Jeremy Mcmahon: I was a top IP here for 4 years. They not only accused me of false information from a coworker who didnt like me and made false claims, but also didnt let me fight for my right to stay. They kicked me from the job for a month without pay, despite saying I would be, also only for 2 weeks, made me go through 2 counseling sessions because they didnt do their part to "help" me when none was needed, held my job above my head every chance they got from these false claims and continued to harass me with my job over my head every chance they got. No matter how much effort or loyalty you put here it wont matter. Dont work here. If I could give a 0 I would. They near ruined my life and HR is useless. Best thing I ever did was quit

Daniele L: I don't know much about the company itself, but the location is nice. I provide transportation for an employee. So this review is from an employee standpoint.I do know they like you to be more than on time, 15 minutes early is required, for the daily meeting prior to starting your shift. You do get paid for this.Getting out on time almost always happened, until recent mandatory requirements of an additional 4 hours, either before or after your shift. So if you don't have your own transportation to work here, it will be very difficult on the person providing your ride.It's also mandatory that you work one day on the weekend, every other week.Now, the SPEEDING down that Dead end Street from the employees, is totally unacceptable! And I'm talking about speeds in the 50 mph range. I honestly hope things change by Summer, or that's going to be pretty dangerous.

Betsy Bender: I discovered water in my basement due to my hot water heater letting go. The company who services my heater came out to assess the situation. They advised me that I should have someone come out to dry out my basement as there was quite a bit of water. The plumber happened to mention ServPro to me so I immediately called. From the first conversation with the person who answered the phone to today when the fans and humidifier were removed, the service I received was one of the best experiences I have had with any company. Not only was everyone professional, the care they took with what needed to be done was outstanding. James, David, TaShawn and Jose, who came out to place the equipment and did daily checks on the progress, were very informative with the progress. They discovered a sentimental item that had received water damage and immediately hung the pieces up to dry. Besides being professional at their jobs, the compassion they showed in understanding how traumatic an experience like this can be and taking the time to listen was more than I expected. I can't thank them all enough for easing my stress! Not that I want the need to use ServPro again but, if the needs arises, they will be the first call I make! Steve Davis: Unfortunately this is a tale of 2 companies. We had a flood in February that kept us out of our house for 6 months. The night of the flood we called ServPro and they came out first thing the next morning and put in dehumidifiers and helped dry things out. After that they also did a great job with removing any damaged items like the cabinets, carpet and flooring that needed to be removed. They were unwilling to remove some flooring though due to what I understood as getting burned previously due to unknown asbestos even though it was tested, but that's understandable.Then came the mold remediation which is where all the problems started. The crew doing that work did not cover up anything in the house when spraying the encapsulant so they destroyed many items including: thermostat, toilet, tub surround, tub (luckily it was able to be refinished), entry door, multiple inside doors, multiple windows, my sons bed frame, my shop vac and the washing machine has it on it. This would probably have not been a problem except for the fact that the company would not even answer me for any type of compensation for the items for months. I was told in March that I'd be reimbursed for the cost of my thermostat, but that never happened. I was also told that I had signed a contract saying that the work was done to satisfaction and there were no damages, but they were not able to provide that paperwork when I asked. They said I had signed it in February when the work was done in March. The only communication from the company about reimbursement was essentially a contract that wouldn't allow me to voice my issues online or verbally and to just take the money for the damaged thermostat.Be cautious when using this company. Make sure you check all you belongings before signing off on anything and make sure you watch them closely to make sure things are done properly.Services:Water damage-related cleanup repair,Mold remediation

Debbie was so patient and helpful with getting everything setup, even dealing with my insurance to get the appropriate information over regarding the service. The techs that came out were very friendly, and explained what was going to be done to clean up the area. They cleaned my unfinished basement and even removed all cobwebs! I was super satisfied with the work they did, and I felt confident that they did what was necessary to avoid any other hazards, such as mold, from my basement so my family and I would be safe. So grateful to Debbie and the Servpro staff for making this a comfortable process in an uncomfortable situation.
MJG MG: Water heater leak. 3+ inches o floor thru carpets and furniture. ServPro team led by Deshaun came in drained floor with sump pumps and eliminated damaged rugs and other items damaged. In the office Debbie kept in contact to update and review work. In no time with dehumidifers and fans the floors were dry and furniture lifted off floor to dry bottom legs and base. Then water heater was replaced. They sent everything to insurance and all was paid 100%. Great teamwork and very efficient. Paul Jenney: This went downhill quickly. While my basement got wet due to a faulty sump pump, instead of drying it out, they cut out the brand new carpet and over 100 feet of drywall. It was totally unnecessary and they were told not to do it. Many thousands later, and the basement is refinished after just being finished months before they came to 'help'.
Matthew Condon: When our hot water heater let go, we called Servpro Agawam to clean up and assess the damage. The response was great; the crew was able to come out late in the evening to clean up the standing water and start the drying process. The crew was very professional and did a great job cleaning up and preserving our finished basement. Through their efforts, we were able to preserve all the drywall in the basement and the tile floor in the bathroom. The administrative staff was very helpful and pleasant to deal with as well.

I was a bit nervous about the procedure. But I have to say that the staff at Dental Dreams really went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and ease my fears . I was terrified , they didn’t rush me. Dr. Sam helped me to calm down with a breathing technique . Danny was talking with a calm voice and made sure I was ready before they did anything.Overall, I have to say I had a very positive experience with Dental Dreams . They definitely put my fears to ease, and did their best to create a comfortable stress-free environment during the extraction. For anyone who is apprehensive about dental procedures I would highly recommend Dental Dreams as a provider that is understanding and compassionate towards their patients.

Black mold on the bathroom ceiling. We had NO blankets. Just sheets. All these 4+ ratings.. are bogus. There was nothing comfortable about this place. Pretty sure there was a cop with a dog scoping out the place too.This is more of a place to live for people down and out. Just don't stay here if you're traveling. And don't leave any personal items in your car

S JM: I paid $130 to stay at the most disgusting and unsafe motel I’ve ever been to in my life. The room was absolutely disgusting. The bed was concave with plastic pillows. The blanket had stains all over it. There was trash on the floor. The lamps were practically falling off the wall and lamp shades stained. The toilet seat was not connected to the toilet. The walls were stained and cracked and the wall paper was peeling. We asked for a non smoking room and the room reaked of cigarettes and the fire detector was ripped off the ceiling. There were people screaming throughout the night and a man stomped past our room in the morning cursing. I felt incredibly unsafe. I would never ever ever stay at the econolodge again.
