Adventures with Jax: I brought my kids today and I was disappointed. The pool area is nice but it's dark. I asked the lifeguard and he mentioned that he told his manager and the manager responded that it cost thousands of dollars to fix. The changing room was disgusting, dirty with wet diapers and trash in the floor. I understand that they had a previous session before the one I attended but the least they can do is make sure everything is clean before people arrived. They need to remodel this hotel ASAP.

Heidi Horne: I attended an event and the room was dirty before the host even set up. Then the staff was really rude to top it off. The only nice person who seemed to like ppl was the maintenance man. Also the life guard in her fuzzy uggs and sweat clothes didn’t seem very interested in making sure people were safe unless she was life guarding whatever was in her cell phone. A happy staff would go along way in that place. Save your money don’t do an event!

Jen Boylan: I was trying to bring my teen her for her birthday with a friend during winter break, but the water park is only open on the weekends. Thankfully I checked all the details before I finished booking. Very irritated, because I did a search for specific days at places w/water parks and this showed up despite not being offered those days.
Miss Ashley: This hotel looks absolutely gorgeous! I didn't stay in any of the rooms, but attended an event there. The room was plenty large enough, clean, and spacious! The lobby welcomes you in and the peek I got at the water park looks like so much fun!

Stephen Onofrio: If you have any good expectations stop right now, besides having a roof over your head and a bed to sleep in, this place is pretty awful. The smell in my room and the disgust of how dirty everything was, this place needs a complete overhaul. Had to spend $30 on cleaning supplies and sprays just to make my room somewhat clean from the grime and scent, just brutal.
Crystal Hill: First and foremost I was double charged and I did not stay at all. Upon check in for 3pm the receptionist was very rude. Heading into the room the lights did not work we tried plugging them into different sockets which did not work as well the room had a very strong unpleasant smell. I left out around 3:30pm came back for 6pm my daughter had friends over which I told the receptionist. Upon the kids being there one found something inappropriate under the back side of the bed when brought to the managers attention nothing was done so one of the smaller children touched a used condom which had stuff inside of it smh. I check out within a hour of actually being in the room. They also have people living there which was uncomfortable. The pool is a $10 charge the water park is $20 I knew of the water park price but was not aware you have to pay for the pool and it’s only open from 4p-7p which was not stated anywhere when booking. The manager rudely stared me and my family up and down I am African American my fiancé is Latino when I asked why he looked at us like that the comment he made was uncalled for I truly felt discriminated he literally paused what he was doing and stared for a while. I was uncomfortable to the extreme I do not recommend I have stayed at all sorts of hotels in different states and countries this by far was the worst. I was told my double charge will be back in my account I have yet to get it I requested a refund of all charges and was given contact information for someone who can not help with the issue I called the next day and all I did was get a run around highly disappointing
Lou Esposito: Well this will be a mixed review. The staff was very nice. The music venue was also nice, but I had no hot water in my room. Had to take cold showers, and they said they would look into it, which they didn't. When I spoke to the manager on my last day there, he knew nothing about it. I was told they had no rooms available to give me, and that was the end of the story. I realize this is a Clarion issue. The staff doesn't own the hotel. This is no way to run a business.

Brenda Cody: The front staff members steal personal information. I’m sure it was the girl with the short black hair and big eyes, or her little friend that seemed overzealous to see me frazzled. I have filed a police report and will be holding this company responsible for the private information this woman has obtained and disclosed online. Not only did I stay at this hotel in expectation to have a safe place while in town on business yet arrive back after a long week of disasters to find not only has my safety been put at risk due to her disclosing my location/stay, but my personal information and credit card information used not even a full 48 hours after my stay. this was completely unacceptable and the whole process with authorities will just make things so much harder on me than they already were. Thank you Sheraton for being so “reliable” as the reviews online stated. I will be telling everyone I know to steer clear of this place when in Springfield, MA.

I will never forget the last time I was here, I was playing at the Piggy Bank slot machines and I was winning as I went into active labor when my water broke. DY M: We visited the casino to play some slots. The MGM garage parking was not difficult to find while using a GPS APP. There are five levels to park. There are stairs or elevators to use to enter into casino. We approached the front desk to receive a complimentary free $20.00 playing card. The atmosphere was bustling with people playing slot machines. We explored and found many restaurants wrapped around the outskirts of the playing floor. There is a free self accessed soft drink beverage vending dispenser. There are floor employees that can help in teaching one how to use the slot machines if you are unaware. There are many security guards at each entrance of the playing areas. There is a movie theatre on the second floor via elevator. Your playing card receives reward points when eating at the restaurants inside casino. Employee waitresses will bring free drinks while you play. The atmosphere felt safe and enjoyable. MGM is located in the south end of Springfield, Ma., So take advantage of Laflorentina Bakery, Mom & Rico's, Frigo's, Red Rose Pizza, Ciro's which are restaurants located outside of MGM. In all, it was an enjoyable day to explore what MGM has to offer. It's not a very large casino like Foxwoods or Mohegan with all the shopping stores, but it's nice to have a casino in Springfield. We're ready to go back and play more slots. Take a ride and share your thoughts on MGM.
Sam Wallis: The biggest drawback to MGM's casino is that its building space limits itself to such a degree that it can hardly be felt as a casino. Even such, if one were to disregard its spacial limitations compared to places like Mohegan, MGM still feels lacking in other areas. There are hardly any video poker machines now, compared to years past where they at least had their own section. Not only that but a number of my favorite games have gone missing. There are no more James Bond slots and during my last visit I didn't even see any Monopoly slots, its all Eastern themed games and ultimate link stuff.The staff and food court were friendly but the game selections and variety have taken a hit in my opinion.

Robbie Phillips: Stayed 2 nights (saturday and sunday). Checked in but didn't get to the room until around 10:30pm. Upon arrival to our room on the 3rd floor, we heard constant loud noise and banging coming from above our room. It sounded like a party was going on. I waited to see if it would calm down around 11pm I tried calling the front desk (no answer) then went back to the front desk to report the issue. The noise died down enough for us to fall asleep, however, around 4:30am! I was woken up to the same noise and had to again call the front desk! Our second night went much smoother and I asked the front desk if the same group would be above us.. They stated "no" and they didnt' seem surprised at the issue and apologized, they also stated the manager would review the issue in the morning (monday) and would probably give us a discount.Monday morning we checked out around 10:30am and the manager asked how our stay was. I explained the above to which I got "Sorry about that, let me get you a receipt. Be well."Cool, thanks..This topped with the hotel smelling of marijuana smoke and the loud noises will probably be reasons enough for me not to utilize this location in the future.
sandi stewart: Perfect for my daughter extended stay as a travel nurse. Manager Susan Daley and her staff are wonderful. My daughter's room was cleaned, comfortable a mini apartment away from home. We wanted to make sure she was safe, comfortable close to the hospital and in a quite place. This place provided everything she was looking for without having to rent a short term lease apartment. Anyone providing less than 5 star review is not being truthful. As a parent I felt comfortable leaving my daughter here in Springfield at this location. We looked at several locations from apartments to airbnb to other hotels to bed and breakfast and this was the best option for us. Thank you so much. We get to fly back home knowing our daughter will ge safe and close to her job.

Every person I interacted with was polite. Everything was super clean. I really liked the Dove brand soap & hair products! Kristen Ott: I reserved a room for 8/5-8/7 and tested positive for Covid 8/1. As a responsible adult, I cancelled my reservation as to not spread the illness. Because of this, I lost almost $500 due to their garbage cancellation policy that required a cancellation before 7/29. I would recommend staying at literally any other hotel that does not employ predatory cancellation "policies" during an unpredictable pandemic.

Craig Piazza: I have stayed at this hotel for many years and several times per year. They were mostly pleasant stays and I enjoyed the breakfast - for the most is was good... was happy to pay a bit more for this accommodation. I read a review recently stating they now charge for parking - I found this odd, as it is an open parking lot (like at a Supermarket) and other hotels I stayed at had never charged for such with a similar layout. When I called in to check, as I was very curious and wanting to make a reservation - it was confirmed that they recently started to charge a $5 parking fee. It doesn't seem much, but to a long-hauler, it seems like another corporate move and this just doesn't feel good to me. There are other options in the area that offer similar accommodations and at a savings that I can enjoy a quality breakfast out. Perhaps all Hotels are going this route... but for now, I will seek those that are more customer oriented.Update: Your reply truly does not make sense to me... There was always ample parking spaces everytime I stayed... and why would that have anything to do with now charging a fee?
Heidi Mass: I did not give this hotel 5 stars because I was informed of a parking fee upon check in that was not on the website. This hotel is not in a downtown area with a parking garage. It is in a suburban area. I have never had a parking fee at other Hilton hotels like this. There are plenty of other hotels in the area that I will check out for the next time. Otherwise, the staff and the room were wonderful.
Leo Alves: had the worst experience hotel staff lie about prices they don’t honor the 130$ price stated on gps on the way here they make a bunch of excuses then lie saying it would be 150$ then the next morning the bill was almost 190$ , the room had a lot of light going in from the outside it was not dark the food was trash for the price they charge , the charging cable was not working for myphones . they won’t catch me again . crooks oh and one of the towels in the bathroom had a stain before we use it , they also told me if i was to rent from third party they would almost double the deposit required to make things more difficult for me

Melissa J. Heinig: This hotel was located in a safe, convenient area. Our check in process was easy. The only issue is they gave our room to someone else, so while we were unpacking, someone came in. The issue was quickly resolved and that person found another room.The room was very clean but the window didn't not block out any road noise, so it was loud. We had our dogs with us and we had the option to choose the floor we were on. It was nice to be on the first floor. The carpets could use an upgrade as some of the squares were coming up and it was dirty.We didn't need the shower for this quick stay, but the sink in the bathroom was extremely slow to drain. The room was on the smaller side, but two adults and two labs fit fine.We'd stay here again.

MARISSA Surbaugh: One again thank you to the medical team that helped out with our 1 month old son. This is the second time they treated our son with the upmost respect and the one on one with him. Thank you to the nursing staff they always made sure our son and us had what we needed at all times and thank you to the doctors that kept us updated through the process on what to expect and not expect.
Jose Cabrera: Today April 19 came into this hospital with leg pain. I was seen at triage and they told me I might have a blood clot, but yet they have me sitting here for over 8hrs and they tell me I need to sit here and wait. This is insane. You will die here

wifi ad: Some of the doctors in the hospital seem to be from India recently with a heavy Indian accent. It seems like they might have come here during the pandemic when there was a healthcare provider shortage. This doesn't necessarily mean that these are good doctors. This hospital needs better doctors. Nurses are very nice even though they are from other countries.

Daniel Lynch: I declined everything I could, spent less than 20 minutes getting attention (at the hospital for less than an hour total), it wasn't an emergency, I wasn't in critical condition, my vitals weren't even elevated, and yet was given zero information or choice about my brief treatment then was sent a $7000 total bill. They're not compliant with 45 CFR 180, they intentionally added unnecessary and hyperinflated items to the bill, and didn't take the dispute seriously. I hope the employees that saw me that day get paid over a $1000 an hour, because that's the only way the charges make sense. One Ex: They said I had to take a Covid test, which I tried to decline, then charged $182 for it. Meanwhile they set me loose before even getting the results so obviously it didn't effect the care at all. Just another money gouging method.

Marc Caldwell: The most impersonal hospital ive ever been too. My daughter went into labor and Baystate is where they had arranged to go to. When we got there There was no triage done and her contractions got closer we had to keep asking for assistance from the security guard. After about 45 min someone finally come and got her. We had several family members there and all had to wait in the general er waiting room. There were family or other waiting rooms. Absolutely the worst hospital process ive been through. Throughout the deliverly process there was no way to get any updates. I would never go back there. Find another hospital to go to
Keana Whitfield: I usually hate coming here because of the wait time but I do understand that they are busy saving lives behind the scenes. Anyway I came here because I was having problems with my trach. I was having shortness of breathe and when I made it to the front desk one of the workers immediately saw something was wrong with me and rushed me to admissions. While waiting to be checked in the other nurses also rushed to my attention because I was having a really hard time breathing. They took me to the back and assured me I was in good hands and I was. They did everything they could to control my breathing and I’m so thankful for those ED nurses who acted fast because that was so scary for me. Everyone at baystate is nice and everyone focuses on care. I have plenty of great experiences here but that one really took it up a notch. Thank you 🙏🏾

Patrick Gregory: Unfortunately not all trips are born out of pleasure or business. My sister was admitted to this hospital after suffering a massive heart attack. I made the frantic trip home to Massachusetts , dreading every ring of my phone. My sister was critical, requiring a hybrid type of heart bypass surgery. Getting to the point , this hospital was impressive from the attendants who valet parked my truck to the surgeons who saved my sister’s life!!! The nurses in attendance at the Mass Mutual CCU were without a doubt absolutely incredible! Their attitude, professionalism ,compassion and commitment to their profession played a critical role in the successful outcome of my sister’s life threatening condition . My hat is off and my heartfelt thank you goes out to all of them

The Real D Nation: I been in this emergency room since 11 am still waiting to be seen this is the slowest hospital service I have ever seen in my entire life I recommend if your ever in need to be seen go somewhere else worst hospital in Massachusetts I even asked for a doctors note for my job after sitting here for 7 hours and they told me no not without being seen I watched people come in after me and leave already by the time I get seen it will be 12pm and I came here at 11am the way they treat people is horrible planning to file a lawsuit I just sat there from 11am to 733 pm and still never was seeing or given a note stating I was there
Wigwam Luc: Definitely a no star rating. 98 year old grandmother goes by ambulance to Baystate er at 7:30pm - due to a fall. In pain- at 2:30am we are told she can go home vitals all clear - ct scan and xrays are clear as well. I said absolutely not she can’t stand and is in agony- the dr responds oh really? Thats not in her notes. Seriously??!! After insisting they do more scans low and behold- 2 fractures in leg also ankle and foot! Oh but she is fine ! Go anywhere else but Baystate. I need a whole new review for the front desk and security- just as bad.
Jay O: I cannot explain the exceptional job the doctors, RN's, CNA'S, medical interpreters and specialty doctors such as nephrologists, respiratory care personnel have done while caring for my mother. The rapid and professional approach is noticeable. The care, communication and treatment is clear, concise and within the ethical means. From the ER to the 5th fl. (Daly) the treatment has been great. The hospital is clean, the temperature appropriate and environmentally safe. Needless to say, this is the only hospital we consider for my family.
Ahpakach Yo: *Be warn* this hospital will make you wait in the waiting room for very long hours👉over 13 hours without treatment, without seeing a doctor forcing you to leave then send you a large bill for just sitting in the waiting room. This hospital is running an insurance fraud/scam on patient's insurance, BBB should be investigating this hospital.
L C: In ER. Nurses told us no one in ER waiting room getting seen today because they are full. That unless we are dying we aren't getting seen. When I ask for my labs they said i need to wait until a room becomes available which isn't until much later the next day. At least if they released the labs you can make an educated decisión on wether to leave or not. The wait is insane.
