Ashley Castle: First off, this is supposedly a showroom location but looks like an abandoned gas station from outside. Inside, no furs were on display - just looks like a messy office.I brought two furs in for small repairs. At that time, I was quoted 2-3 weeks. After a host of confusion and poor communications, I finally was told the coats were ready - over two MONTHS later. A conversation with one of the owners about the poor experience resulted in him telling me that "anyone else would have charged me a lot more."I was very busy with work so sent a family member to pick them up. When I looked over the coats at home, the tear I had paid to have fixed in the back of one coat is still present. It's smaller, but definitely not sewn closed. VERY unhappy with the whole experience.I realize that there are few options for this kind of service these days, but I really encourage shoppers to go ANYWHERE else.

Paul Stone: The store is quite large. The clothes are plentiful. Some of the aisles were a disheveled mess. The prices are pretty good. The employees seemed pleasant. No problems with parking.

Athena spoon: This store is very well organized and has nice perfume clothes and shoes for cheap prices, easily a 5 star store

Ryan A: The store had a decent selection of items. I had picked out a few kitchen items, unfortunately I never purchased them. I waited in line for 10 minutes and with 6-7 people still in front of me I decided I was not going to wait any longer and put the items down and left. I would suggest having more people working the checkout.

JoJo Young: They've reorganized the store and moved things around a bit. I still don't like how empty the shelves are. Trying to find king sized sheet sets is impossible here! Queen sizes seem to be plentiful!Good selection of practical health and beauty products. Lately their selection of deodorants (both American and European) have increased as have their oral hygiene options.Not really the place to find coats and suits, like you used to years ago.Important to note... they still do lay-away all year round here. Most stores got rid of that years ago. And I believe you have 60 days to pay it off.

Ellen Ginsberg: Went in for scrubs as I do all the time ..No stock. Not little just no stock basically above small. Only 4 lg 0 xl in pants and tops pants jumped to 3x. Disappointed my go to favorite spot for scrubs 😕. Also food section dwindled and I loved searching for amazing stuff there.

Nina: These people keep the dressing rooms closed on purpose and then they refuse to exchange the clothes, the problem is that if they choose to refund the money is going to be store credit. Be very careful when buying something from this store, just go to rainbow instead or holyoke mall better prices and quality.

MonaLisa Leung Beckford: Pretty Women has a lot of clothing selections... but they target young women that aren't afraid to flaunt their bodies. Most of the dresses and shirts are very revealing, it's hard to find any modest clothes here. I will say, they have very nice prom and evening dresses that comes in all sizes. But like I said, they are pretty revealing. I do like their heels. Their heels selection is very big and you can find heels for any occasion.

My Anh: WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. The workers are unprofessional and the clothing are made out of cheap material for expensive prices. I went in today and I found one decent dress in the "blow out clearance" section that was marked $9. I went to purchase it and the Asian lady said she never made the dress's price that cheap, and made my sister and I wait ten minutes to have her worker search to see if there is another dress with the same price. To their dismay did not find another one, so the Asian lady herself left and made us wait another ten minutes to tell us she marked the price up to $19.99, as she is the one to make the prices for the dresses even though that was the last one available. Unbelievable. Unprofessional. My sister and I left. The worker tried to justify and say someone must have swapped the prices on it.
