Brenda Cody: The front staff members steal personal information. I’m sure it was the girl with the short black hair and big eyes, or her little friend that seemed overzealous to see me frazzled. I have filed a police report and will be holding this company responsible for the private information this woman has obtained and disclosed online. Not only did I stay at this hotel in expectation to have a safe place while in town on business yet arrive back after a long week of disasters to find not only has my safety been put at risk due to her disclosing my location/stay, but my personal information and credit card information used not even a full 48 hours after my stay. this was completely unacceptable and the whole process with authorities will just make things so much harder on me than they already were. Thank you Sheraton for being so “reliable” as the reviews online stated. I will be telling everyone I know to steer clear of this place when in Springfield, MA.

Cheryl S: Nice clean motel. Stayed there four days, three nights for a mini quilt retreat. Very friendly staff. The only issue I and another friend had was the fridge, in our room, solidly froze our food we brought for our lunch and supper. Dunkin Donuts is next to the parking lot but no restaurants are within walking distance. Motel is right off the highway and about 30 mins from Bradley Airport. Dogs are also allowed for a fee. I would recommend staying there.Rooms: Rooms are very clean. Refrigerator and microwave are included, however, in two of the rooms the food got totally frozen in the fridge.Nearby activities: MGM Casino, Mass Mutual Center, Basketball Hall of Fame, the Big E, Springfield Armory and Dr Seuss to name a few.Safety: Plenty of safe, well lit parking in the front and back of motel.Walkability: Where this motel is located, there's nothing really close by to walk to, except Dunkin Donuts.

Rachel Darr: My husband and I stayed here for 2 separate occasions, but within the same month. I was having surgery at Baystate Hospital, so this hotel was incredibly convenient for us. Also, this hotel is right next to the freeways, so I imagine it's convenient for most people. The 1st stay was for one night for two adults. The place was pretty quiet and the staff were very kind and attentive. My only real complaint was that the toilet in our room wasn't properly secured to the floor, so it wobbled while in use. The 2nd stay was for two nights for two adults and a medium-large dog. It was much busier this time with lots of kids running around, but that didn't bother us. The staff were still very kind and attentive. Our room smelled mildly musty, but that didn't bother us, either. The toilet in this room also wasn't properly secured to the floor, but it didn't wobble as much. Also, this room had doors on opposite walls that led to other rooms, which was only mildly problematic the first night. We had to call the front desk at 1am because the people in the room next to us starting blaring music and talking super loud, but the front desk immediately intervened and luckily the folks making the noise obliged and were fairly quiet from that point on. My husband and our dog stayed in the room by themselves the 2nd night because I was in the hospital, but he reported that it was much quieter that night. All in all, this place is pretty stellar for the price. Don't expect the Ritz and you'll probably find yourself comfortable here. We will definitely be staying here again!

I am honestly extremely disappointed in this company and will never stay at one of these hotels in my lifetime again even when I’m over 21. For future reference, if you have a policy that forbids people under 21. (I’m 19) to stay at your establishment. You should make that clear as humanly possible. yet this establishment would not. and having it in small print where the average consumer won’t see it just makes you a scumbag.

Nunya Bizniss: My friend and I went to Boston and Springfield for the weekend of November 18-21. Check-in took FOREVER! We were placed in one of the separate buildings which appears to be undergoing renovation. Fine, I get it, you have to renovate at some point, right? But, this stay was pretty foul! The building itself appeared to be falling apart. The overhang had no paneling, lights and ceiling boxes, insulation, all were visibly hanging out. There were broken screens on many of the windows. Then, we step into the room. The smell of stale smoke and ash nearly knocked us over! But beyond that, the toilet seat was broken, the walls were dirty, and the whole room was simply gross. Now, my friend booked this room, so I didn't complain too much. But keep in mind, neither of us smokes! And he said he asked for a non-smoking room. But, we were only going to be staying one night, and spent most of that time out and about anyway. So, we sucked it up and dealt with it. If I had booked this room, I definitely would have asked for a different room, at minimum.

James Diamond: First off it's a motel not a hotel. First room kinda smelled weird and when we used the bathroom the toilet wouldn't go down. Kierra Mack: I wish I could give 0 stars I will never give these people my money again. I was quoted and received a receipt for one price but after my stay once I check my statement I see I was charged a totally different price. I stayed here 3/18/23. Today is 3/24/23 and the issue is still not resolved. The first time I called the person was very rude and gave me two different names when I asked for his name then when I offered to email or text proof that I was charged a different price he said "and what am I supposed to do about it on my end it doesn't show that price". The second time I called I asked for a manager and was sent to her voicemail I left a message and a day later still hadn't heard back. The next time I called I explained the situation again to another worker she gave me an email address to send my statement to. The next day I called twice and was told the person I had just spoken to during the first call of that day was not there although I had just spoken to them. By this time I'm frustrated but hoping since I emailed them proof someone would do something. I was wrong after not hearing from the manager or anyone I talked to previously I called again today and was told once again they don't see the price on their end and I should check with my bank when I asked why no one got back to me once I sent proof I was told the manager is working on it yet no one contacted me about ever even receiving my email so yes never again will I deal with these nasty people

I will never go to another Red Roof Inn ever! we changed rooms 3 times and all the beds were the same kind of filthy!! and to top it off when checkinh oit the lady had an attitude with Me. if they had bettwr customer service I probba bly wouod have given then 3 stars. Immediately when you walk into the room we rented, there’s an old smell. Everything is outdated, shower head is old and hard water stains. Everything about the place made me uncomfortable and annoyed that I couldn’t sleep well. Horrible experience.

Allyson Wynn: I just want to say how much I enjoyed staying at this hotel. Everyone was friendly and helpful, especially the night staff - Tammy and Marcella.I arrived in Springfield around 11pm, expecting to take a lyft from the train station to the hotel for my stay. I could not find a lyft anywhere in the city so I called the hotel to see if they had any suggestions because apparently Springfield does not have cab service either. Tammy was a rock star! She actually came and picked me up from the train station while Marcella tended tothe hotel. Then when I got to the hotel starving, they made suggestions for dinner and activities for the next day. I opted to purchase a frozen meal and a drink from the pantry; Marcella offered me plates, napkins, etc . for me to enjoy my meal as if I were out and about.The breakfast buffet was very good, the room comfortable and clean. Overall I had a fantastic stay but wanted to shoutout Tammy and Marcella for making it even better! Thank you ladies for saving the night for me!Nearby activities: NBA Hall of Fame Museum is across the parking lot, 7 min walk to the MGM Casino and 10 min walk to the Dr. Seuss Museum

Michele Lanci: I booked our stay through Expedia. We arrived at the hotel after driving three hours to be told Expedia canceled our trip. The receptionist said she couldn’t help us and there was no manager to speak to. I finally spoke to the manager Shane. He was rude. He spoke over me. He wouldn’t let me speak. He hung up on me and refused to come to the hotel. We had two families without a place to stay. We were over three hours from home. After waiting two hours another manager, Adam, helped us and we were able to stay. Not sure why we were told there were no rooms and then they found rooms. Our stay at the Hilton ruined our trip. I won’t use Expedia or stay at the Hilton if I can help it.

Robin Holden: It's a nice hotel, always has been. It can be a bit tricky to get around on and off the highway if it's your first time. There are place to eat within walking across the parking lot distance. The only issue was more times than not the elevator stank like weed, as did the area waiting for the elevator on the main level. The breakfast is better than many HGIs, but allow you self some time as it's not quick, but it is tasty and reasonably priced, I think the omelette was $12 with home fries and a side of breakfast meat.

No issues there, the front desk just did not give us our meal voucher when we first checked in and also when we called the front desk at night to ask them to bring an extra comforter they said they would and they never did. Other than that our room was great ! The curtains really block out sunlight which really allowed me to get some long overdue sleep.

Walls are thin, someone was getting it good for about an hour in the middle of the night while im just trying to play some damn pokemon before i go play in a massive pool tournament the next day. Hallways smell so wierd , its such an obscure smell that i cant describe it. Theres a big sign before the elevator that blocks off the entire first floor of hotel rooms, definitely a little girl in a white dress that comes out at night there. I payed for 2 nights but left before my second night because i wasnt staying there again. And i would pay to not stay there again. Pretty much just Dont stay here. Staff was friendly, only thing they have going for them. Just go to starbucks for Breakfast, who tf knows what's in there waffle mix.
Kimberly Shoen: This is a clean, no frills hotel, that is conveniently located just off an exit. Its just over 15 Minutes from Mt. Holyoke and is in a road strip of food and shopping options. Breakfast is standard fair with make your own waffles, and the breakfast room is clean and spacicious. The room was clean with a nice sized refrigerator and microwave. It also had a small table and chairs, as well as a desk and chair and a balcony. The bedding was nicer than I expected for the price. The fitness room is 3 treadmills and an elliptical in a tiny room so do not expect a real fitness center. Pool is seasonal only. For a quick easy stay, this works.
Stephen Munley: Comfortable, clean, and a nice complimentary breakfast. Lots of amenities like a small fridge and freezer. Looked well maintained. You could also control all the room lights from the bed.

Bill Kisselstein: Stayed one night Jan 27th. Check in was easy, staff was friendly. Room was clean, everything worked except coffee maker needed cord positioned just right to stay on. Breakfast was good. It does show some wear and I could nitpick little things but almost all hotels are like that, I don't care if it's not perfect. This hotel still has carpets, in fact they seemed new, clean and bright. Probably the only goofy thing was I had to bring the desk chair back in from the balcony where presumably a previous guest had left it. Our third floor room included hair dryer, previously mentioned coffee maker, microwave, mini fridge with separate freezer section, iron and board, hair dryer, alarm clock, and Direct TV with local channels and some cable. I think it was a double Queen room, both beds had four pillows. Walk-in shower.
Pete Palma: Asked about the shelter group that rents the bottom floor, was not informed about. Management was very un easy when asked, why was I not informed they can only use half the bottom floor and we as guests can not walk through the hallway.. you shouldn't have a shelter at a kids hotel

Lauren Chausse: I was transitioning from one place to another so I had to stay at the quality Inn for five days. I noticed that I had bites all over my body from the first room so they switched me to another room. My apartment is not gonna be available until tomorrow but they will not let me stay another night. The room was available and then I literally came back down to the front desk probably three minutes after that and they said everything was booked. I’ve been so nice to every single person here and they’ve made me feel like I’m an inconvenience. I don’t really take the time out to write reviews but I really don’t think anybody should be spending their money here. I wish I can upload photos but I have over 30 bites on my body seven of them are above my neck and I have to go to work like this. It’s so embarrassing!

Boston Dan: Absolutely atrocious. Went to check in. Door to the main office was locked. That should've been a sign to run. Spent two nights. Almost left after the first one. Room smelled terrible. S JM: I paid $130 to stay at the most disgusting and unsafe motel I’ve ever been to in my life. The room was absolutely disgusting. The bed was concave with plastic pillows. The blanket had stains all over it. There was trash on the floor. The lamps were practically falling off the wall and lamp shades stained. The toilet seat was not connected to the toilet. The walls were stained and cracked and the wall paper was peeling. We asked for a non smoking room and the room reaked of cigarettes and the fire detector was ripped off the ceiling. There were people screaming throughout the night and a man stomped past our room in the morning cursing. I felt incredibly unsafe. I would never ever ever stay at the econolodge again.

John Haddock: This is a nice location because of it's closeness to most places in West Springfield. This is our second time staying here. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and spacious. We like the fact that they have a free breakfast available for guests. The room has a small fridge and a microwave oven. This is nice if you are planning to stay for a few days. Our floor had a laundry room with a vending machine and ice making machine. When the weather is warmer they have an outdoor pool available.Rooms: The room is spacious and has a work desk, couch a coffee table. The bed is plenty big for two people and is comfortable. There are end tables on both sides of the bed. There is wardrobe closet, some cabinets and drawers. You will also find a small refrigerator, a microwave oven and a TV with remote control. The temperature for the room is controlled at the wall mounted thermostat. The restrooms has a shower, a sink and a toilet.Nearby activities: There is an ice skating rink across from this location.Noteworthy details: There is a free breakfast and WiFi for guests.

I cheked out of the hotel at exactly 11am and at 2pm I called back because I realized i left my phone charger on the room. The front desk cheked the room and the charger was not there but the room had already been cleaned up by a housekeeper Im a 100% sure I left my charger at that room and got stolen. If i cant even trust to leave a phone charger for a few hours in a room I dont know what to say, awful!

Just Living Lifeless: The Double queen bed suite has all the amenities of home away from home at a very affordable price! Full kitchen with utensils, spacious living area and pristine bathroom.The pool, hot tub, and gym are great for those looking to burn some calories, have a little fun, or just soak and relax! The daily breakfast is delicious and served from 6am to 10am. The staff is helpful, kind and welcoming at all times of day. Adventures with Jax: I brought my kids today and I was disappointed. The pool area is nice but it's dark. I asked the lifeguard and he mentioned that he told his manager and the manager responded that it cost thousands of dollars to fix. The changing room was disgusting, dirty with wet diapers and trash in the floor. I understand that they had a previous session before the one I attended but the least they can do is make sure everything is clean before people arrived. They need to remodel this hotel ASAP.

Heidi Horne: I attended an event and the room was dirty before the host even set up. Then the staff was really rude to top it off. The only nice person who seemed to like ppl was the maintenance man. Also the life guard in her fuzzy uggs and sweat clothes didn’t seem very interested in making sure people were safe unless she was life guarding whatever was in her cell phone. A happy staff would go along way in that place. Save your money don’t do an event!

Jen Boylan: I was trying to bring my teen her for her birthday with a friend during winter break, but the water park is only open on the weekends. Thankfully I checked all the details before I finished booking. Very irritated, because I did a search for specific days at places w/water parks and this showed up despite not being offered those days.
Miss Ashley: This hotel looks absolutely gorgeous! I didn't stay in any of the rooms, but attended an event there. The room was plenty large enough, clean, and spacious! The lobby welcomes you in and the peek I got at the water park looks like so much fun!

Stephen Onofrio: If you have any good expectations stop right now, besides having a roof over your head and a bed to sleep in, this place is pretty awful. The smell in my room and the disgust of how dirty everything was, this place needs a complete overhaul. Had to spend $30 on cleaning supplies and sprays just to make my room somewhat clean from the grime and scent, just brutal.
Crystal Hill: First and foremost I was double charged and I did not stay at all. Upon check in for 3pm the receptionist was very rude. Heading into the room the lights did not work we tried plugging them into different sockets which did not work as well the room had a very strong unpleasant smell. I left out around 3:30pm came back for 6pm my daughter had friends over which I told the receptionist. Upon the kids being there one found something inappropriate under the back side of the bed when brought to the managers attention nothing was done so one of the smaller children touched a used condom which had stuff inside of it smh. I check out within a hour of actually being in the room. They also have people living there which was uncomfortable. The pool is a $10 charge the water park is $20 I knew of the water park price but was not aware you have to pay for the pool and it’s only open from 4p-7p which was not stated anywhere when booking. The manager rudely stared me and my family up and down I am African American my fiancé is Latino when I asked why he looked at us like that the comment he made was uncalled for I truly felt discriminated he literally paused what he was doing and stared for a while. I was uncomfortable to the extreme I do not recommend I have stayed at all sorts of hotels in different states and countries this by far was the worst. I was told my double charge will be back in my account I have yet to get it I requested a refund of all charges and was given contact information for someone who can not help with the issue I called the next day and all I did was get a run around highly disappointing
Lou Esposito: Well this will be a mixed review. The staff was very nice. The music venue was also nice, but I had no hot water in my room. Had to take cold showers, and they said they would look into it, which they didn't. When I spoke to the manager on my last day there, he knew nothing about it. I was told they had no rooms available to give me, and that was the end of the story. I realize this is a Clarion issue. The staff doesn't own the hotel. This is no way to run a business.
