Robyn: I can’t say enough about the wonderful service we received from Tatyana at Chapin Baby. We live a good distance from this store but I happened to find their website while searching online. I saw they had great reviews and decided to try my luck and called the store. Tatyana was incredibly helpful and responsive. As luck would have it, she had the exact nursery furniture set in stock that I had been searching for. Due to the fact that I had not seen the set in person, she was so kind to FaceTime me to show it to me. I ordered it and she promptly arranged delivery. The delivery was right on time and seamless. I love the set even more in person! Thank you so much again!

Susan Commisso: I was really excited to try out some nursery chairs seeing as there aren't many places around that have a good selection of them. I found one I really liked and took a picture of the price tag. I called back after 2 days to get the final details on it, warranty etc since someone else is buying the chair for me. The lady on the phone told me the price had gone up to $740 dollars. The picture I took on my phone was for $629.00 - she stated that, "We are literally changing the price right now." I probably won't be going back there.

I didn't feel any pressure to buy and noticed that the store is much better organized and 100% cleaner than when I shopped last year.

The store has a large selection of cribs, dressers, strollers etc. The owner is knowledgeable and up to date on her product lines and was very helpful and not pushey. Payment arrangements were easily made and the order process was smooth. We had a crib and dreser delivered and setup for a reasonable fee. The owner delivered it himself with help of a respectful young man and they were very courteous, neat and fast. I wish every family owned business was as great as Chapin Baby!

Mark Follett: Don't let the appearance of the store dissuade you from doing business here. The quality of the furniture is really high quality and a huge variety. It gets delivered and set up as well.

Nadia Martin: The furniture is of excellent quality. Due to the shape of the store (very messy and unorganized) you would think that the prices would be lower than another stores. The prices were as high as any high-end stores visited but the lay out was so awful that it was impossible to move in the store.This store is doomed to failure- the lack of organization and obvious disorganized inventory (as the inventory is layed everywhere in the store with no order), the staff sitting in the chair reading a book with a mess around them will not help this store. I sure hope they can straighten out for their own sake..The store looked like a depot more than a store...The owner said he can back up his products at 100% but how can they even find any paperwork related to the purchase in this kind of mess? Bills were hidden in the display furniture..Can I say more? Not going back..

A Captures: Love the furnishings yet can't say their service is at best as many of the female staff get impatient with questions and speak in Spanish to insult you to other workers , not knowing many ppl understand that language. I wouldn't recommend going here unless you truly have to . But the one in west Springfield is a bit more hospitable but the heat in there is overwhelming.

C S: My wife and I were out and not even intending to go to R&F but we were passing it so we stopped in. The initial customer service was great. My wife and I told the representative roughly what we were looking for, honestly we weren't sure, and he took us to a few items that were nice and after 20 minutes we found the perfect livingrom set. We were told "... and we have it in stock" so we got a total cost and told him that the wife and I 'sleep on it' to be sure we wanted to spend that much. When we called called back to purchase it (our sales rep was off and talked to a someone else) and pick it up, we were told that "we don't stock anything here" with an attitude like we should have known better. The conversation with her was full of attitude and a sence of 'I have better things to do than talk to you'. If our first impression wasn't so good we would have gone elsewhere so I called back when Jason was working. We talked for a few minutes and when we went to order it we were given a price $170 more expensive. He quickly back peddled when I told him that was not the price we discussed. When he came back down to the initial price we ordered it.Were not shopping experts but here's what we think...Pros-*HUGE showroom! LOTS and LOTS to choose from!*Super clean store*Furnature seems well made (time will tell)Cons-*No inventory on site. If you want it quick then you have to wait upwards of 5-6 days even for pick up. Needs to be a customer option for wharehouse pick up.*Off putting attitude from sales rep (hopefully isolated incident).*Given different quote than first discussed.Overall it wasn't a horriable experience and we are happy with our purchase but I would caution buyers. Do your homework on what you're looking for and where you are buying it from.

WENDY cummings: The prices are decent which is what lead me to this establishment, but the owner (Gary) has lied to me about every single detail of my order from the cost of the furniture to the final payment. I have paid this man in full for the price of the sofa and loveseat and still do not have my furniture nor do I have idea when it'll be delivered. Gary will tell you anything you want to hear so beware and if you challenge him to his lies he'll threatened to send your furniture back. I gave two stars because the prices are not bad despite the fact I was shortchanged.

Richard Perry: I recently purchased a Sherrill sectional through Beautiful Rooms. This is not my first purchase with BR; I bought 2 Sherrill lounge chairs and ottomans from Gary 20 years ago. I have never visited his store and have always ordered directly over the phone. Gary's customer service has been fabulous and his pricing is excellent. Delivery was perfect both times and there has been no issues whatsoever. Purchasing a replacement sectional during the pandemic was very stressful but Gary patiently and expertly walked me through every option for the over all design and I couldn't be happier with the result. If I could give him 6 stars, I would.

We love the fabric selection and it matches our other furniture perfectly.Delivery service they have selected was very good - delivery people knew what they were doing. John B: Dealing with this company and the owner Gary has been the biggest nightmare I have ever encountered with any business period. He basically lied to us on delivery time. Items have taken several months, some pieces were damaged, items were delivered covered with dust, his delivery people damaged our new hardwood floors where they had to be re-sanded and we are still waiting on a replacement curio that had scratches in the glass and wood and appeared to be a used piece of furniture that he may have had in inventory for some time. Told us he was giving us 60% off list but never would show us the list price. I feel sorry for the people who get sucked in by this guy on the internet for there is no way of knowing who you are dealing with and if you look at his web page it's obvious he has filtered the results. Beware before you part with your cash with this guy.
