Vincent Maceyka: The food was excellent, especially the pickles, which normally I dont write about. My first tim here it was during a shift change in staff, around 1-2pm, which I do not recommend. We stood around for about 15 minutes waiting to be even seen. I do not typically wait around just to be seated. Yet i wanted to try the burger.Happy I did wait as it was one of the best burgers in a while. Overall it was a good experience minus the headache of the wait. I will definitely give it a second chance to see if the service received was just a one time thing.

The most flavorful parts were the jalapeños and the avacado...$16 for a burger in name only.Service was painfully slow. 30min for our server to take our order. Our server disappeared after taking our order and we had to get the front of house to get us a check 30 minutes after we got our food....Atmosphere is good but overall a very negative experience. This is for you, Springfield:Plan b in Springfield, MA, was EXCELLENT!! It was one of the best restaurant memories I ever had. Our waitress was warm, welcoming, engaging and funny. She knew her stuff when talking about the different ipas and cocktails. It was pretty busy in there but the service at the same time was pretty quick. We had an excellent time, the food and service was fantastic! It was a table of six.I was reminded when I was doing a not-so-great review for a Plan b restaurant in CT/Southington. David Oliveira: Boring menu and yes I know it's a burger joint, but it's pretty basic at that. We were there on a Saturday afternoon. While our waitress was very nice, it took quite a while to be seated, and orders taken despite there being available seating. So, seemed as though it was understaffed. Never a good thing. My food came out warm while my wife's was cold and missing items. We were with our child and on a schedule, so not much room to complain and wait for replacement food. Not sure I'd choose to eat here again given the other options available in the area.

Becca R: I have always liked Five Guys but was a little shocked by the 30.00 meal for 2. The prices have really gone up. 10.00 plus change for 1 hamburger....ouch....the 2.99 price for one drink....another ouch. So one little burger, one regular burger, one fries and 2 drinks 30.00. Not sure we will be back at those prices. Can get a nice burger and fries at Chili's....3 for me....10.99.
David Carr: I only went here because my nephew wanted to. It was my first time to Five Guys. As we drove into the parking lot, I saw a gentleman cleaning up trash, and as we walked in, the place was clean, and the staff was pleasant and helpful. The first thing I noticed, which has become an unwanted trend, is the machine requesting a tip. This tip culture has gotten out of hand. I finished paying and sat down. Our food came quickly, but in a bag, not a tray, not sure I get that. I opened my burger, and it was a double, I thought I had opened my nephews, but nope, regular burgers are doubles. To get a single you have to order a "little burger". Really, that is what I would order for my 10 year old. The menu is very misleading. The fries were hot and fresh, but there was enough salt to resupply Utah. Most of my meal went right in the trash. And to top off my visit, I refreshed my drink, and the mix was off, so it tasted horrible and wound up getting dumped out. Needless to say, this was not only my first, but also my last visit to any 5 guys.Not a good value for the money.

Jason Yamil: The manager was very unprofessional did not even know the aspects of the crown points. How does someone get promoted and cannot keep up with the components of the restaurant. Customer service is paramount I was able to show her the crown points and my ability to get the product free that’s the whole aspect of the points yet she wanted me to purchase another item. I asked her to show me where did it indicate that within the guidelines of the crown points. She could not. I wasted 150 and she would not move a finger to try and at least get me the points back. The points are given from the money you waste the things you buy why would you not want to remedy that. Her body language and attitude was poor and it relayed I don’t care and she walked away. Great manager and great point system.

My daughter went to drive Thru and when asked for a sandwich another lady jumped on the intercom saying we don't have the ingredients to make that right now but in a really rude and nasty tone. So my daughter decided not to order anything and drive off. You will NOT get our service with that type of attitude. As she drove off the African women was outside talking to someone in a car with her head set on and looks at my daughter while she drives away and says Bye B!#@h. Like really how rude and unprofressional this is. When I called to get corporate # the lady on the phone gave it to me but when I ask for that lady name she hung up on me. When I called again to ask her for her name she hung up again. So unprofessional at this location. I hope they would hire the right team for this location.
