLE times of the pharmacy and myself reaching out. I called the office to move providers this year to a different provider in the office because of the horrible experience I received from her and was informed that they are no allowing my request to change who I see for MY health concerns because they are a team oriented environment. I have been going to this office for over 20 years and they have no lost a patient. They have gone completely downhill, have ZERO concern for the patients and only care about how much they can bill. Heather is a liability and I feel sorry for anyone that is under her "care" as something is going to get missed and the patient will have to pay the price. COMPLETELY DISGUSTED with who they have become.

Laurie Hamm (Laur): Discharged from the practice for wanting "too much control" over my health care needs after my complaints were routinely dismissed. Now have an incorrect behavioral diagnosis from trying to simply advocate for myself and health needs. A year later still trying to recover from the damage done by this office. My now missing Gallbladder is proof enough it wasn't in my head!
Sunflower Valley: I was seen by Julyvette Rodriguez. I am completely satisfied by my interaction with everyone at this location. I suffer from white coat syndrome. N.P. Rodriguez took the time to listen to me and addressed all my concerns. It wasn't just a practitioner with their back to me typing while I was talking. I felt heard and understood. She is compassionate and nurturing. Wish I discovered this practice several years ago.
Karina Rodriguez: I had my first doctor's appointment here and I'm not a fan of doctor's but today was the best experience. They are very fast in getting you an appointment and are very friendly. The front desk girls, the medical assistant, the lady that took my blood work and even Dr. Sasha Ramos were all amazing. This will be my permanent pcp.
Chicago Blue: No Dr. Will see you only practitioners. Beware your condition may worsen before they find out what's your real diagnosis!!! You have to go back and forth with same problem. Just because staff is nice does not mean you have good medical care....misdiagnosis is very common at this practice!!!!

Thank you to daniel for making me take 20 minutes to give an in depth description before my appointment just so the np Ana could completely ignore not only the information i gave which would have negated a visit in the first place if this place had any level of communication but also managing to ignore my daunting list of two entire allergens and then trying to prescribe one of them.

Laura Hull: The place gets 2 stars. The only reason we are still even here is because we do really like my sons doctor (who's also my doctor as well). But, as a big picture, you guys are sub-par at best. The very first time I came to this office, we were late because we got lost. I apologized over and over to the front desk and the woman was nothing short of rude. The second we walked in she's asking me "does he have a mask? He needs to put it on now." We JUST opened the door, and my brother was carrying my 20lb son for me, in the August heat, after walking 4 blocks to finally find you guys. You guys can wait .2 seconds for a lousy mask in an empty office.Another issue is time. We were late that one time, yet it is okay for them to run late every single time. And don't even get started on waiting for shots. After seeing the doctor, the time it takes the nurses to come in for shots is unacceptable. No doctor appointment should take the better part of 3 hours.The most recent issue was calling yesterday because my son (now 1) is sick. I was told a nurse would call back with further direction by the end of the day. No call back. Now, it was later in the afternoon I called, so I can extend grace to that. But all day today, still no callback. Extremely unprofessional.Again, our doctor himself is WONDERFUL and he is the only reason we're still here. But whoever is running this place needs to do a serious clean up, hire event, whatever it takes. Our Healthcare system should not by any means be this lousy. Extremely unhappy.
lashawnda barnett: The only reason I didn't give this office 5 stars because of scheduling and now their phone lines due to Covid (even before hand) are awful. A few misunderstandings and a few doctors here I would never let get near me again, due to pure arrogance. BUT the first day I came here, Dr. Bucknor knew something was wrong and sent me to the hospital. This was after months of being told my leg was fine by other doctors elsewhere. I had a DVT and I could have died if I continued to listen to them. She could have sided with them, because there was no swelling, but she has INSTINCT. Shes honest, humble, thorough, genuine, knowledgeable, and will let you know if she doesn't know, and finds doctors she trusts who might. Knows about black health being a black woman, which is hard to find, and refreshing to know. Being her patient, that got me introduced me to Jodi, a mental health professional who I decided to see because of my medical conditions and surviving cancer brought me down. She is easy to talk to, puts her patients first, and down to earth. That is also hard to find. Dr. Salazar, the nurses Karen and Caroline, and a few others here clearly didn't get into healthcare for just the money, which is hard to find these days. Just decent human beings!!

With out her sending me to specialist , I would have no idea that my apartment ( Mold spores ) was the cause for my fatigueness, infections, respitory, mental health. Etc.She sent me to an allergist, gastrologist, pain managment, and has been prompt in getting the care I need to make sure I am well. You can tell she really really cares and that Quality care is better than quantity. She really wants us to get better, and it shows greatly. Ty so much for all your help. You have no idea how much of relief it is to get the answers i so desperately needed when i came to you in 2019 about my breathing problems( Sinusitis) . Crazy how much Mold can affect your health.

Thomas Galus: Been having ongoing issues with pain and migraines was told after my last visit she was out of ideas and was pawned off on pain management for cortisone injections which I’ve had over 25 of them in the past 10 years which have NEVER worked. Message today pleading for help with my issue because pain management cannot help me. The response I received was book office visit with any other provider for further management. I don’t know what is more disheartening the fact they have run out of ideas or the fact I was so easily dismissed. If your expecting to have a doctor that at least have to professionalism to pretend that they care about their patients this is not the office for you... look elsewhere
Gena Hollwedel: Wakes 6 weeks for an appointment, after my medical records were received, had a physical and reviewed my medical past for 85 minutes.Then was dismissed and told the pain management center could not help me.I then drove 3 hours through a nor’easter to go back to my doctor of 15 years to be seen and treated.Why didn’t anyone review my file prior to walking in and being dismissed?
Matty Cachie: I waited 7 month for a Dr visit with Dr Drailing. I arrived 10min late and was not given the 15min grace period. The nurse check ME IN and charged my insurance and my decutable. Then they go and say I was late they are not going to see me. MEAN WHILE PEOPLE WERE WAITING THERE HOURS TO BE SEEN. THIS IS REDICULOUS. I HAVE MEDICAL NEEDS THAT NEED ATTENTION AND I TOLD THIS TO DRAILINGS NURSE AND I WAS STILL TURNED AWAY. I WILL NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY. MY CHILDREN WERE BEING SEENED THEIR AND NOW I HAVE TO LOOK FOR A NEW FAMILY DR. CAUSE THIS PLACE AND DR DRAINLING ARE NOT RUNNING A MEDICAL CENTER BUT MORE LIKE A MEDICAL SCAM. I GIVE BOTH DR AND OFFICE A BIG FAT 0 -0 STARS
