Robbie Phillips: Stayed 2 nights (saturday and sunday). Checked in but didn't get to the room until around 10:30pm. Upon arrival to our room on the 3rd floor, we heard constant loud noise and banging coming from above our room. It sounded like a party was going on. I waited to see if it would calm down around 11pm I tried calling the front desk (no answer) then went back to the front desk to report the issue. The noise died down enough for us to fall asleep, however, around 4:30am! I was woken up to the same noise and had to again call the front desk! Our second night went much smoother and I asked the front desk if the same group would be above us.. They stated "no" and they didnt' seem surprised at the issue and apologized, they also stated the manager would review the issue in the morning (monday) and would probably give us a discount.Monday morning we checked out around 10:30am and the manager asked how our stay was. I explained the above to which I got "Sorry about that, let me get you a receipt. Be well."Cool, thanks..This topped with the hotel smelling of marijuana smoke and the loud noises will probably be reasons enough for me not to utilize this location in the future.

sandi stewart: Perfect for my daughter extended stay as a travel nurse. Manager Susan Daley and her staff are wonderful. My daughter's room was cleaned, comfortable a mini apartment away from home. We wanted to make sure she was safe, comfortable close to the hospital and in a quite place. This place provided everything she was looking for without having to rent a short term lease apartment. Anyone providing less than 5 star review is not being truthful. As a parent I felt comfortable leaving my daughter here in Springfield at this location. We looked at several locations from apartments to airbnb to other hotels to bed and breakfast and this was the best option for us. Thank you so much. We get to fly back home knowing our daughter will ge safe and close to her job.

Every person I interacted with was polite. Everything was super clean. I really liked the Dove brand soap & hair products! Usually I just use my own products because hotel products are often too aromatic for me.Nearby activities: It's near restaurants and not far from both the casino and helpful cannabis dispensaries. Kristen Ott: I reserved a room for 8/5-8/7 and tested positive for Covid 8/1. As a responsible adult, I cancelled my reservation as to not spread the illness. Because of this, I lost almost $500 due to their garbage cancellation policy that required a cancellation before 7/29. I would recommend staying at literally any other hotel that does not employ predatory cancellation "policies" during an unpredictable pandemic.

When me and my family went to go to the pool, there were people staring at us in a weird/rude way, they got all their stuff and left like we was about to steal.. Paddy Hansrote: This B&B is as good as they come. The attention to detail, including the decorating of the house, our room and the breakfast, were all exceptional. We had an amazing bed that was so comfortable. Our room had a cozy fireplace with remote. Ample parking lot in the back. The breakfast was delicious; fresh fruit, blueberry pancakes and eggs. Marcie is the perfect host and made us feel so welcome and eager to make us feel comfortable. Would highly recommend this fabulous B&B.

The inn is super charming, room was very clean and comfortable. She was available when we needed help, and scarce when we needed quiet! Elizabeth Albert: Stayed here last night after being in the hospital across the street all day with my husband. Several of the nurses recommended it as a place to be near by, and also super cozy. It was! I arrived exhausted and feeling awful. But the shower was luxurious and super hot! And the bed was amazing for much needed rest. Made this while awful event a little better. :)

X: We didn't even unpack it was so bad. We had 2 days scheduled here but we left immediately (15 minutes) and went to a local hotel which was very nice. This place is a dump; It looks great on the internet but it won't look like that when you arrive. The furniture is old and filthy, the towels & linens look like they haven't been laundered this year (they can't be bleached because they are grey color). The kitchen and counter was packed with junk so I'm not sure where food would be served or prepared. There were discount soap/shampoo bottles with the clearance price still on them in the bath. Marci said she puts really good soap in these discount soap bottles! The bathroom door wouldn't close and it swung open on it's own. Repairs were completed with 21st century products as would be found in homes built today. The house Marci lives in next door is old and dilapidated and an even bigger mess with trash stacked up in the back of the house. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else. Don't fall for reviews created by Marci.

Adventures with Jax: I brought my kids today and I was disappointed. The pool area is nice but it's dark. I asked the lifeguard and he mentioned that he told his manager and the manager responded that it cost thousands of dollars to fix. The changing room was disgusting, dirty with wet diapers and trash in the floor. I understand that they had a previous session before the one I attended but the least they can do is make sure everything is clean before people arrived. They need to remodel this hotel ASAP.

Heidi Horne: I attended an event and the room was dirty before the host even set up. Then the staff was really rude to top it off. The only nice person who seemed to like ppl was the maintenance man. Also the life guard in her fuzzy uggs and sweat clothes didn’t seem very interested in making sure people were safe unless she was life guarding whatever was in her cell phone. A happy staff would go along way in that place. Save your money don’t do an event!

Thankfully I checked all the details before I finished booking. Very irritated, because I did a search for specific days at places w/water parks and this showed up despite not being offered those days.

Miss Ashley: This hotel looks absolutely gorgeous! I didn't stay in any of the rooms, but attended an event there. The room was plenty large enough, clean, and spacious! The lobby welcomes you in and the peek I got at the water park looks like so much fun!

Stephen Onofrio: If you have any good expectations stop right now, besides having a roof over your head and a bed to sleep in, this place is pretty awful. The smell in my room and the disgust of how dirty everything was, this place needs a complete overhaul. Had to spend $30 on cleaning supplies and sprays just to make my room somewhat clean from the grime and scent, just brutal.

Crystal Hill: First and foremost I was double charged and I did not stay at all. Upon check in for 3pm the receptionist was very rude. Heading into the room the lights did not work we tried plugging them into different sockets which did not work as well the room had a very strong unpleasant smell. I left out around 3:30pm came back for 6pm my daughter had friends over which I told the receptionist. Upon the kids being there one found something inappropriate under the back side of the bed when brought to the managers attention nothing was done so one of the smaller children touched a used condom which had stuff inside of it smh. I check out within a hour of actually being in the room. They also have people living there which was uncomfortable. The pool is a $10 charge the water park is $20 I knew of the water park price but was not aware you have to pay for the pool and it’s only open from 4p-7p which was not stated anywhere when booking. The manager rudely stared me and my family up and down I am African American my fiancé is Latino when I asked why he looked at us like that the comment he made was uncalled for I truly felt discriminated he literally paused what he was doing and stared for a while. I was uncomfortable to the extreme I do not recommend I have stayed at all sorts of hotels in different states and countries this by far was the worst. I was told my double charge will be back in my account I have yet to get it I requested a refund of all charges and was given contact information for someone who can not help with the issue I called the next day and all I did was get a run around highly disappointing

Lou Esposito: Well this will be a mixed review. The staff was very nice. The music venue was also nice, but I had no hot water in my room. Had to take cold showers, and they said they would look into it, which they didn't. When I spoke to the manager on my last day there, he knew nothing about it. I was told they had no rooms available to give me, and that was the end of the story. I realize this is a Clarion issue. The staff doesn't own the hotel. This is no way to run a business.

Brenda Cody: The front staff members steal personal information. I’m sure it was the girl with the short black hair and big eyes, or her little friend that seemed overzealous to see me frazzled. I have filed a police report and will be holding this company responsible for the private information this woman has obtained and disclosed online. Not only did I stay at this hotel in expectation to have a safe place while in town on business yet arrive back after a long week of disasters to find not only has my safety been put at risk due to her disclosing my location/stay, but my personal information and credit card information used not even a full 48 hours after my stay. this was completely unacceptable and the whole process with authorities will just make things so much harder on me than they already were. Thank you Sheraton for being so “reliable” as the reviews online stated. I will be telling everyone I know to steer clear of this place when in Springfield, MA.

Kierra Mack: I wish I could give 0 stars I will never give these people my money again. I was quoted and received a receipt for one price but after my stay once I check my statement I see I was charged a totally different price. I stayed here 3/18/23. Today is 3/24/23 and the issue is still not resolved. The first time I called the person was very rude and gave me two different names when I asked for his name then when I offered to email or text proof that I was charged a different price he said "and what am I supposed to do about it on my end it doesn't show that price". The second time I called I asked for a manager and was sent to her voicemail I left a message and a day later still hadn't heard back. The next time I called I explained the situation again to another worker she gave me an email address to send my statement to. The next day I called twice and was told the person I had just spoken to during the first call of that day was not there although I had just spoken to them. By this time I'm frustrated but hoping since I emailed them proof someone would do something. I was wrong after not hearing from the manager or anyone I talked to previously I called again today and was told once again they don't see the price on their end and I should check with my bank when I asked why no one got back to me once I sent proof I was told the manager is working on it yet no one contacted me about ever even receiving my email so yes never again will I deal with these nasty people

Ron Schnaper: I stayed here for a wedding I was attending a year and a half ago and the experience was so horrendous I haven't forgotten a detail. The hotel was having plumbing issues with a pump in the hot water system so there was a loud banging going on all night long. Instead of shutting off the pump they left it on all night long so some pilots could take a shower in the morning. Really tough experience. Many of the guests were able to change to rooms less effected (less noisy) but we were not.

One week before my flight, I received a notice from the MOTEL that my reservations were now cancelled because they were OVER BOOKED. DO NOT RESERVE ANY ROOMS WITH THIS MOTEL, BECAUSE APPARENTLY BOOKING 4 MONTHS IN ADVANCE AND RECEIVING A CONFIRMATION NUMBER MEANS NOTHING TO THEM. Besides the door to our room being broken, the room had a foul smell the Keurig coffee maker was not cleaned out it had old water left in it, which lead us to believe the room was not properly cleaned before our visit. This hotel absolutely should mention on the website that they are under construction, It added to the mess and we never would of booked if we knew that was the case. Also the pictures on the web site look NOTHING like the actual hotel. the pool is very small and the area is untidy. We left because we could not stand to spend the night there and found a beautiful clean room at the Hilton garden inn for very close to the same price as the holiday inn. save yourself the money and hassle do not book here.

Susan Whitman: This Hotel is currently under Major Renovation! Though it's not mentioned when booking a room. The Pool is not open. The restaurant is not open. The hallways and elevator are very cold. And the morning I was to check out, housekeeping knocked on my door twice and woke me up. Checkout is 11 they started knocking at 9. And at 10:15, without knocking a man from housekeeping just walked in! Terrible experience here, would not recommend at this time. Maybe after renovations are completed this might be a nice stay, but not until.
