Karen Daponde: Went to the Petco in East Longmeadow MA to have my large dog groomed. Heather and her coworker (didn’t catch her name) provided a patient, positive and quality service above my expectations. Having used private groomers, Petco provided a much better experience. Our dog looked, smelled and felt wonderful and was not too anxious bout his experience Tgey even provided a festive St Patrick’s Day bandana! Heather also provided a collar suggestion to hopefully help with our dog’s need to pull during walks. Highly recommend them.

Calla Vassilopoulos: I‘ve had my dogs groomed at Petco for the last several years. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. You can tell they really care about the pets and must have a good work environment because there doesn’t seem to be much turnover, which is nice. It allows the groomers and staff to get to know your pups.Thank you for taking such good care of my ‘babies’!

Aubri Bailly: Lena is an amazing groomer. My dog has severe anxiety and shakes whenever we leave the house but by the time I come to pick her up, she’s totally fine and giving Lena kisses! I’ll always go to her as long as I can, I also switched my other pup to her!
John Schreindorfer: I went there looking for a certain kind of cat food & was greeted at the door by a friendly employee and made my way towards the cat food. I didn't see what I wanted & a girl there told me of 2 other places Close by. On my way out I saw some cool animals. I believe a Geico & another sloth looking being lol. Really nice & clean store. I'd go again in a second

myspacegf: 3/5, my reasoning? Cute ferrets, I could leave my two children (ages 4 and 7) here for at least two hours, giving me a needed break while they watch the critterswhy not 5? shrimps being sold are too small to cook. i do not recommend the produce at this establishment.

ART INTEL: WENT TO THIS STORE TO BUY THREE FISHES FOR MY KIDS AND ASSOCIATE ASKED WHAT SIZE FISH TANK DID WE HAVE AT OUR HOUSE..TOLD THEM IT WAS A 50 GALLON FISH TANK AND THEY REFUSED TO SELL ME FISHES BECAUSE THE “FISHES THEY SOLD WERE BEST SUITED FOR A 75 GALLON TANK”…WAIT LET ME HAVE THAT 75 GALLON THE STORE IS SELLING RIGHT THERE NOT! SEEMS LIKE THE WHOLE STORE HAS PET DETECTIVES..STAY AWAY OR BE DISAPPOINTED!!

Sasha Soto: Petco in East Longmeadow really had great customer service and we're able to assist quick enough at opening. They took my dog in and yes for his first time he wasn't having it at all. He was freaking out and they took they're time to do all services to him and he came out looking gorgeous!! We were obsessed! And he smelled like pumpkin spice :)
Fly Pelican: I have to admit I've always been skeptical about Dog trainers and felt it was a bit of a waste that's until I attended classes for my Husky. The Dog trainer (Dan) was very impressive and was detailed and steadfast on educating myself and my spouse on the importance of teaching our pet to break old habits that we mistakenly showed our dog. Thank goodness we had someone like Dan to help in correcting and assisting us in practicing and shaping our pet in becoming more obedient.I can't wait for what he will teach not only my pet next but us as well.
