Leah Tressler: Great store, best prices.
C K: I’m always a happy customer when I leave this store! They have a large selection of animal food, toys, etc. and the shelves are well stocked. The staff is very friendly and helpful; if they walk by you, they’ll ask if you need help finding anything. If you purchase a heavy item, I.e. a 40 lb container of cat litter, the cashier asks if you need assistance loading it into your vehicle. That alone is top notch customer service in my book. I’ve been a customer for over 10 years and have never been disappointed.
MaryAnne: I like the variety, it's usually pretty good. Occasionally I have difficulty with a particular wet food (Purina Pro Plan Urinary Tract) but they usually always have the dry cat food (Purina ONE +Plus Indoor Advantage) I use as well as the cat litter (Fresh Step). The register staff is helpful and pleasant.
Marjorie Chapski: Great store with lots of brand names available. Plus, I can bring my dog with me to pick out her own treat or toy!

You will find a lot of dog toys, leashes, food, pretty much everything for dogs you can find here. The prices are ok, not the cheapest but not overly expensive.

Alissa Soto: I was super happy with the staff when I went. I revamped my fish tank getting a new light, filter, bubbler, ph balance kit and more. They were really well stocked and the staff was very friendly. That being said, I felt comfortable going back to buy my fish from them. Apparently this was a bad choice. All 7 of my fish have ich now. One of them died within the first 4 days of having it. I wasn't sure as to why, but when my other fish started getting white spots all over them I figured it out. Now 2 more have died. I'm actively treating the water, but I'm super upset that I had spent so much to make this tank safe/sustainable and now the fish I bought from them came in sick. I know it wasn't my tank because I had a beta that had lived sick free in that tank for over 2.5yrs and I spent a good deal of time cleaning and replacing old items. It really upsetting as this was a gift for my 7yo and now its a toss up on if she's going to come home to more dead fish.Moral of the story. Go for the supplies, get your fish else where.Edit- between the 20 hours of me posting this review and now the rest of the fish (4 that were left) died. Do not get your fish here.

Susan Jones: I went with my friend to the pet supplies store in Springfield mass and I was very impressed with how the employees keep the store and the aquariums and equipment clean and the aisles clean and the shelves stocked with items and I would recommend the pet supplies store plus in Springfield ma for good customer service.
Paul Stone: Great store! Helpful associate right when I walked in. She helped set up an account and showed me where to go to wash the dog. The dog washing area is clean and large with 3 bays; 2 for large dogs and one for smaller dogs. It's stocked with everything you need from shampoos to towels to a blow dryer. Awesome store! I'll definitely be back! The associates in the store all seem very professional and pleasant. I had a problem with a grooming appointment, but they were quick to reschedule me.

Jerry E: Very well organized store with a wide selection of pet supplies, whether it's a chew toy for your dog or aquarium rocks for your fish tank, they have it all. I love how clean the shop is and the staff is always willing to help with anything you may need.My favorite part of this location is the self service grooming station. It's become a life savor for me and my Shiba. Medium size dog that can shed and make your living space look like Christmas all over again, so you can imagine what my bathroom looked like during shedding season. There stations are always stocked with clean fresh towels and multiple options for shampooing your dog. $25 for 5 visits to clean your dog, I think that's more then worth the value to save me hours of cleaning out my bathroom after every puppy bath. This alone is why I keep coming back!I haven't had the chance to try out their actual grooming services so I can't speak on that but as far as pricing goes, things are fair. I do find myself skipping purchases after finding things a little cheaper online but I always grab a few treats or a toy for my dog on the way out.

Anna Bloom: Took my dog in for grooming and very specifically asked if they could handle a dog who doesn't like to have his nails trimmed. They told me it was no problem and that they would absolutely get his nails done. They didn't. They took a grinder to one or two of his back nails before he sat down. They broke one of his front nails and didn't bother to trim it. Then they had the nerve to charge me full price for a nail trim. The woman who did it also later admitted that they dropped my dog off the table and they didn't even bother to apologize. A horrible waste of money and a traumatizing experience for my dog.

I have reached out to Diana and we have made arrangements outside of this organization. I am NOT comforting letting any other groomer near my babygirl, therefore I don’t see a need to return. No shade to the other groomers, I’m sure they’re great but just not for my pet and I.

Karen Daponde: Went to the Petco in East Longmeadow MA to have my large dog groomed. Heather and her coworker (didn’t catch her name) provided a patient, positive and quality service above my expectations. Having used private groomers, Petco provided a much better experience. Our dog looked, smelled and felt wonderful and was not too anxious bout his experience Tgey even provided a festive St Patrick’s Day bandana! Heather also provided a collar suggestion to hopefully help with our dog’s need to pull during walks. Highly recommend them.

He was freaking out and they took they're time to do all services to him and he came out looking gorgeous!! We were obsessed! And he smelled like pumpkin spice :)
Fly Pelican: I have to admit I've always been skeptical about Dog trainers and felt it was a bit of a waste that's until I attended classes for my Husky. The Dog trainer (Dan) was very impressive and was detailed and steadfast on educating myself and my spouse on the importance of teaching our pet to break old habits that we mistakenly showed our dog. Thank goodness we had someone like Dan to help in correcting and assisting us in practicing and shaping our pet in becoming more obedient.I can't wait for what he will teach not only my pet next but us as well.
